Excellent stress free service

Macro have great customer service and good prices. Fred managed to fit in our move during a very busy period, he always called back when needed and called in the morning to confirm the team were on their way.

The team were great to have around and uncomplaining despite our very awkward location down 40 or so steps.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Incredibly helpful

In the midst of great pressure on removals companies nationwide (everyone trying to complete before

June 30th to capitalise the stamp duty covid reduction), Fred put in a lot of time and effort to quote for me and work out how to move my specialist disability equipment. SUPERB!

Fred and his team were an absolute dream to deal and work with. From the first moment, everything was made easy and worry free for us. We had a complex removal, five loads from our home to local storage, and then from Bristol to Birmingham. Fred's organisational skills and creative and effective solutions to problems and difficulties are outstanding. We were not just moving the regular household stuff but also a very large amount of awkward and delicate objects, MacroRemovals did it perfectly well. We are extremely grateful. Fred and his team were outstanding - really friendly, positive and reliable. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Fred was very helpful during initial discussions. His quote was very competitive (low) compared with others - based on a good understanding of my needs & expectations I feel.

On the day Fred + 3 worked smoothly to move and load the 2 vans - including awkward & heavy items, and many small boxes. Unloading was also smooth and stressless.

Excellent work

They were excellent. Excellent communication throughout, good value, turned up on time and did a good job. Really professional on the day and obviously took pride in their work. The movers themselves were really nice and I felt comfortable having them in the house unloading while I was looking after my baby daughter. They worked really hard and got loads done during the time we had them for. Asked me where I wanted everything, but also used their common sense and made suggestions when I was overwhelmed or preoccupied. Also did a great job of re-assembling 3 ikea wardrobes that had been taken apart by someone else (I would have had no idea where to start!!), including making a replacement piece when I realised I had lost one. Will definitely be in touch for our next move.

We were so impressed with the guys from Macro. Fred was really helpful from the start. I was reassured by his ‘can do’ attitude and nothing was too much trouble. It was so easy to send a video to Macro and I had the quotation within hours. Paddy and James worked like trojans on Friday. They were polite, respectful and extremely careful with our things. Their van stacking was seriously impressive. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Brilliant.

A 5-star performance!

We used Macro Removals to empty my wife's parents house, taking items to their new address, to friends' houses and placing the remainder in storage. The team that came were quite exceptional, hard-working, precise, good humoured and all equipped with a good sense of humour. The latter was needed with the constant changes to the plan. Collectively the could not have done any more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Macro Removals. From the initial contact, the video survey and to the packing itself all was done to the most professional of standards. A 5-star performance!

3 Bed House Move

We’ve used Macro Removal a few times now and we’re always very impressed with their work. Fred was able to provide a competitive quote within a few hours of doing a virtual home survey on WhatsApp and talked us through the whole packing and moving process. This reassured us we were in safe hands and the removal team (Mike, Paddy & Tom) were brilliant! They were very calm, took pride in their work and even dismantled a 3 door wardrobe in no-time. We were actually fully moved out of our old property well before the completion time!

They got straight to work after arriving at our new property, reassembled everything, each item was put in the requested rooms and just a real pleasure to have around.

We can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

House move - 3 bed

We recently used Macro Removals for our home move and we were massively impressed by the service we received.

I was super stressed (as most people moving home are!) but Macro made it so easy.

Firstly they gave us a VERY competitive quote, Fred was thorough with seeing what needed to be moved via video call and made us feel reassured that he understood the task.

On the day the team arrived early in the morning, the guys were friendly and enthusiastic - even stopping to chat with my young children, who were keen to know their toys were being transported!! They took care with our items and our old house - using plenty of mats on the floors and carpets (especially appreciated as it was a damp day).

At the new house they were helpful and kind - even moving a few boxes around several times whilst I was being indecisive about where I wanted them!

I would absolutely use Macro Removals again if needed and recommend them to others!

Multiple Bristol Moves Including Piano!

I've used Macro Removals a couple of times and the guys did an absolutely fantastic job for both moves. It was super easy and convenient to book a date - I found them really flexible to my needs. On the day of moving the guys were so prompt, speedy but extremely careful and with good humour too. They took really good care of our upright piano which they were also able to move. Could not recommend them highly enough, i'll definitely be using them again.

Fantastic Service

From start to finish, the team at Macro Removals were very friendly and helpful. It was rather short notice that we arranged our move but that was not a problem for them. They turned up on time and had everything safely packed away in good time.

We had some large furniture items which were disassembled and then put back together at the new location. This was all done very well.

I highly recommend Macro Removals as the entire process was smooth and carried out very well.

Fantastic Service!

They made out move so easy in very difficult circumstances (National Lockdown) and were very reasonably priced when others have quoted us almost double for the move.

They took apart our furniture and reassembled it better than I had initially made it in the first place.

Would highly recommend!
