If you decide to use this company, YOU MUST GET THEM TO SPECIFY IN ADVANCE ALL THE ITEMS THEY WILL MOVE OR ELSE THEY WILL CHANGE THE TERMS OF THEIR AGREEMENT ON THE DAY of the move to make sure your belongings fit in the number
of vehicles they have available. Loaction2Location (Shaz) did a site visit to provide us with a quote and said he could complete our move in 2 vehicles, but would guarantee a 3rd vehicle free of charge if needed on the day.

On the move day, it was clear his removal men were told they had to manage with 2 vehicles and to leave part our belongings behind if required. When we called Shaz to tell him that his staff would need a 3rd vehicle, as he had agreed to move ALL of our belongings, he denied ever agreeing to take our garden furniture, plants etc. My wife was called a liar, was spoken to aggressively and had the phone put down on her. Fortunately and on a positive note, the team of 3 who performed the removal were brilliant and did their best given the pressure they were put under, managing to squash all of our belongings into the 2 vehicles that were
sent out to us, with only minor damage to some items.

When we told Shaz that we would be submitting a review on our removal experience, we have received a barrage of aggressive and abusive text messages from Shaz calling us liars, pathetic,
etc and saying that my wife was only stressed out by the ‘misunderstanding’ during the move, because she is pregnant. This is all in an a attempt to prevent us from leaving a review – and this is despite us agreeing to honour our side of the removal and pay the full amount. Shaz simply refused to accept that having a removal company turn up on your move day and tell you that you will have to leave behind some of your belongings, would not be an issue for most people.

So quite simply BE WARNED - be thorough in advance, or this company may change the terms of your removal agreement,
on the day of removal as they did with us. We had 5 other quotes from removal companies and 4 of them wrote down approx. numbers and item descriptions on their quotations, now we know why – this is the only way to protect yourself from companies like Location2Location.

I recently used location2location for my move across London. Their staff were very professional and friendly. The surveyor got it exactly right with the number amount of packing materials and vehicles needed. The team of 4 were hard working and only stopped for lunch once the vehicles were loaded. They re assembled all the furniture as promised. Having moved several times this was by far the best experience, and also the first time a removal company did not try to overcharge on the day. Would definitely recommend.

We moved from our 2 bedroom property in London to Manchester.
These guys were perfect from beginning to end. I was given varying quotes and once I had decided to do some research realised there was only one choice Location2Location. All items were packed using the packing materials as promised no corners cut.The removal men were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. We were kept informed of arrival time as we had left the keys with the guys as we left the day before. Great bunch of people no hidden charges.

I used this company last week for my move from london to Oxford. I was quoted for 2 Luton vans for my 3 bedroom flat. as time got closer I became more anxious and was worried will it all fit. I kept Sofia informed and she put my mind to rest. On the day the guys were on time and woked very carfully packing my large T.v and pictures as quoted. It all fitted and I was relived when everything was unloade with no damage. Good price and very proffesionaly done.

My Wife and I chose location to location due to the good value quote, excellent reviews and the thorough inspection of our goods when coming to quote.

We were not disappointed. On the day they arrived 30mins late but more than made up for it with their 3 man team moving the furniture and further packing up any smaller items into additional boxes.

They brought the right tools and attitude to the job.

Unfortunately there were a few small breakages with the pictures and mirrors, however these were well wrapped so will put this down to bad luck. To compensate they promptly reimbursed us to a satisfactory level so I have no issues with that.

We had an excellent move with Location2Location - the quote given by Shaz was fixed. They provided all the packaging at a very cheap rate and they don't charge for waiting time on the day. The hard working team dismantled and reassembled all our large furniture as well as wrapping delicate items such as the TV, monitors, mirrors and pictures. They arrived on time and were on the way to our new house an hour early.

The team were quick and efficient - and didn't mind the wait while we got the keys to our new house and checked in which took over an hour.

I've moved 6 times and this was the easiest and smoothest one yet - thanks to the team at Location2Location!

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but after experiencing the excellent service from this company, I had to recommend to other people wanting to move, as I have had some very bad experiences previously. These guys were friendly, helpful and not only did they offer a great service but they had really competitive prices and completed the job to perfection. Moving from London to Birmingham was a very emotional time for my family. These guys took out all the stress from my move. Would definitely recommend this company to family friends and anyone else looking for a reputable removal firm.

After several quotes but only a couple of home visits from movers, we went with Location2location. Mainly because they actually visited and took the time to review our needs and volume of property before the move day. I wouldn't trust a mover that guessed how much stuff we had over the phone!

We had a move on the first Friday back after the new year (8/1/16). The team turned up at bang on 8am and got stuck in straight away. It was big move out of London, a very full two bed flat and storage lock up. Two vans where needed, both were full and expertly packed by the time they left.

I did a few summers as a remover when at Uni, so knew what to expect from a good service and the 4 guys excelled. They packed up our breakables and electronics, for a fair additional price and everything arrived safe and sound.
In fact the only breakage was my fault, packing a lamp in a rucksack was never going to be a good idea!

They even went out of their way to drop off a small black metal stand (undoubtedly lost in the dark corners of the van) that was left in the van, the week after.

Everything was unloaded by 6.30pm, a big move and long day for the team but I'm very happy and would recommend and use them again.

This company made the already stressful situation of moving home much worse. The team of three movers seemed to be trainees, two of them in particular really didn't know what they were doing, one of whom had to be continually pushed to do any work, spent most of his time wandering around. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Only one had a 'uniform' polo t shirt on, unfortunately the other two looked like they walked in off the street.
It all started to go wrong at the quote stage, as the person who came to do the survey said that the team would pack, this was not the case and we had to manically pack as they were moving our stuff out.
It took the three of them over five hours to clear a two bed flat (only clearing mind you, this doesn't include the time to travel to the new place and unload). I also had to really push the movers to do a second trip which was included, in the end I had to call up and insist. A different pair of movers brought the insisted upon second trip and they were so apologetic, however by then the dreadful experience had happened.
Most of our furniture made contact with a wall or door frame going out and/or coming in and many items have scratches or marks.
Buyer beware!

I originally chose Location2Location because, out of all the removal companies I contacted, it was the only one to actually visit me to assess the job. How companies get an accurate picture without seeing for themselves is beyond me. Shaz was polite, helpful, and extremely flexible in understanding my uncertainties over exactly what I intended to move, and provided me with an immediate quotation. On the day itself, the team of four extremely willing and pleasant chaps arrived on time at 8am and got to work hardly stopping for any breaks. They even removed rubbish which was being collected by a waste disposal firm. It was a pleasure working with them and, because the move was to Brighton, they worked until after 7pm to ensure the job was completed. I would thoroughly recommend Location2Location and cannot praise this company too highly.

I used location2location services to do my packing and move. I received a very professional service. The guys came the day before to do the packaging. Everything was handled with care and very efficiently. This made the whole process very stress-free for myself. The next day the removal guys were at my house on time and within a few hours the vans were loaded and ready to go. When we arrived at my new house, everything was unloaded within a couple of hours. I'm really happy with the service provided by location2location and would highly recommend them.

Location2Location - SE London.
The quote was quick and efficient. I used them twice.

First to move some items to a secure lock up and the second to move furniture to a new home a short distance away. Both instances were very positive. My review will concentrate on the bigger move.

Their were 4 guys and 2 vans. The guys were honest, polite and a pleasure to be around. We had a nice bit of banter.

They took great care in wrapping and protecting my furnishings. I would say they went above and beyond. I would recommend them without reservation.

After sending off for quotes to various companies I decided to go with location2location. I chose them as they were one of the few companies that provided a a free survey in order to estimate my moving needs and provide me with an accurate quote.

On moving day the team arrived and did a brilliant job protecting all my furniture and packing up my house promptly. Unloading was even quicker.
I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. Our team led by Darren were great guys who were professional and did a brilliant job. I hope not to move again in a hurry but if I did would definitely use them again.
