We were moving some large furniture items across London and needed them to be safely and securely packed by them. The entire pickup time was no more than half hour top, including the required paperwork. The final price was calculated after all the items were picked up and put up in the track, and the team supervisor had given us a discount since we had more boxes than we first estimated, but overall it did not take up much more space in a track than was designated to our items based on previous calculations. The discount we were given set off the price difference between what was first calculated and what it came to at the final count. Absolutely brilliant experience and well worth it.

We selected Giant Removals based on 3 factors: reasonable pricing (within 10% of peers), their availability (fit my schedule) and the professional interaction I had with their staff during the quotation process.  Once everything was scheduled they kept in touch via email and phone following each phase of our move scheduling changes (caused by us), moving and follow up.  They performed admirably on all of them!  The moving crew itself was prompt, efficient and careful, all of which were greatly appreciated. We did not use them for packing service, but for the items they did handle everything was packaged well.  It is apparent they have done this many times and are accustomed to providing a high level of service.

If you live in London, even if you're moving upcountry, you should consider Giant Removals. Sam and his team were better than any other movers I've had in my 10 years of moving. The level of attention and service is well above other companies. It was a hot summer’s day for our cross country move to the Leicester and I was called by Sam telling me an estimation of arrival and that he would call me when they were about 10 minutes away. Everything was clearly explained and it came within the estimated amount, which was also the cheapest and I have actually had moves within a city that cost more. If you choose another moving company, you are doing yourself, and your family a disservice. Trust me.

No one likes moving! I can tell you I for one hate it. That is until I moved with Giant. My brother and mother relocated and I dreaded the day we had to do the move. These guys not only helped with packaging they did all the giant work "no pun intended". The employees were more than accommodating and professional. They took what I hate the most in this world and turned it into a very simple and easy experience. Who knew moving could be this seamless. I recommend Giant Removals for any move you make whether it's across the street or the country! Lastly, it didn't cost us a penny more than what was quoted to me from the sales rep. .

Our moving experience with Giant Removals went like clockwork. We found them on Google and got a competitive quote which was confirmed by a phone call within the hour. We felt reassured enough to get on with other plans for the new house. We were constantly kept with status updates by text on the day before and the morning of the move. I had a great experience with Giant Removals. They showed up right on time. I explained what I needed and they went right to work. All the guys worked steadily, but carefully throughout the move. They actually finished at least 1.5 hours faster than I had planned and I was grateful for the savings. More importantly, the attitudes of all the workers were pleasant and jovial. Giant removals provided excellent service at very reasonable price. Sam and his colleague were the most helpful and friendly removals people we have had the pleasure to meet.

They had a full packed van which they packed really professionally and transported safely. They had lifted heaving sewing machines and went up and down the stairs. Very hard working guys. It was also bad weather with sleeting rain and cold, but they worked with a smile and transported things to garage. So polite and gracious which made a stressful time less hard as they took all the strain out of moving.

Giant Removal is the most professional moving company I have ever chosen to move me thus far. They were so efficient all along the way it made this move a pleasurable experience. Their customer service and follow up was right on point. The movers showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded everything in a short period of time. The overall process went very smoothly. In addition, the delivery went smoothly as well, it was on time and my belongings arrived without damage. This was a smooth, stress free move thanks to Giant Removal! The team called me to confirm the day before the move and they showed up about 10 min early so we had a few min to go over the plan for the day(early is on time, on time is late)! After that they were non-stop. They packed everything up so fast I couldn't believe it! They were careful moving my valuable items and not a single piece of furniture was nicked or scratched. They let me know what they were doing throughout the day and asked anytime they weren't sure about where something was going. I highly recommend this company and I will use them for any future moves.

I was actually a bit sceptical about the online reviews for Giant Removals – the internet being a minefield of bogus 5* reviews. Very happy to say that what you read is completely accurate and the service from Giant is exceptional. The 2 crew turned up on the dot and were meticulous in how they packed, took care with all the items and were super efficient. We have previously used other comparison sites and had removal crew who worked at a snail’s pace to extend the hours. Not so these guys – amazing work rate, cheerful, polite and really lovely guys. Prices were significantly cheaper than other comparison sites.

We heard about Giant Removals from a friend of a friend and after doing some investigations online decided to give them a go.  The communication was good and their quote was very competitive. We wanted to ensure all our precious items arrived intact so we were more than happy to pay a little extra for the packing service which they did a day before the move.  Everything arrived in good condition and at a reasonable time. They were friendly and hardworking throughout the move and gave us a good value for money. I will recommend them in future. .

My title says it all. I found the company very easy to deal with both on the phone, by email and the move itself. The moving team arrived promptly at 8.30 as agreed and quickly got to work packing and loading items onto the vans. We had some expensive glassware and furniture which was given a very special treatment to make sure there were no scratches or dents. They did not complain from the fact that there was a bit of delay with getting the keys from the estate agent on the new flat. They were gracious and patient throughout. I would use again and recommend.

Sam came over to survey before the move. He was very courteous and helpful as he did not hesitate to give some useful tips. Hi did not try to sell us anything like extra services just gave us the benefit of his knowledge. As a result we changed plans of how we were going to tackle packing items like electronics and mattresses. We are pleased to see that what they quoted was exactly what we had to pay with no additional surprises on the bill. We found them to be a trustworthy company with good value for money.

We moved recently to Uxbridge and decided to use Giant Removals firm. I did some research and called around to different places in the area but decided on this company. We really liked the person answering the phone also, the price was comparable to many and lower than some.  They were friendly, showed up on time, my furniture remained in good condition (not damaged or anything,  it was wrapped up really well), and we had an overall great experience.  I don't plan to move anytime soon but will use them again if we ever do.

These two men showed a remarkable work ethic.  They didn't tire, or slow down, and they didn't waste a second.  They were all quick, but not rushed. Nothing was damaged and the packing job they all did was excellent! Thank you! I had a really tight budget for this move and they did everything possible to stay within the limits of the quote I was given. I've already decided that if I move again (and I most definitely will - probably in a year) I will use this company again.
