Zibi did a great job. I moved my stuff from a storage location to my new flat. Zibi was on time, was really helpful and also helped by disassembling parts, which would not fit to the entrance.

Mr Zbyszek was very helpful and saved us when the other van man did not turn up in the morning - so it was an emergency. We had a lot of stuff to move including garden and a shed. Mr Zbyszek helped carrying stuff and put it all in a neat order in the van. There were two trips and there were no complaints about that.

Moving house.

I had to move some of my son stuff from Chelsea to Camden squere. The driver was on time.Got all the stuff out without problems Let me  to go with him in the van to my son flat. I am going to use him again to move all the furniture from my son flat to storage in Staples Corner in 2 weeks time! He said he will drop some packing materials soon. I was very happy with service and the price was very resonable! I used him once before.

Great service from Helpful Van. Good communication before the job - my sms were answered promptly, and then on the day Zbyszek turned up nice and early, and got stuck in straight away. The whole move was done and dusted nice and fast. They even helped us move additional items that hadn't been quoted for with no complaints. Had to collect a whole room (bed, warderobe, desk and many smaller objects) then collect a fridge from another place (about 15km away) and deliver everything to a third place (about 7km away from the fridge). Zibi arrived 45 min earlier and agreed to wait until I am ready, was very polite and accommodated changes in my initial plan, which was shorter than actual. Highly recommended.

I used Helpful Van for a move from London to Colchester after seeing it recommended on this website. I got the very reasonable quote of £120, all inclusive. Zibi was happy to take on my move even though it was a fairly small one with little furniture. He had to remove my front door to get my desk out - not an easy task - and was efficient and professional throughout. My move went very smoothly and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have a Floral business and use Zibi when I have large events and also over the Christmas period when I have large trees to deliver and decorate. Zibi is always accommodating and he offered to go to Germany once for me to collect items as the German company could not deliver in time. The cost for a local delivery in London is £60.00 for a collection and delivery from my premises to Canary Wharf.

Zbyszek helped with my 3 moves already, he is very punctual, patient and well organised, has his own cardboard boxes in case you run out of yours. Short time of delivery (I was moving within London), all items in perfect condition.. do I need to add any more? Definitely will use his service in the future and have recommended to friends already. I would recommend Zbyszek to anyone looking for a reliable 'man with a van'. .

We recently moved to our new flat and we used Helpful Van. I had to move a number of times and this is the first time that I was positively surprised by the removal service. It was also the cheapest quote.
We moved on Saturday and the quote for two men and a van was 40 GBP per hour.  
Their van is bigger than usual.
They were very polite and I definitely recommend them.

The quote was far better value than other quotes we received.They arrived early, worked very hard  The staff were very careful about reading the labels on boxes marked as fragile which was goodNothing at all was damaged or broken They really know what are doing, these guys were fantastic Great job by a great team!
