JLoad Ltd could not have delivered a better service. From the first contact Matt was extremely punctual and delivered everything promised and expected. The crew working for Matt were respectful, kind, considerate and professional. Matt and his colleagues went out of their way to be helpful from ensuring the washing machine was connected to making sure every box went into the correct rooms for each family member. They are personable and interacted with my teenagers creating a friendly team atmosphere for our move. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had observed Matt and his guys when they installed my new neighbours and was immediately impressed by their professional approach, smart appearance and clean and tidy vans (it matters!). When I requested a quote for my own move I was again impressed by the professional and reassuring service. Nothing was too much trouble, none of my innumerable questions were dismissed and every request I had for extra drop offs and pickups was agreed to. Matt and his team worked hard and were always friendly and enthusiastic. From the beginning when Matt arrived to quote for the job Matt stood out giving a very reasonable quote but most of all gave you confidence and was so reassuring and friendly. We moved from a 5 bed large house to a much smaller 3 bed bungalow but the team worked relentlessly to get the job done with a smile. Despite being local It was not an easy move but it was managed professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend Matt and his team and would use them again. This is the second time I have used Matt and his team and on both occasions they did an excellent job. The first occasion was when I moved into my current property a 3 bed railway cottage and then again most recently when my son moved out into a second floor apartment. Moving is a stressful time but the professional and efficient service Matt and his team provide makes things so much easier. Matt is easy to deal with and really goes that extra mile to make your move go smoothly. They had to get furniture out of a period property with tight turns and doorways and managed to do so without causing any damage and then up 2 flights of stairs into my son’s new apartment!Some dismantling and reassembling of furniture was required but nothing was too much trouble. Matthew is a safe pair of hands and I would highly recommend him and his team.

We used Matthew and his team to move us from our 3-bedroom home, including lots of garden equipment, plants, and a big shed. We had never used a removals company before so I obtained quotes from 5 local companies but felt comfortable with Matt from the start. He explained the process and was transparent with pricing, he was reassuring and never complained about answering our silly questions! The communication in the lead up to the day was brilliant and moving day itself couldn’t have been smoother. Matt’s team worked incredibly hard but were always smiling and they made the whole process quite enjoyable (which we weren’t expecting!) I would highly recommend using J-Load. I was highly recommended j-load, Matt & his team. So glad for that recommendation! From the start Matt was professional, friendly and very fair on price. Fully insured also. He rang me prior to the move - communication was perfect. We had a 3 bed house in Bournemouth moving to Wimborne. 2 vans & 3 guys. Nathan, Dean, Darren… These guys were nothing short of AMAZING !! You could just feel that their genuine desire was to make life easy for us. They were kind, polite extremely hard working, trust worthy, careful and had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble! Their ethos & work ethic was truly inspiring. Matt - you must be exceptionally proud of your work force & rightly so.
