They were excellent. Excellent communication throughout, good value, turned up on time and did a good job. Really professional on the day and obviously took pride in their work. The movers themselves were really nice and I felt comfortable having them in the house unloading while I was looking after my baby daughter. They worked really hard and got loads done during the time we had them for. Asked me where I wanted everything, but also used their common sense and made suggestions when I was overwhelmed or preoccupied. Also did a great job of re-assembling 3 ikea wardrobes that had been taken apart by someone else (I would have had no idea where to start!!), including making a replacement piece when I realised I had lost one. Will definitely be in touch for our next move.

We used Macro Removals to empty my wife's parents house, taking items to their new address, to friends' houses and placing the remainder in storage. The team that came were quite exceptional, hard-working, precise, good humoured and all equipped with a good sense of humour. The latter was needed with the constant changes to the plan. Collectively the could not have done any more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Macro Removals. From the initial contact, the video survey and to the packing itself all was done to the most professional of standards. A 5-star performance!

We’ve used Macro Removal a few times now and we’re always very impressed with their work. Fred was able to provide a competitive quote within a few hours of doing a virtual home survey on WhatsApp and talked us through the whole packing and moving process. This reassured us we were in safe hands and the removal team (Mike, Paddy & Tom) were brilliant! They were very calm, took pride in their work and even dismantled a 3 door wardrobe in no-time. We were actually fully moved out of our old property well before the completion time!

They got straight to work after arriving at our new property, reassembled everything, each item was put in the requested rooms and just a real pleasure to have around.

We recently used Macro Removals for our home move and we were massively impressed by the service we received.

I was super stressed (as most people moving home are!) but Macro made it so easy.

Firstly they gave us a VERY competitive quote, Fred was thorough with seeing what needed to be moved via video call and made us feel reassured that he understood the task.

On the day the team arrived early in the morning, the guys were friendly and enthusiastic - even stopping to chat with my young children, who were keen to know their toys were being transported!! They took care with our items and our old house - using plenty of mats on the floors and carpets (especially appreciated as it was a damp day).

At the new house they were helpful and kind - even moving a few boxes around several times whilst I was being indecisive about where I wanted them!

I would absolutely use Macro Removals again if needed and recommend them to others!

From start to finish, the team at Macro Removals were very friendly and helpful. It was rather short notice that we arranged our move but that was not a problem for them. They turned up on time and had everything safely packed away in good time.

We had some large furniture items which were disassembled and then put back together at the new location. This was all done very well.
