This was the only company we found which offered to send someone to do a free survey of our belongings, which I thought was an excellent and sensible service. I liked the owner, Shaz, from the moment I met him. He is friendly and straightforward and he explained that we would need two Luton vans instead of one and that there would be 80-100 boxes, whereas we had estimated 40 - and he was spot on! The packing team arrived the day before and finished in just three hours! On moving day Shaz, Prince and Rahim arrived at 8 am as agreed and worked damn hard in 29 degree heat under Shaz's expert direction, finishing at 15.15. They packed and carried everything with the utmost care. This is the 38th move I have made in my lifetime and the only one which I can describe as stress-free. I admire the stamina and professionalism of these guys and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Great value for money (£500 packing + £600 move).

Great service from Shaz and his team, who worked tirelessly on a very hot day with no complaints, even when there was a delay with completion. They took great care of our things, there were no hidden costs and the administration was simple.

His estimate of the needs for 2 Luton vans was spot on. I tried to cut corners and only get 1 and it was a stressful mistake, so I strongly suggest you listen to Shaz's advice!

From the first engagement Shaz was helpful, friendly & professional. I used their packing service on the morning of the move & they worked quickly & efficiently but also took care to protect valuable items. The move was quick and the team worked hard to ensure I had everything in place before leaving. They've come back and picked up the empty boxes (at no extra charge) and followed-up to ensure I am happy with everything.
The quote was accurate and the costs very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for a house move.

We moved from our 2 bedroom property in London to Manchester.
These guys were perfect from beginning to end. I was given varying quotes and once I had decided to do some research realised there was only one choice Location2Location. All items were packed using the packing materials as promised no corners cut.The removal men were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. We were kept informed of arrival time as we had left the keys with the guys as we left the day before. Great bunch of people no hidden charges.

If you decide to use this company, YOU MUST GET THEM TO SPECIFY IN ADVANCE ALL THE ITEMS THEY WILL MOVE OR ELSE THEY WILL CHANGE THE TERMS OF THEIR AGREEMENT ON THE DAY of the move to make sure your belongings fit in the number
of vehicles they have available. Loaction2Location (Shaz) did a site visit to provide us with a quote and said he could complete our move in 2 vehicles, but would guarantee a 3rd vehicle free of charge if needed on the day.

On the move day, it was clear his removal men were told they had to manage with 2 vehicles and to leave part our belongings behind if required. When we called Shaz to tell him that his staff would need a 3rd vehicle, as he had agreed to move ALL of our belongings, he denied ever agreeing to take our garden furniture, plants etc. My wife was called a liar, was spoken to aggressively and had the phone put down on her. Fortunately and on a positive note, the team of 3 who performed the removal were brilliant and did their best given the pressure they were put under, managing to squash all of our belongings into the 2 vehicles that were
sent out to us, with only minor damage to some items.

When we told Shaz that we would be submitting a review on our removal experience, we have received a barrage of aggressive and abusive text messages from Shaz calling us liars, pathetic,
etc and saying that my wife was only stressed out by the ‘misunderstanding’ during the move, because she is pregnant. This is all in an a attempt to prevent us from leaving a review – and this is despite us agreeing to honour our side of the removal and pay the full amount. Shaz simply refused to accept that having a removal company turn up on your move day and tell you that you will have to leave behind some of your belongings, would not be an issue for most people.

So quite simply BE WARNED - be thorough in advance, or this company may change the terms of your removal agreement,
on the day of removal as they did with us. We had 5 other quotes from removal companies and 4 of them wrote down approx. numbers and item descriptions on their quotations, now we know why – this is the only way to protect yourself from companies like Location2Location.

I used this company last week for my move from london to Oxford. I was quoted for 2 Luton vans for my 3 bedroom flat. as time got closer I became more anxious and was worried will it all fit. I kept Sofia informed and she put my mind to rest. On the day the guys were on time and woked very carfully packing my large T.v and pictures as quoted. It all fitted and I was relived when everything was unloade with no damage. Good price and very proffesionaly done.

My Wife and I chose location to location due to the good value quote, excellent reviews and the thorough inspection of our goods when coming to quote.

We were not disappointed. On the day they arrived 30mins late but more than made up for it with their 3 man team moving the furniture and further packing up any smaller items into additional boxes.

They brought the right tools and attitude to the job.

Unfortunately there were a few small breakages with the pictures and mirrors, however these were well wrapped so will put this down to bad luck. To compensate they promptly reimbursed us to a satisfactory level so I have no issues with that.

We had an excellent move with Location2Location - the quote given by Shaz was fixed. They provided all the packaging at a very cheap rate and they don't charge for waiting time on the day. The hard working team dismantled and reassembled all our large furniture as well as wrapping delicate items such as the TV, monitors, mirrors and pictures. They arrived on time and were on the way to our new house an hour early.

The team were quick and efficient - and didn't mind the wait while we got the keys to our new house and checked in which took over an hour.

I've moved 6 times and this was the easiest and smoothest one yet - thanks to the team at Location2Location!

We used Location2Location in November 2017. It was a very stressful time but the guys really made everything so easy for us! They loaded everything onto the trucks efficiently and quickly (everything was intact). They helped packed and wrapped the larger items I.e. couch and floor mirror and chest of drawers. We booked them for 10am, from London to Kent, and everything was off loaded into our new place just before 4pm (trust me we had lots of things hence the two trucks).
