Hamiltons have been perfect! Tony Smith with the initial survey, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. They were accommodating with last minute date changes. Ample boxes and packaging materials arrived promptly. Jay unexpectedly and thoughtfully managed to arrange additional and welcome assistance.

To top it all, the crew, Kerry, Mick, Chris, Ralph and Rodney on both removal days were a great team! They were hardworking, accommodating, patient, considerate and most of all, polite and respectful!!

We are in between moves, and just hope that Kerry and his team will be available once more. Thank you Hamiltons!

Had a brilliant experience of using Hamiltons. Movers arrived early and asked a handful of questions and then got going without us needing to do a thing. A couple of pieces of furniture wouldn't come down the stairs but they happily found other ways of removing them.

Arriving at the new house they sent a few extra movers to get the job done quicker. We were fully moved in by 2:30pm, everything was moved without damage and put where we wanted it.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamiltons again. They made a potentially stressful day an absolute breeze.

This was our first house move for 19 Years and with the amount we had to transport , over 50 boxes of books , 15 crates of records ,not to mention an olive tree which took 4 of your team to shifts, countless plants and a piano to boot I was a little worried pre move .

But from the initial survey by Robert Foster back in May to the eventual delivery to our new home last week, which was completed by your team of Sam, Sam, Lewis and Eddie any concerns we may had had disappeared.

I know Hamiltons have probably seen it all before but a BIG thank you from both of us.

We were very pleased with how our move went, and the team of 4 were very efficient, very pleasant & made the removal a very easy one for myself & my wife, and we are now settling in well.

Although the last time we moved was 30 years ago, we have used Hamilton's for my Mother's house move to Stamford, and my Mother in law's move from Bury St. Edmunds to Ipswich. These both went very well & hence why we had no hesitation in using Hamiltons again for our own move.

Hamiltons have moved me 3 times in 3 years and I would never use anyone else. Their staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They consistently deliver outstanding customer service, are respectful and take excellent care of your belongings.

I used them to pack up everything the day before completion and then to move me from a three bedroomed , second floor apartment to a two bedroom house.

Hamiltons were brilliant helping us through a move made stressful due to conveyancing firm at bottom of our chain being cyberattacked on what was supposed to be our moving day. We and Hamiltons spent hours waiting on two separate days, they then had to take our belongings back to their depot offload and store for a week before finally bringing back to our new home. Jay was very calm and reassuring in sorting everything out. Nick , Luke and the other two young guys did a great job of removing everything from our home. Then on last day Nick and Luke patiently offloaded our belongings into our new home

We all know how stressful moving can be, but Hamilton's we're brilliant. ALL the team are so professional. Avril Hawkins, in the office, was such a lovely person to chat to and helped us no end.

On the day of the move, we had 3 guys moving us... Jordan, Scott, and Raph. "What a fantastic team". They made a very hard and heavy job look so easy. I felt useless at times, as I was trying to help, but they had it all covered. Even down to the larger furniture that needed wrapping and protecting, they were brilliant.

When we arrived at our new home, there were 2 more Hamiltons guys waiting to help as it was getting late, then, more guys turned up... They were all such a great bunch of guys.... They really made our move a pleasure.

I'm never moving again, but if I do, I will definitely use Hamiltons 100%.

We originally came across this company at a France show and passed their name on to a friend who was moving from Zurich to France. On their experience and recommendation we also used the same company. Through the out our whole experience of packing up in the UK, storage and delivery in France we have been impressed with all the team we've dealt with. their politeness, professionalism and punctuality have impressed us so much that we could not recommend them any more highly than we do..

I couldn’t say enough of how very impressed I was from start to finish of how this prestigious removal company treated us including everyone from HQ office team to the removal team making normally a stressful day! a pleasant one with a no fuss can do attitude .. the whole team just sprang into action we stood there in owe of how organised and professional they were .. I never would of thought a removals company could be as trouble-free as Hamilton’s .. personally I would definitely recommend this company .. First class service throughout. Sales manager jay Willett was always
" on the ball" helping to take the stress out of our move.
On the day the guys arrived early, well we were only one mile from the depot ! and worked fast and hard, nothing daunted them and they remained optimistic all the time. How they managed to get us packed and ready to go by lunchtime including calling for another
small lorry was amazing.One item a small flat screen TV was carefully packed and for added safety was placed in the drivers cab where it stayed, as soon as Hamilton's were informed of this missing item it was traced and delivered. Also deserving praise was the lady who did our fragile pack the day before, nothing arrived broken or even scratched.

We moved from France back to the UK last April. After 2 pick-ups in France, our belongings went to storage for 10 months as we only just moved into our new house in the UK.

Yes we had a few damaged items (one in particular upset us but...) after so long in storage but it is being dealt with so hopefully a happy ending.

But I wanted to say a HUGE BIG THANK YOU to the crew.

All 4 guys in France ( 2 x 2 pickups ) were great,pleasant, polite, considerate, patient, helpful, efficient not to mention hard working as it was a rather big load.

All 4 guys on delivery in the UK were also amazing and all the furniture and boxes went to the rooms indicated. Put our big dresser back together (and it wasn't easy somehow..), the modules for my study so we didnt have to lift them ; the tv etc .... a bit of a meltdown when we were looking for something that was missing but everyone looked for it and it was found in the end.

All 4 made sure we were happy and every big furniture /wrapper undone before leaving ...It was a very long day ..

but they were a big help and we cannot fault them.

So we have had 8 of your crew for our removal and they have all been excellent...which reflects your company. So thank you.
