Helpful van.

The name 'Helpful van' really describes the service this company provides. Zibi, who provided the service himself, owns a fairly large van with a lift, which made the loading and unloading much easier. In addition to driving and loading and unloading the van, he helped myself and my daughter carry boxes, bags and furniture to and from the van in a cheerful disposition, making reassuring comments along the way such as "no, you haven't got too much stuff, this is only average.." We teamed up well and Zibi's expertise became apparent as we worked together, which allowed us to complete the (local) move in two hours. Zibi was very professional when handling our sofa, the largest piece of furniture we had. He used a special cover to move it without damaging it, and he was mindful not to step on the new carpet at the other end with his work shoes on so as not to stain it. He knew what he was doing and that took much of the stress away from the move. I would certainly recommend Helpful van's excellent services to anyone. Thank you, Zibi!

Polite and Friendly Movers.

This was the second time we used Helpful Van removals and we have again been very happy with them. Zbi the main guy was very formal and polite with me and my sister helping us move house, and had extra packing sheets and ties with him in his van to help protect the items if I hadn't done a good enough job of wrapping them. His prices are fair and reasonable and he worked in the evening for us with no extra fee. I would use him any time.

Amazing Service.

It's one of the best removal company I have dealt with so far.
The Helpfull Van provided me with a truly excellent, first rate service at every stage, from my first telephone call to finally moving in to my new home. They took perfect care of everything they moved. Very polite, on time..help me with my house moving one more time.
Again Zbyszek helped me a lot and he was always checking staff if they're properly secured in his Van.

Z.B., the proprietor of Helpful Van & Services was able to complete my move from London to Paris with barely a day's notice. Under unusually stressful circumstances, due to unforeseen events which had no bearing upon the removal company. Z.B. remained calm, collected, and above all else, extremely helpful throughout.

The move was completed quickly, efficiently, yet with the utmost care too and Z.B. even went as far as helping assemble items at the point of delivery, which I, otherwise, would not have been able to do myself. Help which was not included in our original agreement and for which I was most grateful.

I would gladly recommend this company to friends and strangers alike, as moving personal items or even our homes, is a stressful and worrying prospect for all of us and yet Z.B.'s reserved and considerate manner and his general "can do" attitude made my move to Paris an enjoyable experience.

Helpful Van & Removal's prices are very competitive and easily worth every penny. If you want peace of mind, I doubt you could find better.

Patient, helpful, strong!

Zibi was recommended by our landlord and helped me empty our office and move it all to kent.

He was prompt, friendly and relaxed. He did the lion's share of the lifting and was a thoroughly nice guy, He was careful with the stuff, came with rugs and packing tape etc - and managed to fill the van to the roof.

The price was very reasonable too

I would definately use his services again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Moving hous.

We with our friends rent a 4 bedroom house. At the beginning we wanted to rent a van from a rental house but a few days before our move I noticed a van in our street and noted down the phone number. I called the company and asked just about the van without the help of the driver. I received a very good price offer per hour.
The driver turned out to be helpful. When loading and unloading he did more than he had to.

Exceelent work!

Overall, work was carried our efficiently and they all worked hard. They were no issues with handling the furniture and personal belongings and the way they carried out the process of removing and uploading the staff at one end, and unloading it and installing it at the other, was more than impressive. They were professional enough not to impose and disturb other activities of the household, whilst they were carrying out their tasks either. Our thanks and gratitude goes with all crew involved as well as with the management of the company. In particular, we’d like to thanks Zibi for his patience, understanding and generous allocation of resources, despite the last minute change of schedule for the aforesaid removal. Helpful Van - amazing service.

Zeb came to the rescue when a long-planned office move fell through.

I was very grateful from the get go for his skill in finding a parking spot in the worst location in SW1 Westminster and for assisting us with such admirable speed and professionalism to our new offices just south of the river in Lambeth.

Our load included a full length table, chairs, 20 years worth of office filing and reports, a sofa, sideboard, printers and laptops - the works.

Simply the best!

Zibi arrived on time. He was extremely helpful with moving our stuffs and took extra care in arranging them into his van. We received a call from the letting agent to pick up the keys to our new home at their office, we explained the situation to Zibi and he was more than happy to drive us to the letting agency to pick up the keys.
Upon arrival at our new home, we realized that we were given the wrong keys. Zibi was very patient with us during the whole process, he moved our all stuffs into the stairways while we waited for the letting agent to bring the actual keys.
Zibi was about to leave when the agent arrived with the keys. To my utter amazement, He got down from his van and moved all our stuffs into our home! How sweet!
Words cannot express how grateful I am to Zibi. He made our move very stress-free and he allayed all our fears associated with moving houses. He is very PLEASANT and I would recommend him time and time again.

Outstanding.

Booked a short notice 1 bedroom flat removal service with Helpful Van and it was just excellent from the beginning to an end!
