The only thing professional was the website. The paperwork was 'in the post'.
They did not turn up in the agreed day and time.
The guy on the phone said 'I'll ring the driver and ring you back.' He never rang back and never picked up or returned any of my calls.
I rang a local company (Keebles in Coventry) who I had used before and they did removal the next day. Thank God for established, local companies.

We found this company online and we found their pricing to be very competitive.

We hired two men and a luton van to move the contents of our 3 bedroom house. We hired them for 8 hours and they worked really hard the entire time.

They were helpful, patient, careful, organised and honest and I would highly recommend this company for a house move.

It definitely is one of the most stressful days, but this was helped by Harry and his colleague making everything so easy for us, so thank you for your help and patience.

Just used Flexible Movers to move our daughter from Leicester Uni digs back home to Lincolnshire (not on the drop down menu so selected Derby!) She had been in the same flat for 2 years so you can imagine the stuff that had been accumilated! Six flights of stairs and no lift and we chose one of the hottest days of the year for this move!
SO GLAD WE USED FLEXIBLE MOVERS .. polite, professional,careful .. nothing was too much for them. Just emailed details on booking form, accepted quote, confirmed via email and they called the evening before to double confirm. On moving day the guy called an hour before scheduled booking time to ask if he could come any earlier, which was not a problem as we were all packed up by then. When he arrived he carried everything down the six flights of stairs and packed securely into the van. Delivery was the same day straight to our home 90 miles away where he unloaded everything for us.
We truly couldn't have done it without Flexible Movers, and to top it all they were very competitivley priced. MUMS & DADS .. don't struggle with all your kids stuff,we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING FLEXIBLE MOVERS.

I trawled through many companies, I found flexi moveds and I’m incredibly happy with the service they gave. From calling the office and getting information to the two guys who were sent for the move, they were just genuinely nice people. Non complaining, worked incredibly fast and hard in 28degree heat up three flights of stairs! I will be recommending them to family and friends without a doubt they were trustworthy which was a key thing for me, Also I rode in the van with them from Midlands to London, felt completely comfortable and happy. Can’t praise them enough!

I had a requirement to move bedroom furniture from Liverpool to my daughters flat in London. Obtained a number of quotes but Flexible Movers contacted me straight away. Adam suggested one man and a van to collect in Liverpool and two men to unload in London this would keep my costs down.Excellent service Ali arrived an 09:00 on the Friday morning and the furniture was being unloaded in London at 14:45 in the afternoon. No breakages excellent service will definately use again.

Heartily recommended. The job took a lot longer than expected due to me having a lot more stuff than I thought but the two guys worked really hard to get it all done as quick as possible. I originally chose them as the price was competitive but also because I was able to easily submit my requirements on their website and got a quote and all the details needed to book in one email. Although I'm hoping not to move for a long time, I would definitely use them again.

I've used the London branch of Flexible movers twice now, and had a great experience both times.

The two movers were friendly, and took care when packing our possessions into the van. When I pointed out things to be careful with they took note. They were on time despite our early morning booking (9 am near Southampton).

They were also very friendly and polite. I was impressed that they managed to get their large van down our small driveway.

All in all I would highly recommend the London branch of this company.

This was my first time ever using a moving company, and they were a great one to choose. I was contacted several times before moving day to confirm and make sure they would be there when I needed them. They arrived right on time and were very courteous and quick to start moving. They fit everything in the truck (it actually took only two loads because they were so great at packing everything) and were very careful not to damage fragile items. They also unloaded and put everything in the right rooms as labelled on the boxes. I was very impressed – perfect service!

I was asked to leave a review and here you go. After searching for a moving company to move my flat, this company was recommended by a friend of mine who used them before and was a happy customer. They moved my flat within 4 hours and everything went well. So from my point of view the company is good. The only concern I had was it was hard to reach the office and I think it was due to the demands on a Friday. I would recommend anyone for a small move since they only have a Luton van the largest.

The drivers are pleasant, courteous and helpful but your company's lack of ability to get drivers on time to agreed collection points is an abysmal failure of service. The van was 15 minutes late for the first job. For the second job, despite confirmation by email that the job was 11pm not 11am a driver was dispatched to the wrong postcode and clearly had not checked the address. We discussed this the same day by email and telephone and you assured me that the job would still be ok for collection at 11pm. When I contacted you to ask where the driver was you told me at 23:20 that he would be there shortly. He arrived at the correct location at midnight. I do not consider 40 mins to be shortly. It was clear that you had no booked a driver for this job and he had only allocated when I informed you that he had arrived. And arriving an hour late is unacceptable. It was clear that you were not able to fulfill this job and you should have either not accepted the job. You could even have told me on the day and we would have made other arrangements.

-My move was local- less than a 5 minute drive
-I am 1 person and have belongings for 1 person, although I moved out of a 2 bed flat and into a 1 bed flat the only furniture in the 2nd bedroom was a bed and mattress
-I had already dismantled the furniture which required dismantling
-There were lifts both in the building I was moving out of and in the building I was moving into

I am horrified that it took 9.5 hours for this move to be completed. I expected paying a rate of 55/hour I would have been sent 2 men who were experienced with moves. These 2 were clearly not at all experienced! In addition to this, the glass table top of my dining table is completely chipped from 1 corner. I can understand mistakes happen but at the very least I should have been told about this. Instead, this was actually hidden which is quite dishonest.

I booked Flexible Movers for a Sunday house move (today!). On Friday we rang to see if we could move earlier - Friday afternoon- and they sorted it. 3 lads arrived a couple of hours later - they were polite, friendly and professional. An hour to load and unload as per the quote. The price was competitive and they certainly lived up to their name in terms of flexibilty! The only negative comment I can think of was that they trailed a fair bit of mud into the house - but the British weather probably has something to do with that. Overall a great service - would definitely use again. .

Move from London to Aberdeen, arranged at short notice (about a week).
The pick up was slightly later than expected (40min) and I would have appreciated they let me know they were late, otherwise they were perfect.
They handled my goods carefully and quickly. The movers were very nice and professional to deal with.
The costing was straightforward without small prints or limitations on the goods that could be carried in  the van, and the overall cost was low.
Very good value for money.

I was a bit worried by the look of the website that seemed a bit amateurish and somewhat lacking in details. For instance there is no mention of the possibility of overnight storage, which I made use of after enquiring.
Don't be put off by the website.

I found this company to move from London to Bradford and I found out that they are a nationwide Movers, so I chose to use them. Three movers came and loaded all my stuff into their truck. They were very professional and polite. In 5 hours they called me that they are in Bradford. I was a bit stress since it was a long distance move but found them reliable and smooth moving provider. I was asked to leave a review, so what I have received from this company is absolutely outstanding and professional service. I would recommend anyone want to move from anywhere in the UK.

I am so pleased to leave this review for this company. I rang them 2 days before my move as it was an urgent move and I was panicking to find a reliable moving company. I found their service reliable and professional. Everything was packed the day before our moving date. Three movers arrived with a big truck and all our items were loaded with extra care. The truck was new and clean and everything was delivered on the same day and unloaded at my new property in Solihull. I can say that I was very pleased with their service and I can recommend them to anyone in need of a professional moving company in London or Birmingham.

It was my second time moving. Last year I used Aussie Man and van and they charged me 3 time more than what Flexible Movers did. I found them nice, friendly and hard working. It was easy to book them. I called the number on their website and booked the job. They were on time and did the whole moving within 6 hours. Packed and unpacked all my stuff as well. They brought a large Luton van and 3 movers. I thought of leaving this comment after receiving this excelent service from Flexible Movers, so no complain from my side.
