The team were wonderful from first contact to the removal day. Matt was great to work with, he sent a staff member around to check my inventory to ensure that everything was accounted for and the price was correct. Talking of price - amazing value!

The guys were on time, clean, friendly and respectful. Really lovely guys. They even hoovered my house before leaving as they knew I was running short of time, which was so kind!

Everything was packed so well and so carefully, and they put the furniture back together in no time, which was amazing in terms of helping to settle in.

Honestly - cannot recommend highly enough!! Just fantastic.

We had several quotes for moving, and though J-Load was not the cheapest, they were so thorough, from the moment Chris walked through the door to do the survey, to Matt, always being there at the end of the phone, and to the actual move itself over two days. Darren, Gabriel and Warren who came to actually move our belongings were lovely friendly lads, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was carefully stowed on the trucks. Not having to empty wardrobes or chests of drawers was a huge bonus as it saved a lot of time at both ends. Within a few hours they had loaded the truck, driven to our new home and unloaded everything. Beds were dismantled and then put together again in the new house. I wanted to leave my freezer full till the last minute, and they even emptied that for me and put it all in the container with the ice I had bought. Brilliant service all round, and very highly recommended.

We have no problem recommending this company, the team were helpful, cheerful, and worked like Trojans.
Theydismantled large wardrobes,  re-assembled when we arrived at our destination, at a very reasonable price. 'cuold not access property , so our furniture had to go into storage, the guys just took it in their stride, even though we couldn't provide refreshments, to keep them going.
They had a late finish, and a long tiring drive home, but did a great job.

First they moved us last october then they moved my elderly parents on both occassions they were absolutly brilliant. of the move entailed some of our items going into store and some moving directly to our new house. othing was too much trouble and nothing at  all was damaged. We highly recommend J-Load and we will use them again!!
Even when my mother had left something in store they went into the store to try and find it for her . They did not complain or make it difficult.
everything they did for us ran like clockwork it was really fab. The guys  were  very helpful and extremyl polite.

Matt and Steve from J-Load did an excellent job all around, from planning the move to doing much of the packing (including lots of books!), to the transport, to putting all the furniture and boxes where they should eventually go in the new home (even assembling the big pieces!). With their help, the move was relatively stress-free, and Matt gave really good advice beforehand and helped a lot with the planning and taking the stress out of moving! I'd definitely use their company's services again :).
