      House move

we used firstmove removals after they were recommended to us . They were excellent . Thoughtful , polite and very efficient and careful . Put all garden things into separate van , which was brilliant and then put straight into new garden . Very considerate of husband who was extremely ill. Put furniture into right situation in each room and made sure bed was in right place . Made a very stressful day less so .

Have recommended them to friends , and they equally pleased with their service . The Mason family

      Great Manchester Branch!

Ben & Dave arrived on time to meet/collect my belongings from a storage firm. They were very professional,  well mannered/polite and nothing was too much trouble for the men. Ben & Dave moved all my belongings/furniture "Without" any damage! I couldn't speak more highly for this firm, they are also "Excellent Value" for money. 10/10  I would recommend this firm and I will use them again!

      Removals.

Fantastic service at a great price; the cheapest of all the quotes I had. Communication was really good and reassuring with the job confirmed before hand. David was in touch letting me know of slight changes to pickup times due to traffic - perfectly understandable when travelling 300 miles.

The job was handled very professionally with great care, and the van arrived with plenty of blankets and rope for securing items. Large and heavy pieces of furniture were moved very carefully, up and down stairs with some tight corners with no damage to any decorations.

My mother was pleased - which is a rare occurrence. I will definitely use this service again.

    • Professional and careful packing and labelling with a friendly and positive approach to their work.

      House removal within Manchester.

Excellent removals service for our small house move within Manchester. David came the day I made the enquiry to view my house and provide an estimate. The company offer a full packing service: pictures taken from walls, loft and garden shed cleared, wardrobes and clothes in fitted cupboards. Was impressed by the care and thought for example picking out our cat basket from the loft items in case we needed it and on arrival at our new house (in December) asking if the boxes from our loft labelled "Christmas" might want to be kept out. Professional and careful packing and labelling with a friendly and positive approach to their work. Highly recommended.

    • David and Ben were really careful and wrapped all my furniture in blankets in the back of the van

      My relocation to London.

I decided to use First Move for my move to London as my parents and my sister have both used them in the past and recommended them to me. I can honestly say that First Move are a fantastic company and really did take the stress out of my move. Initially I was a bit worried about my furniture being damaged due to my previous removals company scratching quite a few pieces of furniture but David and Ben were really careful and wrapped all my furniture in blankets in the back of the van resulting in not a single scratch or mark to be seen on my furniture! I would really recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a removals firm for their move. Hopefully I will never be moving again but if I do I will 100% be calling them again.

      Many thanks again,

      Alex.

      Excellent company would highly recommend.

Very professional, super helpful, quick, efficient and really nice people to work with. Would highly recommend for any removal job, very reasonably priced much more competitive that anyone else we received a quote from. communication was great and they worked really hard on the day to make the whole move quite stress free. They also helped move our belongings out of storage and again did a fantastic job. .

    • they arrived early, loaded quickly and unloaded in the same manner in Manchester.

      London to Manchester.

Having selected this company on the back of many positive reviews, I feel it's only suitable that I add to those with my own.

Having emailed the company, they responded promptly with the most competitive quote. I then rang to discuss and confirm. Always dealt with professionally and efficiently. I received further reminder texts and email in days prior to the move.

On the day of the move, they arrived early, loaded quickly and unloaded in the same manner in Manchester.

      Thanks for making it easier.

      First Class.

I can't fault FirstMove Removals, for their whole service. It was such a pain free, cheap and easy move, from the moment I enquired about using their services. There was no damage and it only took two hours to move contents of a two bedroom flat across town.

Added to that, the friendly and approachable nature of all the staff that I dealt with made them a privilege to work with.

I will certainly be using their services again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
