From the very beginning of the quote, the company was responsive and attentive. We booked for three men and a Luton Van and we had Jack and two others turn up. They were great. Polite and respectful, very professional and courteous too. They did the job efficiently, and the time estimate given by Ari based only on what I had described was almost perfectly accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again in the future.

We had a weird pre moving house request going from one flat to another and back again trying to sort out furniture. It made my head hurt thinking about it! But Jimmy and his colleague were just fabulous, I cannot recommend them enough and when we really do move from two flats to a third one together (head hurting logistics again!) I will ask for Jimmy.

Worst company - please do not use it. 4 items damaged fully (see photos), no compensation offered so far. First denied the damage, until the movers themselves admitted there was no damage previously!
The movers are lovely but so overworked that things are inevitably damaged. The entire job is squeezed into such a short time frame that they leave you in an absolute mess. Workers who do the work are paid a very very small fraction of what you pay. Very difficult administration - be ready to pay 2.5 times the quote you agree. (Sent a quote, someone from the company sent a lower quote, then they revised it upwards, again and again!) And they keep saying read the contract. Make sure you do because the boss is very picky about it.

Never using them again. Be ready for all your pieces to arrive broken.

We recently used “I like to move it..” for our house move. I am not one to usually leave reviews but in this case I really wanted to take my time to thank the guys, Jamie, Jack, Ahmad, Ari, and 2 others I forgot their names.
Thank you all so much for all the sweat and pain you put into our move and not a word of complaint, you all just got on with it. Even when we faced the problem of the fridge freezer wasting 45 mins of our time (I didn’t know where the water mains were) and even when I was locked outside my house and we couldn’t get in that morning!! You all were so accommodating and didn’t put me under any pressure.
The quote was worth every penny for the amount of work involved. I seriously doubt the cheaper quotes I received would have done the job the way these boys carried it out. I didn’t want to think about solutions to problems, and on the day of the move you will always find something can go wrong.
This company/team bended backwards to make the day go through smoothly for us.
A genuinely friendly, polite and happy team that were a pleasure to have around.

Great Movers! We have used a couple of moving companies in the past and they were ok but Ari and his team were amazing. Extremely professional, courteous throughout and they handled all of our furniture with great care.
The booking process was extremely easy and the team turned up on the moving day bang on time and got started in no time. They handled our very heavy sofa with great ease with no damage to walls or floor.
We didn't use their packing service but we did use their storage for some of our furniture as we were downsizing into a flat. They managed to get us a discount at the Big Yellow storage in North Finchley which was very handy!
Would definitely recommend and use again.

We needed to move out two rooms with all their content from our apartment while we were performing some renovations. In these room we had furniture (bed, sofa, tables, chest drawers, tables, chairs etc), clothes, shoes, luggage, tv.
This was our first ever experience with the removing company and we did not what prices/service to expect. 
"I love to move it move it Ltd" packed everything very carefully, professionally and efficiently. They provided an all-inclusive service (boxes, packing, moving out of the apartment to the storage place, that they also found and rented for us) - and everything for a very-very good price. We were comparing the quotations from ~5 different moving services and this one was by far the cheapest (£265 for moving service and £45 per week/40 sq. foot storage ). They also have managed to provide the "Yellow Self-Storage" place for our items for the price cheaper than on their own website. Also when I was contacting them to get a quotation they responded very fast, were very flexible on the time (I could do only late evenings) and were able to help us with the move the same weekend (in 3 days). So overall, we are more than happy with this company , their staff and service and would highly recommend to anyone.

I choose this company based on reviews. And it was a huge mistake.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company.
We had appointment for 10 am. One of the guys came half an hour early without a car, second came at 10 30am (So by the company rules they start to charge us from the time the first guy came ).
We brought all our furniture down by our self to save some time, the only thing we ask movers to do its to dissemble Ikea day bed and bring down chest of drawers. I went upstairs after an hour and saw them just standing next to bed, apparently the didn't have align key. My husband had to go to buy it for them. They didn't have as well wrapping paper for mirrors.
When we moved to a new place they found out that they forgot one part of the bed, so the could not fix it.
And on top of this they charge us £40 pound more for over time. When I called to speak with a manager to return this £40 that we paid extra and explain all situation, he said that we will not receive any refund, that mistakes happen and as per him I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTACKES.

Service cost: £250

Costly! The move itself went well, but the price was double the quoted amount. DOUBLE !!

I know what they say, they can't tell how long it will take, they don't know how close the van can park, they can't predict.. etc, etc, etc. I went to great lengths to specify exactly what needed to be done including the make and model of the IKEA wardrobes. I even measured out the distance to the allocated parking place. I couldn't have given them more information.

Finally at the end of the move, the main guy apologized for it taking so long saying 'The other guys are new and if it was his old team then it would have taken half the time'.

So basically they quoted correct but allocated an inexperienced team. And I ended up paying for it - Double the price!!

Maybe I should have gone with an experienced team.

Disappointing.

So I moved just as lockdown was starting and I started working from home. Kris in the office was patient with my worries and the guys had everything done with some difficult bits to fit into new place quicker than estimated. Moreover they were trustworthy leaving them doing last bits whilst I went on to collect keys. No damage, no issues and they were super friendly and upbeat. Could not have been put more at ease! Especially considering the timing. I'd added insurance to be safe but did not need it at all. And that's with moving some rather expensive equipment! Highly recommend.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Flat Service cost: £348

I booked them in spite of the fact that I had used them a year earlier, they gave me a low quote and I then had to pay hundreds more for extra time. This time, they gave me a fixed price, but decided upon arrival that the walk to the flat was too long (they claimed it was over 100 meters. It wasn't, it was about 40, and I have a video) so they added an extra £120. Honestly, the walk through the building and down the hallway at the flat we moved out of was longer than this, which was straight to the front door. I also booked their cleaners, for £350, they screwed up the time so the cleaners showed up while the movers were still working, which was very chaotic, and also involved us bothering one of our neighbors who had agreed to pass over our keys, and then a few days later, the building manager sent me pics that the flat was dirty, stove, fridge, floors, microwave, uncleaned. I told the gentleman when he was charging me the extra £120 for the "very long walk" that we had used them twice in less than a year, and by doing this, they would lose my business and anyone I might recommend them to, but he didn't seem to care about that. Terrible, frustrating, especially when moving is already very stressful and very expensive.

I have used I like to move it move it on three occasions and they have been superb.

Everything was on time, no damage and the crew even went beyond the scope to help set up and move items of furniture thay they didn’t move (it had already been delivered to new house).

I found them to be one of the most competitive prices in the market and they were quick at quoting and responding to queries.

Everything was hassle free and made the whole move much easier. Would recommend them every time

The I Like To Move It Move It team did a fantastic job moving us at the weekend. The team turned up at 8.30 and had our entire flat packed, moved and unpacked by 1.30pm on the same day. Couldn't have been easier and took all of the stress out of the day for us. The guys were professional and couldn't have worked harder, happy to move things and put wherever we asked them to. Will definitely be recommending to friends and would use them again for our next move.

I like to move it move it removals were fantastic on the day. Unfortunately our property purchase fell through, but our flat sale was still going ahead, so we decided to move our furniture temporarily into a family owned garage instead until we

find a new property. I was worried the furniture wouldn’t fit in the garage or wouldn’t be able to be dismantled easily in order to make it fit, but Peter and Elvis were very positive on the day and got the job done in a timely manner which really helped the whole process feel much less stressful.

Everyone at the company that I have spoken to has been very polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. They were also cheaper than two other quotes we received from different companies.

I used this company for a move from north London to south London in June, from a houseshare to a 2 bed flat. Peter and Dennis were excellent. They got a bit lost finding the house + then had issues parking at the flat I was moving to (someone had blocked my driveway), but took it all in their stride and kept reassuring me I wouldn't get charged extra if they went slightly over time. They were incredibly efficient and very strong (quite amazed by how much they could carry in one go).

All bar one of my items made it in one piece (I waited to leave this review until I'd unpacked everything) - the only issue we had was with a flat pack chest of drawers with shelves on top that fell apart as soon as they lifted it - can't blame them for this though - it turned out some bits had come loose but I'd never discovered this as I hadn't moved it before. They tried to salvage it as much as possible (and it's still standing in the new place, just needed to glue two of the drawers back together).

I would 100% use them again and recommend to others. My quote was £420 including VAT for 4 hours + insurance.

I hired I Like to Move it Move it last year for a simple residential move that resulted to an extended storage stay. The staff were so kind and generous with their time and space. I found them pleasant to work with and communicate with- very essential qualities for something as emotional as moving house. In the end, I hired them again when I finally moved into my flat and they were just as efficient, kind and caring as they were the last time. I would highly recommend them and ask for Joanna! She's the best operations manager and a real asset to the team.

I was recommended to this companY by a friend after I had a bad moving experience 2 years ago with a company that broke our desk. Thomasand Jacob were incredible help in our move today. They were very experienced and handled our furniture with a lot of care and even took the time to add plastic to our carpeted stairs to keep everything clean. They were also very pleasant and eager to do the job which makes a huge difference. Very professional and quick to assemble and disassemble our desk and bed as well. I would definitely use again!

Jacob and David were absolutely fantastic with our move. Not only super quick, helpful, professional - they also dissembled and reassembled furniture so quickly and impressively. (With absolutely no damage at all!!)I really couldn’t fault and made the move such a nice calm experience. We were so skeptical at first after bad experiences with prior companies but everything was so seamless with the company & the Jacob and David. Truly incredible and would reccomend to anyone moving soon!!!
