We read many positive reviews about J-Load and after discussing our requirements with Matt, went with them because of their personable approach, flexibility, pricing and positive attitude. On the day we had the pleasure of Chris and Dean, both of whom were exemplary throughout the move and worked a hard / long day to ensure all stress was taken out of our move - which they succeeded in. My opinion is that J-Load has a very unique culture, staff enjoy their work, they go the extra mile and the flexible pricing options cater for all needs. Delighted to have them in my network, both personally and professionally, we will be using again for sure.

From the initial quote to the day we moved Matt & his team were on hand and constantly checking we had everything we needed. On the day before the move the house was packed up quickly and efficiently. Our removal team of 3 were excellent (Matt - apologies for not remembering their names can you name them for me). Nothing was too much trouble, they worked hard and were incredibly careful with everything. Really top blokes.

We were delayed getting our keys at the other end but the guys remained cheerful and assured us not to worry. When we did move in, they did not rush it instead made sure everything was where we needed it and unloaded carefully. They had a long drive home so we appreciated that. All in all would highly recommend to anyone!

Upon finding J-Load Removals, I was contacted by Matthew who organised to come round and take a look at the inventory they’d be moving (outside of his own working hours). I then decided to book the move with them.

On move day, two very professional & friendly chaps arrived, sussed everything out & went about their work. They were fantastic all the way through, helping out with bits that they weren’t even expected to & making the move as stress free as possible. I would strongly recommend J-Load Removals to anyone! Can’t go wrong with them.

I recently hired J-Load to complete a local move in the Bournemouth area, from a storage space to a 1-bedroom first-floor flat. I can't praise J-Load enough. The two-man crew on the day, Darren and Dean, were polite, helpful and efficient, and went the extra mile to reassemble a challenging wardrobe. The reassembly proved hard to complete on the day, so J-Load director Matthew returned at a convenient time a few days later to finish the job himself. It makes all the difference when a company is helpful in this way, and fairly priced, so I would have no hesitation in hiring J-Load again, or in recommending them to other customers.

Our move from Poole to Ferndown was delayed 4 times. J-Load managed to adapt to every change, and still managed to do a great job, on time and with smiles all round. Matt was especially helpful, and led a great team of guys to do everything he had promised. I was glad to see 4 vehicles for the job, as it allowed for some flexibility in loading. We were very pleased with everything, including price, professionalism, service, flexibility and adaptability. Highly recommended.

We initially selected J-load because they were the most competitive overall and we really liked Matthew Bell when he came round to quote. Then on moving day the chaps who did the move could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were cheerful, calm, positive and hard working, and kept us at ease. They took all our large furniture apart and rebuilt it in the new place and couldn't do enough to help. They even helped to select good locations for furniture in our new home, and were still there at 5.30pm on a Friday asking us if there was anything else they could do. I would thoroughly recommend J-Load and would like to thank them for their efforts with our move. I feel like they went over and above what was expected of them and it was a pleasure using them.

From the moment Matt came to provide a quote(1 out of 5 companies) he made me feel at ease about preparing to move house, providing advice and tips. I even decided if J-Load came in more expensive I would use them as Matt made me feel at ease with the process. Turns out it was the most competitive quote.

It was a 2 day move, with the garage and garden being moved the day before and the house on completion day. The crew arrived on time both days and were hard-working. They took control of the move and we sorted the cleaning! It was a really smooth home move and stress free. To move a 5 bedroom house in one day and have left by 430pm shows how hard they worked to get the job done. Great communication and care throughout. I would recommend and use again.
