Location2Location

I took time searching for a removal company when my partner and I decided to move. Location2Location immediately were very proactive in arranging a time to survey our property and give us a quote. I had complete confidence in them from that point. They were also extremely accommodating when our removal date kept changing due to our property purchase. Communication was brilliant . On the day of the move our removal men kept us up to date with their estimated time of arrival. Michael and Ray were complete professionals and so quick (and careful!) with getting all our stuff packed into the van. Indeed they were also really quick at unloading the van at the other end. Really impressive. I would have no hesitation in hiring the services from Location2Location again, great experience and great price too.

We have moved from London to Oxford using Location2Location, which went great and offered the best price. The guys arrived on time and handled everything properly, wrapping the fragile items, etc. I recommend using this moving service. One thing I would recommend to potential customers: count how many boxes you get delivered in advance, and how many of those you use - it will be easier to calculate the total price at the end, if you can count by yourself, because the movers won't do that for you. That will be the only thing you have to do ;).

Moved on 17th June. 2 Luton vans and 3 men arrived sharp at 8am as planned and made it all look easy! Good guys. Very professional, personable and helpful at the packing, unpacking and reassembly stages. Also were very understanding of timing issues and hiccups that can occur and the stress we were under.

Initial meeting for quote was with Shaz who came to the house for a look around. Very personable and one of the main reasons we went ahead with Location2Location.

Also swapped several emails with Sofia (in the office?) who contacted me enough to keep me moving and demonstrate that she was organised, and at the same time judging the frequency right so I never felt I was being hassled. A talent indeed.

Also 20 free boxes and 2 hanging boxes, and wrapping paper.
All in all, a good experience for a good price.

This company based in Deptford have been fantastic. They took great care with our furniture and nothing was damaged. We travelled from London to Hastings and they were £400 cheaper than any company we could find in Hastings. The staff are polite and trustworthy. Boxes and packing materials included as well as disassembling furniture, I would denfinately use again. Shaz and his colleague worked very hard. They arrived on time and they reached our new home when they said they would. There were no hidden costs. A great company with excellent staff who know what they are doing. Thank you.

We hired location2location for our move on 16th March - Shaz was recommended to us by friends who'd used location2location 3 times previously and spoke very highly of them.

The service was completely professional from start-to-finish: the quote was extremely competitive compared to other firms, the admin was all seamless, I received emailed confirmation a week before and the team arrived just before 8am on move-day. We completed unloaded at our new house by 11.30am.

The guys were polite, friendly, good-natured and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and wont hesitate to hire them again.

This was the only company we found which offered to send someone to do a free survey of our belongings, which I thought was an excellent and sensible service. I liked the owner, Shaz, from the moment I met him. He is friendly and straightforward and he explained that we would need two Luton vans instead of one and that there would be 80-100 boxes, whereas we had estimated 40 - and he was spot on! The packing team arrived the day before and finished in just three hours! On moving day Shaz, Prince and Rahim arrived at 8 am as agreed and worked damn hard in 29 degree heat under Shaz's expert direction, finishing at 15.15. They packed and carried everything with the utmost care. This is the 38th move I have made in my lifetime and the only one which I can describe as stress-free. I admire the stamina and professionalism of these guys and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Great value for money (£500 packing + £600 move).

Great service from Shaz and his team, who worked tirelessly on a very hot day with no complaints, even when there was a delay with completion. They took great care of our things, there were no hidden costs and the administration was simple.

His estimate of the needs for 2 Luton vans was spot on. I tried to cut corners and only get 1 and it was a stressful mistake, so I strongly suggest you listen to Shaz's advice!

Fully recommend using location2location.

From the first engagement Shaz was helpful, friendly & professional. I used their packing service on the morning of the move & they worked quickly & efficiently but also took care to protect valuable items. The move was quick and the team worked hard to ensure I had everything in place before leaving. They've come back and picked up the empty boxes (at no extra charge) and followed-up to ensure I am happy with everything.
The quote was accurate and the costs very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for a house move.

We used Location2Location in November 2017. It was a very stressful time but the guys really made everything so easy for us! They loaded everything onto the trucks efficiently and quickly (everything was intact). They helped packed and wrapped the larger items I.e. couch and floor mirror and chest of drawers. We booked them for 10am, from London to Kent, and everything was off loaded into our new place just before 4pm (trust me we had lots of things hence the two trucks).
