City-Removals and Storage

I needed to move from Surrey to Newcastle due to work. Phoned a few removal companies that were recommended on websites and City Removals were several hundred pounds cheaper than their rivals. They responded to emails quickly, they were clear about the price and the driver was on time at both ends. All in all it was a stress free experience and I would recommend them over other companies.

P.S. If you are moving because of work some companies will charge more if they think you will claim the expenses back, so worth keeping in mind.

I want to sincerely thank these guys for their excellent hard work, honesty and friendliness. Still this service is not so expensive as the other companies of the same kind.

Everything was carefully moved, disassembled and reassemble again. The furniture and boxes were positioned in the place where they suppose to be. And all was done with the best friendliness ever.

W have chosen this company after reading so many positive reviews about them on the ineternet.The whole process started with a home visit which was proffessionally conducted by Nicola.She was on time smartly dressed and she answerred all our questions.She was with us for 1 full hour.
The quote arrived with us on the same day by email.As we were moving such a long distance Nicola sugested 2 days..one im which they come pack and load everything and one in which they will deliver.This plan seemed good especially as other companies sugested the whole move can be done in only 1 day, which we certainly did not think was possible.
On the move day all 4 men came on time.They had everything they needed with them and they were very organized.All our stuff was packed with great care  and many of our furniture were either wrapped im blankets or in special covera.
The next day we reached Liverpool around 10am.They were there wayting for us.
The unloading process was just as good.They followed our instructions precisesly.At the end as they even moved some furniture again without complaining as we had changer our mind.
All in all a very good service and the company was a pleasure to deal with.

Last week was the second time we have used this company to relocate and like the first time the service was impecable.Everything went smoothly with no stress at all.
The difficult part this time was that our new flat was on the 3rd floor with no lift but the crew just got on with it without complaining.
On the first day the team packed uo the whole flat.As we did not want to take time off work we leftt them by themsleves.When we returned home all was packed and readied for the move the following day.
We did not get a home survey this time as the company had our records from the previous move.
The move was completed on time and most importantly with no damages and no missing items.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from city-removals. We were moving to a new home with 2 little kids and city-removals made things easy for us. The crew was friendly and extremely helpfull. They were incredible fast and professional. I emailed the company a couple of times to add things that needed to be deliveried and they didn't increased the quote. Even on the same day I added a couple of boxes and the crew took them with a big smile. I'm glad we used their services on those stressful days. I recomend them 100%.

Very good job.They collected our furniture and boxes from a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor.The 3 men crew came on time presented themselves and generally they were very polite and hard working. Also their professionalism was present at every step.Bulky furniture was maneuvered flawlessly through tight spaces and with great care.Everything was wrapped properly they had tools covers trolleys etc.
This is our first move where nothing was stolen scratched or damaged.
I could not have asked for more and will definitely use again and recommend.
