Leader Removals ltd.

Moving 2 flats into a house in London.

We had the contents of 2 very packed flats (5 bedrooms total) moved into a house with a garden, cellar, ground and first floors plus a converted loft. The move took place over 2 days (one per flat). Tony and his crew were FANTASTIC. They quoted competitively and they worked tirelessly and with good spirits till they saw each job done - even when it took the teams past 10 PM to do so (having started at 8 AM). They were polite, pleasant, accommodating and professional. Nothing was damaged in the move, items were placed in all requested locations (including some heavy stuff up in the loft), and furniture disassembled and reassembled appropriately. They were also flexible (adding at reasonable cost the move of a piano from another house nearby; cutting down the price for packing as I did half of it myself; charging only strictly for the materials they supplied: I provided most of my own boxes). I cannot recommend more this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing professional service.

We moved from a 3 bed terrace to a 5 bed detached and can honestly say we were in awe of the service we received. From the very friendly initial quote visit and Stephanie’s friendly and professional communication throughout (despite our chain being a nightmare) through to the highlight which was Dimo and the team who made what seemed like it was going to be a really terrifying day into a very manageable and dare I say fun experience. Every step of the day we were consulted advised and reassured and treated with professionalism and courtesy. Every item was treated with care and respect as were we. The guys worked tirelessly for a full day and made sure every aspect of placing items was placed in rooms across the house as per our request. There is literally nothing I could fault in this company and the team of brilliant hardworking people who we were fortunate to encounter. Leader removals could not come highly recommended enough, a company who support and guide you in a complicated process at every stage! Thank you for a truly awesome experience. We will be recommending you to literally anyone who we can. Look no further you will definitely be in safe hands on your moving day if…

Brilliant customer service.

These guys were a true testament to amazing customer service. My husband and I have been so grateful for their time and attention. Both guys were thoughtful and effective and went above and beyond to make sure our things were moved delicately.

In this day and age, many companies fall short on their promise for good customer service, but our removal men are a testament to brilliant customer service, I will always recommend this business from hereon,.

Moving home.

Massive appreciation to the team at Leader Removals Ltd. From start to finish the process was pristine. I was please with Paul and Silvana who dealt with us so politely from the office from the time we called to make arrangements. Excellent customer service. So kind and thoughtful.

I was extra delighted with the team of two wonderful efficient, patient gentlemen who so carefully looked after our household goods. They went about beyond and above their job, ensuring all items were protected as the rain was falling. At the very outset the men were able to advise me on the size of the storage I had chosen. I was really worried but that was short lived as the men were able to miraculously create space for all of our goods. They worked tirelessly in the rain to pack, transport and secure our items. They were prompt, patient and considerate - could have kicked myself- I didn't take their names. They had to go up three stories as we lived in a flat on the top floor. A big thank you to them. And the price was reasonable. The job was completed professionally and with great care.

I highly recommend the company and whenever I move again, I will always use Leader Removals Ltd. Great…

Very professional and reliable.

My son was moving home from Southampton to London and had booked with another company which raised their prices at the last minute; a few days before the move date. I found this company through a friend who spoke very highly of them and was very happy. They accepted our request at last minute and were very professional and respectful of our belongings. The move went smoothly and took less time than they had originally quoted.

Graham Hunt.

I will definitely use this company again, after all my searching for a good removal company I found them. These guys are amazing, they were efficient, careful, helpful and made the transition very smooth. They moved all my furniture so fast and everything was covered and protected. Not only did the removal men do a good job, but we were also very happy with their customer service on the phone. Many thanks again.

Excellent service.

We chose Leader Removals after reading the amazing reviews on the website and we were not disappointed. Booking the service with Stephanie and Kal was a real pleasure, true professionals, always quick to reply and answer every query we had. On the day of the appointment the team was very organised and careful. All of the guys were friendly and positive, always advising us what is the best and safest way of doing the job. Upon unloading our belongings at the new address, they were kind enough to distribute every item in the appropriate room, rather than just leaving it all in one place. The whole day was a real pleasure. 5 star service, would recommend to everyone.

Great company, hard workers.

I was anxious to pick the right removal company and got a number of quotes. Some companies tried to pressure me, citing memberships of associations or awards, but I went with my gut feeling and I'm pleased I did. We had a LOT of stuff, but The Leader team worked incredibly hard, packing carefully, wrapping well, dismantling beds etc, then delivering and putting it all up the next day. I thought they might clock off at 5 but they worked until after 10 then turned up at 9.30 the next day to get the job done! They really went above and beyond. They were also very polite and treated all our things with care.

To sum up - trustworthy, hard working and reasonably priced.

Removal within Watford.

Removed items from three rooms of storage to a house. I felt confident handing over the codes of the rooms and leaving the two men to get on with the job. They were really great - careful with everything, cheerful (which really matters on moving day) and very helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything, from Tony, who took the order on the phone through to the completion of the job was personalised and straightforward.

Removals.

We used Leader Removals for our recent move. Tony and his fantastic team did a great job. We chose to have the full service, including dismantling, packing and moving numerous large potted plants from the garden. They were extremely punctual and everything was packed with care and professionalism. To minimise stress on move day, everything was packed a day before move day. The team were courteous and responsive to our requests and really took the stress out of the move. All rubbish and unwanted items were also removed.

I would definitely recommend Leader Removals for a professional, stress free service and very competitive price.

Perry.

Very happy with the service.

Really nice guys and great job at moving all our things and worked very hard consistently. Would definitely recommend to others looking for help with moving. The quote was less than anywhere else, although the length of time was double what we had originally thought.

Thanks guys for a great job- you made our move far less stressful!

I have no further comments but this won't let me submit without being a certain length!

Moving Flat.

Stephanie was great - always kept me up to date with everything and was very professional.

Would happily recommend.

I will be using them again in 6 months when I move back !

Fantastic setrvice!

Have moved around a lot and have dealt with many removals companies none of which can be compared to the excellent service provided by Leader Removals. The team arrived on time, worked very efficiently (like a well oiled machine), and were very friendly people. The guys in the office stayed in touch and were very patient and helpful regarding our changing circumstances. I would deffinetely recommend this removal company!

Review of Leader Removals.

We were thoroughly impressed with the guys that came and helped us from Leader Removals, they were positive, and had such a can do attitude. As a pregnant woman they made the whole stressful moving experience very easy and swift for us, always ensuring our belongings were looked after with the upmost care. Stephanie in the office was great the whole way through in terms of communication too. It was a long stressful day of moving, especially as we were relocating, but the whole team made it as easy as it could have been for us, we will be recommending them to everyone - thank you!

Efficient staff.

Moved more than 200 miles from London to Barrow-in-Furness, and Leader Removals made it a pleasant experience. The office staff, Kal and Stephanie, were always willing to help, always quick to reply and ready to accommodate any requests. The removal team on the other hand arrived on time, they were so considerate and polite and ever so careful with my stuff. Everyone was efficient and did their job so well. Not a bit of regret that I chose their service for this move. Definitely recommended and will use again.
