Top-notch!

Fred and his team move our 3 bed house effortlessly. We had some delicate items and I honestly thought they wouldn't survive the move but they did. The team arrive on time and loaded everything before the completion deadline. Good work lads!

Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Definitely use again!

I used Macro Removals to transport my belongings to a storage facility before traveling to Colombia for work last week. I found them pleasant to deal with and they took great care moving my items. Also, these guys are machines! I lived in a top floor flat in Clifton and they dealt with 3 flights of stairs without any issues or complaints. Thanks and I'll call you in 6 months' time!

Professional Service.

We can't thank them enough! We were let down by another removals company (I don't want to mention their name in case it gets Macro Removals in trouble) and Fred came to our rescue. He surveyed our house within a day and his team moved our belongings 2 days after. It was so last minute and I was panicking but Macro Removals turned that around and my move went smoothly. Thanks again guys and sorry I ran out of tea bags!

On time, very helpful and experienced mover.

Fred was quick to respond to our move request and asked all of the right questions to ensure a smooth and easy move. Picked me up on route and reached the destination bang on time. Plenty of soft rugs to protect the furniture and took care to move without any damages or marks to our items. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others, first class.

Flat to house move.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but Macro removals is an exception.The team that moved us from a two bed flat to a 3 bed house were very polite and got the job done quickly and unlike other companies who we’ve used in the past, they did not damage anything .I was actually quite impressed with the equipment they used to protect our stuff .We’re not planning to move anytime soon but if we do , Macro will be our first choice.

Professional & friendly service with a smile.

We recently moved from a one-bed flat in Bath to a one-bed in Bristol and needed to arrange removals quite urgently. Macro Removals already had a large commercial booking on the day of our planned move, but the company manager kindly offered to help us with our move himself, with a smaller van and at a reduced rate.

Fred was very friendly, efficient and professional throughout, really putting our minds at ease. He handled our possessions with care and everything was loaded into the van with a great deal of consideration. He also gave us some much-appreciated advice about the arts/music scene in Bristol!

We shall definitely use his services again when we need to move out next time! Cheers Fred - you're the best!

One of the best Removal Companies in Bristol, by far!

Macro Removals did a fantastic job and I was very impressed by their Covid-19 policy. Fred took our initial booking via a WhatsApp video call to estimate the move, offered me a quote, and confirmed the booking. It was very easy! The movers, Paddy and Hugo, arrived on time with facemasks and gloves and kept their distance from us whenever possible. They moved everything including dismantling and reassembling furniture without a hitch.

Great job - very impressed.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Macro Removals. I was initially a bit stressed due to the lockdown and worried about how it would affect my move but Fred explained the process during our video chat and that made me feel at ease. The team took great care when packing everything (it was a lot!) and moving day was effortless. Their Coronavirus policy is well refined and I liked the fact they use a floorplan and colour coded each room and did the same with each piece of furniture, box and crate. Everything was moved into the correct rooms at the new property without me communicating with the team. I spent the day in the garden with the kids and really enjoyed it! I would use them again without hesitation.

Great service

Our move with Macro Removals was brilliant from start to finish. Fred was very responsive to my questions and the video call survey was quick, I even got a quote on the same day. The removal team (Paddy, Adam, Nick, and Joe) were punctual, friendly and handled everything with care whilst I supplied the tea and biscuits.

I was very happy with having employed Macro Removals to handle my recent move from Bristol City centre to Tetbury. The removal team arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and set about their task in an organised and efficient manner. Fantastic service

I highly recommend Macro Removals! Not only did they provide the cheapest quote (£100 below the next cheapest company!), they provided fantastic, professional and friendship service. All my items were packed considerately and carefully and the two removal men were friendly and eager to do things the way I wanted. Everything went smoothly, and one small stain to a furniture item was sorted and professionally cleaned within 48 hours! I highly recommend!

Fred and his team were beyond professional. They dropped off the complementary moving boxes with plenty of time for us to pack up our stuff. They arrived promptly on the day and we were out and into our new place with great time. They made a stressful day a lot easier. Subsequently they moved further items from a storage unit into our garage- again they were prompt and careful with all of our possessions. Couldnt recommend enough!

Moving a large number of items into Storage - Bristol

Paddy was exemplary- welcoming, friendly and very efficient in moving all my items down to the van, as well as being flexible on timings and not hurrying us along! The service was excellent, everything was transported with great care and Paddy even helped us out everything into the Storage unit which was a huge help - I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and will definitely be booking the service again when it's time to move everything back into my new house!

Additionally, the pricing is very good value and competitive in comparison to many other Bristol removals companies I got quotes from.

10/10!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We moved from a 3 storey, 3 bed house to a 2 storey3 bed house. An initial survey with Fred was conducted on WhatsApp due to Covid restrictions after which he swiftly emailed a quote. The quote was very competitive. Fred was very patient with us confirming our move date as our move was repeatedly delayed. On the day Fred and his team were polite, friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful. Shame, I can’t give more stars!

These guys are incredible! We hired macroremovals based on great reviews and, man, do they live up to expectations! It wasn’t the easiest of moves - they had to drag sofas 4 flights of stairs! Yet nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile on their faces. Punctual, professional, careful, hard working. The booking process was super easy, Fred has put us at ease right from the first phone-call, then followed up the night before the move to ensure all is in place. They guys moving us were Paddy and Nick - hats off to them for a great job they’ve done. Could not recommend them enough and will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent work

They were excellent. Excellent communication throughout, good value, turned up on time and did a good job. Really professional on the day and obviously took pride in their work. The movers themselves were really nice and I felt comfortable having them in the house unloading while I was looking after my baby daughter. They worked really hard and got loads done during the time we had them for. Asked me where I wanted everything, but also used their common sense and made suggestions when I was overwhelmed or preoccupied. Also did a great job of re-assembling 3 ikea wardrobes that had been taken apart by someone else (I would have had no idea where to start!!), including making a replacement piece when I realised I had lost one. Will definitely be in touch for our next move.

Fred and his team provided a really great professional service - they were extremely friendly with a can-do, positive attitude. I received very quick responses andFredwas happy to help with supplying tape and bubble wrap which came in very handy. Professional, reasonable and crazy efficient

All communication in the build-up to the moving day was informative and accurate - with a super fast turnaround - while the price we were quoted was very reasonable.

Come the day itself, Fred and the Macro Removals team were incredibly efficient and took care of everything as if it were their own.

Even after the move Fred went above and beyond by giving us ample time to return loaned packing materials. We'll be recommending Macro Removals to everyone we know (who's moving house in Bristol, anyway).

Our move was not an easy one - our furniture was hard to get out and our vendors were three hours late moving out but Fred and his team were helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Excellent stress free service

Macro have great customer service and good prices. Fred managed to fit in our move during a very busy period, he always called back when needed and called in the morning to confirm the team were on their way.

The team were great to have around and uncomplaining despite our very awkward location down 40 or so steps.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.
