We were moving from London to Cornwall and our removal guys (Ali and his colleague), came a day before to start loading the lorry, they came back on the morning of the move to finish off loading the lorry. They helped wrap our bed in protection and were very careful with how they handled everything. They arrived at our property before we did (which was 300 miles away!) Once we arrived they unloaded everything but also put down protection on our new carpets. Ali and his team were amazing. I would highly recommend Removals Export (Thanks to Melissa for her help in organising everything beforehand).

George and his team were very professional, polite, efficient and helpful. They showed up slightly early, they waited patiently for us to be ready, after having green signal from us, they started loading, dismantle some furniture and loaded the lorry within two hours. By 11am our house was empty for new owners. The other end they unloaded everything safely and reassemble the furniture. Can't thank them enough, Great Value for money and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

We used Removals Expert Ltd for our move - from a three bed house to a five bed house, From the very first meeting they were by far the most professional company that quoted. Their pricing is very fair by comparison and their service was excellent. They turned up on time, the team were exceptional; they worked fast and efficiently. They were knowledgable and advised us on furniture placement when we got of the new place (what would fit and what wouldn't) and nothing was a problem. It was really a great experience and exactly the kind of team you need when doing something as stressful as moving home!

“They were fantastic! Their price was extremely competitive. They answered all my queries with patience before I made the booking and where dead on time at the collection points. Despite the quote being for ground floor to ground floor,they offered to take belongings upstairs. Also to my surprise they made sure I checked the van before they left to confirm all items had been delivered. They were extremely polite and efficient. Really impressed. Got the quote very promptly. Most friendly of all the companies I had quotes from. On the day the team arrived on time, all of them introduced themselves and were loaded very quickly. The guys were brilliant! Super punctual, really friendly and immediately gave off a very professional and efficient vibe! They didn't seem to mind a delay getting the keys to our new house and unpacked very quickly. Made sure all our furniture was reassembled, even plumbed in the washing machine and moved all our garden plants too! In short, very impressed. In the lead up to the job as well, the guys were super helpful with the many changes I requested (one guy, then two, a bigger van, adding stops along the way to pick up more things, adding a piano at the last minute. Basically being a nightmare client!) very patient and always ready with a solution! I can't recommend them enough, from now on it's Removals Expert all the way any time I need to move anything again.

Charlie and his team at Removals Expert were fantastic from start to finish.
I had very little idea bout removal companies but Charlie called me to find out what I needed done and provided a team to complete the work with only a few days notice.
The team arrived on time and went about their work without any issues. As I would highly recommend Removal Expert and if we ever move house again, Charlie and his team will be the only people I call to complete the work.

Excellent service from start to finish. The original site vist inspired confidence and the quotation was competitive. Email correspondence up to the moving date was apprropriate, prompt and very helpful. On the day of the move the team was courteous and polite. Everyone was responsive and helpful. The whole process was efficient and very fast. Due to the distance of the move the team arrived way before we did as we got stuck in traffic. They were flexible and conducted the delivery perfectly with my aunt. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Nice and efficient staff.
The quote went smoothly, the organisation and delivery of packing material was exactly what we needed and absolutely perfect coordination.
The team was exactly on time, nice, courteous, helpfull and efficient.
I would have put 5 stars every where if it was not for the very limited protection of our stuff. Luckyly we had nothing of hight value. I must say that every thing arrived in perfect condition and nothing was damaged.
After the delivery, we asked them to pick up the folded boxes and it went smoothly.
I strongly recommend their service, which we feel is competive. we'll be happy to use them again.
One tip: if you have fragile furniture be very clear before and discuss the protections you want. Just be clear with them. I'm sure they will do their best.

From start to finish I was impressed with Removals Expert. We had a chat on the phone followed by a face to face meeting at our home (on a Saturday might I add, which most companies will not do) - at first I was sceptical as the price seemed too good to be true, but I must say they were great. Having worked in the property business in the past, I was used to seeing overpriced removal companies, offering nothing more than a shiny van and perhaps a branded pen. I would happily recommend Removal Experts to anyone.

Very impressed with the items being carefully removed from old place to new property, everything intact. I was amazed when my 3 seater coach couldn't fit through the traditional method which was the front door, the 2 removal staff thought, planned, plotted and delivered an alternative route which was to go behind my current house, through the back alley, onto the garden and then into the property.The men were fast and polite.

We have just completed our move from south-west London to north Cheshire and were totally satisfied with Removals Expert. We obtained a number of quotes, with Removals Experts quoting significantly less than 2 of the other firms. I must say I did hesitate accepting their quote but taking into account their membership of various trade bodies, that they were members of Which Trusted Traders and also the professionalism of their surveyor, Syed I felt confident that they would undertake the move successfully. I was not proved wrong. They arrived on time, 8am, loaded the van speedily, drove off reaching Cheshire by 2.30pm. They unpacked quickly and were away by 4pm. The fact that they were so fast did not mean that they were cavalier with our possessions or furniture. On the contrary, watching them load and unload, it was obvious that they were intent on taking the utmost care. At the same time they were very friendly and obliging.I should also add that whenever I rang their office my enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Melissa I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

When I contacted the Office for quotation they book a house visit, the person who came for house visit I was very impressed with his knowledge about moving and answered all my questions. For packing they arrived on time so organised in every way packing was done with great care, labelling boxes with the intended rooms and gave an indication of contents inside the box, like music notation for boxes containing CDs etc. The next day they arrived promptly with appropriate size vehicle, carefully wrapped a lot of our furniture before putting it in the van and were equally as careful when putting it in our new home. The team were polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend and will use again.

Removals Expert provided an amazing service to us.

We only had two weeks between completion and exchange and the service the team provided was brilliant. We had some issues with arranging parking on the day of the move and the team were able to shuffle things round, having the guys come round on the Sunday to pack everything up at no extra cost to us.

They totally took away the stress of the move. Everything was packed and transported with care. They reassembled furniture and not one item was damaged.

They team who turned up on the packing and move days were courteous and hardworking and a real credit to the company.

I have no hesitations in recommending Removal Experts. As and when we have the need to move again I know who I'll be calling.

I required a move from my 2 bed flat to a new house, along with storage in between for 2 nights. Removals Expert provided a competitive quote and I was really happy with the service. They sent two removal men who were polite and very careful with all my possessions. They turned up on time, and were efficient with the loading and unloading of the removal van, as well as the assembly and reassembly of my larger items. I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommended them to others.

We had a 2 bed house move using the help of Removals Expert at the beginning of February. From the start of the day the service was very swift and professional. A Luton-type van was booked in between 8 and 9am and we received a courtesy call to say they were caught up in traffic and running 40 minutes late, despite this, they still arrived at 8:50am which is within the agreed times, so no issues at all!
The move out of the property was extremely efficient, from emptying the property to loading up and moving to our new house. Both removals men were very polite and were very understanding with certain items (fragile etc). The move in to the property was even more efficient, and that same day we had furniture delivered from other companies that we were even offered if we wanted help constructing.
In addition the administration team helped a lot with the quotes and payments as we had to double check costing following a mistake made by ourselves underestimating the amount of boxes we needed moving.

I couldn't recommend this company enough!! I have never done a review before but felt so strongly that I should write down how brilliant they were.
They arrived on time with 5 men instead of four and worked quickly to wrap items and load the van. Though I had a large team of friends helping as well, we had loaded everything within an hour.
It then took them just over 3 hours to reach their destination and they had the van unloaded within 45mins. It was astonishing.
The service from beginning to end was first class. Everyone was friendly and polite with a fantastic work ethic.
Use this company for peace of mind, fantastic value for money and top quality service.

I was originally concerned about hiring a removals company so called Removals Experts to talk about my expectations of them. I was assured of a good service so decided to hire them. On the day, they were brilliant. The guys arrived promptly, worked fast, were very helpful by assisting in dismantling items that couldn't fit through doors and reassembling them at the other end. I was so impressed that I hired them for another (bigger) job and again, Removals Expert were excellent. Highly recommended !
