      Excellent service at a Great Price

      I would have no hesitation in recommending Casey's Removals to anyone. The whole setup was brilliant. The quote was great, we were kept up to date during the process and they were very flexible based on our moving date. The team that turned up were very professional. They looked after all of our belongings and they were super quick. The day actually went super quick and the guys were finished early. 100% would recommend and also use again if we move in the future.

      Two Moves - Excellent Service

      The guys did an excellent job moving furniture and personal possessions into storage and to a new flat.

      Professional, fast and approachable they made the whole process straightforward and simple.

      Personal possessions were packed well and larger items were protected to avoid damage.

      The administration team were friendly and helpful with quick responses to all our queries and questions.

      I would not hesitate to use Casey's again.

      Excellent service on all fronts

      We recently moved from London to Lincolnshire and we had an excellent experience using Casey’s Removals. The team—Lewis, Bruno, and Tom were absolutely first class.

      They worked with speed, professionalism, and humour. Nothing was too much to ask, even getting that washing machine upstairs!

      We received brilliant service and an excellent response from Lisa in the office. It was a first-class experience and we would highly recommend them.

      Moving house

      Hardworking teams. The service provided was beyond my expectations. Very well organised, efficient, punctual removal service. Everything was meticulously timed. I don’t think I would be in my new home if I didn’t have the packing service available to me due to mobility problems. I would like to say that 5 stars doesn’t seem enough and would like to express my gratitude to all the teams involved making my move run so smoothly from start to finish. Many many thanks again.

      Move from Bromley to Shrewsbury - Perfect

      The first company I received a quote from wanted to do the move over 3 days. I got a quote from Casey's Removals and they recommended packing it all up on the day of the move. We go ahead to Shrewsbury and stay in a hotel over night and they would meet us the following morning at 9am. They stored the furniture at there yard and left at 3am to meet us at the new property at 9am. It worked out perfectly. The crew were fantastic and very friendly. It was all unpacked in around 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend using Casey's Removals if my experience was anything to go by. Excellent move.

      Perfect Perfect Perfect!!!

      Office move

      The service received from Casey's has been excellent. Starting with dealing with the quote until the actual office move today. The crew today were fantastic and fast. Dealt with all difficulties efficiently and quickly including moving a safe that did not necessarily want to be moved. Full of praise for all the guys and can recommend them

      Stress free moving

      The team who helped us move flat ensured it was a stress free process. It wasn’t a straight forward move because a lot of stuff was going for ‘clearance’ apart from all the items going to the new place. So 2 vans were needed.

      I had a pre-move meeting with John to arrange everything and he could not have been more helpful. On moving day the team of guys worked quickly and efficiently, respected our belongings and nothing was too much trouble. I can recommend Casey’s without any hesitation.

      Casey's were recommended locally and gave a quote which was in line with other local companies. Packing fragile items and loading most of our furniture took place the day before the move and was efficient and careful with every box clearly labelled. The team were great and liaised with us throughout the day to ensure they were leaving everything that we needed overnight. On the morning of the move the team were again prompt and efficient loading the final items and were waiting outside our new property before we had collected the keys. Nothing was too much trouble and all items were put exactly where we asked. We had no complaints and found the process less stressful than we had expected. We would recommend Casey's to others.

      Emergency assistance

      THANK YOU!

      It was like International Rescue! We had a fridge freezer on the pavement at midday, and at 4pm, the fridge freezer is in situ in our kitchen! We could not be more grateful for the happy friendly service from Carol when I rang in a panic, to the four guys who came within a couple of hours. I think the guys thought they were going to be able to ‘knock off’ for the day, but a venture into Putney for an hour or so came out of the blue and we’re really grateful! Thank you all.

      South London to Oxfordshire move

      The onsite check and quote given by Casey's was as expected and thorough as we chose the 'full pack' service.

      The chaps were on time and polite and just got on with the job without any fuss. It took 2 days to get everything onboard and we were off! Off-loading at the new house needed 2 vehicles (1 large, 1 small) as the lane was too small and the guys shuttled the contents throughout the rest of the day - again without any moans - and were completed before dark.

      We were pleased to use a local company and we received an excellent service from them and are happy to recommend them for a local or a longer distance removal.

      Terrible Management & Customer Service/ Non-existent Insurance Policy

      Summary

      1)Owners will provide a great sales pitch, but they will not speak to you again after that

      2)Insurance policy they claim to have is not work the paper it is written on, and any damages caused will NOT be compensated

      3)Customer service is non-existent

      One of the owners Terry came to visit our property to give us a quote. He was a great salesman and we were sold based on the fact that our items would be insured whilst in their Storage facility. We have a complicated move as we were moving into temporary accommodation for 1.5 month, so would have required their services again as our items will be left in their storage. Terry promised that we would get a 10% discount for when we were moving from the temporary accommodation into our permanent residence. The movers themselves under Ben as leads were fantastic. I can’t fault them… they worked hard and Ben was a true professional

      The problems started when we needed to move into our permanent residence.

      1)The 10% discount disappeared because apparently in the 1.5 months, they had increased their prices by 20%. I find this very convenient, and they claimed they were doing me a favour by not charging me 20% extra. I asked to…

First class service from Casey's. Boxes, bubblewrap, duct tape etc all provided prior to the move. Beds were dismantled and re-erected at our new house. Everything left clean and tidy.

Bruno, Solomon, and Ben did a great job, they were very helpful and obliging. We thought the cost was very reasonable especially in view of the volume of items involved and mileage involved.

John and Sergai moved my furniture yesterday and I have to say they could not have been better.

Absolute professionals who definitely went the extra mile.

Don't mention the couch. They are probably having nightmares about it. Wasn't easy to say the least.

Caseys stepped into the breach after a different firm let us down last minute. They were excellent, good comms, really hard workers, all moved with a single breakage. They even took a couple things back which were moved by mistake! Nice guys all round.

The service was excellent. The team were on time, efficient, friendly, polite and hard working. They made us feel at ease and were very careful with all our possessions. Long term storage.

Excellent packing and removals but the long term storage cost was very high. Despite that I would use them again to move as the packing was excellent only let down by a leaky roof in the storage facilityleading to some damages.

Highly recommended. The initial visit to size up our removal needs demonstrated that they were professional, accommodating and friendly. Everything went smoothly on the day with Solomon and his two colleagues. The price was very reasonable. I cannot fault them.

Great Hassle Free Move - Beckenham.

Terry came to give us the initial quote, and was very reassuring. The girls in the office patient putting up with my stressy phone calls in the run up to the move. Then on moving day, the 3 guys who moved all our things were lovely. They just got on with it, calmly and efficiently. Would highly recommend all round.

Avoid Casey's Removals.

Casey's Removals will give you a reasonable quote, but they don’t stick to it. And watch out if you have large items that need to be taken apart and put back together again. We moved with them twice.

False promise.

To cut a long story short, they promised they could move me on any day so I paid my deposit there and then. When I got my completion date, they couldn't do it! They apologized and refunded my deposit. As if moving house isn't stressful enough. Very amateur.

Excellent on all counts.  Staff got here early and started work on arrival. motivated staff throughout the move. polite and curtious at all times. Thank you to the staff, crew and office staff too. I can't say any more and I hope that this counts towards the 380 charcatrers I need to use. Caseys need to have a character counter on the bottom of this so I can see how many more I need to and.

They were not the cheapest but they were one of the most professional and left me feeling confident that they would do a decent job, which they did. On the removal day, the team were very pucntual, polite and efficient. Everything went smoothly from the packing to the delivery. Worth the little extra and I would recommend them.
