These guys were very professional, courteous and strong. They arrived bang on time on the removal day, had us all packed up by lunchtime and into our new house by 3pm. We moved large delicate items like flat screen TV and a glass topped dining table all of which arrived undamaged. The guys took time to protect our new carpets when we arrived at the new house and generally made what we were told would be the most stressful day of our lives, actually enjoyable! Great work and great value for money. I will thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of going for a big name removal firm. I am very happy with Otex removal.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I called them on Tuesday asking for an office relocation on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I awaited the laughter but 'happy days' indeed – Muneeb told me he'd do it on Sunday.
They moved an office of ten (10 desks, chairs, computers, monitors, filing cabinets, book cases, cupboards, and so much more, including meeting room of 7 desks and 30 chairs plus kitchen items and equipment) in 4 hours. Staggering speed but always with care, communication and courtesy. Nothing was too much for them and price wise, well, you won't beat them either.

Friendly, courteous and hardworking crew. Punctual arrival, careful packing and removal - exactly what we wanted. Buy the guys a beer - they really delivered on the day! Dave, Mick, Mike, Andy and Brian were all brilliant - we were really pleased with how fast we were packed and removed. The access and the nature of the house at the delivery side was quite challenging and they worked very hard to get everything where we needed it to be, whilst remaining courteous and friendly. Really very impressed indeed with the entire crew. You exceeded it. I don't think we have anything damaged at all, the houses at both ends were kept clean and damage free.
You were almost exactly the same price as another company we contacted, who were also very professional and BAR accredited. However, the thing which tipped the balance was Ernie's attitude to solving the access problems (narrow road) at our new house. Whereas the other company gave lots of "ifs" and "buts" and "possibly", Ernie simply said he'd divide the move into two smaller vans instead of one big one. Problem solved in one sentence. That gave us the confidence to choose Otex Removal.

Initial impressions excellent both at Manchester and Birmingham. A real "can do" attitude to what was going to be a relatively complicated move made me feel confident that I had chosen the best firm. Surveyor visited us to assess our needs etc and projected a professional image. The detailed quotation was emailed to us promptly assuring us of your companies level of capability.

We felt that your company were professional and competitive. The team worked well together particularly during the loading process each member knowing what to do next. The additional staff that were drawn in on the unloading point worked conscientiously throughout. The team leader coral took command of the procedure and everyone knew what was required. He communicated well with both my wife and me. Very helpful & professional. They were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they made our move go very smoothly.

Deol and mark were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always polite and listened to our requests. We were worried that we would disturb other residents and so they were quiet and made sure doors did not slam. They were very careful with the sofa and arm chairs and also making sure that they did not mark the fresh painting on the walls of the new flat. They packed everything with care into the van. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. It is possible that the whole job could have been done in one day, therefore making it cheaper. Please pass on our thanks to all team they made a hard job easy and pleasant. The removal crew worked very hard. They were very curious and pleasant.

Survey carried out by different company was hurried and no opportunity to ask questions .Grated an excellent first impression of the company. The whole team were both professional and efficient throughout the whole day. We found everyone to be friendly and extremely hardworking. Levan was a great team leader who communicated the process to us clearly throughout as well as giving good direction to the team. We literally had the peace of mind to let the team get on with it without worry. Moving house can be very stressful and we genuinely believe that by using otex Removals the whole day went very smoothly and with minimal stress. No items of furniture were damaged at all, we found everyone to be very careful with all of our belongings which was very much appreciated. Johnny your estimator was lovely, and very responsive. Riya and tammy were absolutely brilliant, dealing with several move cancellations with humour and patience, and professionalism. The two sets of removals guys were great, they worked very hard and were very courteous and professional throughout. We are very happy indeed! You were the most responsive firm we approached. Price was not so much important as personal service, and you exceeded our expectations. Otex removal were superb! Worked amazingly hard and were very personable and polite.
