Despite the frustrations of dealing with estate agents and solicitors the Clockwork team were very efficient and professional.They say first impressions count, and Neville's knowledge and attitude certainly made a difference in selecting Clockwork, couple with a competitive quote and also your flexibility and understanding of the prolonged exchange completion situation. On the day itself Elijah and the team (to many names to remember) were absolutely first class, working tirelessly (despite it being the hottest day of the year) from start to finish taking great care of all our belongings. The team certainly made moving day go smoothly and always with a smile along the way.We would certainly recommend Clockwork.

We used Clockwise to move within West Oxfordshire at the beginning of December 2016. Only five minutes up the road, but we had a fair amount of stuff to move and we were leaving a three-storey town house with loads of stairs, obviously. The guys turned up bang on time and instantly started doing a reccy, planning the removal and lorry packing. They then worked almost constantly for four and half hours and nothing was too much trouble, including using their ingenuity to get a tall cabinet out of the house that had clearly gone up the stairs easier than it was going to go down. They unloaded the other end in about two and a half hours and even put beds back together, which we didn't expect them to do. We have now finished unpacked and we haven't found anything to be broken or damaged. The guys were fantastic and worked so hard. We were a little dubious at first to go with a company that gave us such a reasonable quote but we couldn't recommend them highly enough. They provided ample packing boxes, tape and packing paper beforehand and they totally took the stress out of moving day and made it such a positive experience. Brilliant!! ++.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks for the fantastic service provided by your crew last week when we moved.

The 3 gents arrived just before 9.00am and got to work straight away. They were efficient, polite and unobtrusive whilst getting on with the job. At the 'other side', they put all our belongings into our new house in under 2 hours which was great as we were able to get through a lot of unpacking on the same day.

For all the right reasons, I hope to not have to use your company for a long time (!) but would have no hesitation in recommending your company from start to finish.

I moved from Reading to Market Harborough with Clockwork, and also had them pack for me.  I can't recommend them highly enough.  From the first visit, they were professional and punctual.  The team that came to do the packing and moving were friendly, cheerful, professional and helpful.  Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole (potentially stressful) move so much easier.  Great care was taken with everything, and especially an important and fragile piece of furniture.  They were just brilliant.   Cost given below includes packing and VAT (they were the cheapest of the three firms I asked to quote).

The team turned up on the removal day without a tool box and were therefore unable to dismantle a wardrobe the sales team previously said they would dismantle & rebuild as part of the move. Having failed to get the wardrobe into the new premises, they took it away into storage and we had to pay extra to have it dismantled and returned to us at a later date. Clockwork stated that dismantling the wardrobe was not detailed in the contract/ quote, despite their earlier verbal agreement and they would't honour the verbal agreement. I wouldn't be able to recommend them because of this. .
