Julian and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Highly responsive in the initial booking process to understand our needs and always quick to reply with any questions. On removal day the team arrived on time to the very minute and after a quick walk around the property got to work with the removals.

The entire team were so highly efficient, helpful and brilliant. They really made the move much less stressful and with a 250 mile move it was a long day for them but they were all highly professional and just got on with the job at hand. Julian and all the staff were absolutely brilliant we had packing and removal service arrived very promptly on the Friday morning to pack our 2 properties as we were moving from 2 properties into 1 they worked so hard all day to pack everything up in the both houses and then back on Saturday for the move .They took all stress off us and were prompt,polite and very efficient ,nothing was too much trouble we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them with very competitive price.

Our initial call with them was fantastic. They were very friendly and answered our many questions. Compared to other providers, they offered a competitive price and were a lot more polite and detailed in their customer service approach. They were punctual in their arrival on the actual moving day and started working straight away. They were kind, professional, helpful and patient with our many requests. They disassembled everything with extraordinary speed and managed to vacate our flat in record time. When arriving in our new home, they took care not to obstruct traffic too much and unpacked everything as quickly as they could. They took extreme care with all of our items and ensured everything was properly and securely packaged. Everything arrived in pristine condition and they reassembled all our furniture with great care. Could not recommend them enough!

We employed the services of Bolt Removals to move house in September 2021. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Julian was very professional in his communications, with a WhatsApp video call to get an idea of how much stuff we had to move. The quote was very reasonable and was produced in a short amount of time (less than one working day!). On the day of the move, the two gentlemen arrived on time and worked almost non stop for 8h to get all out stuff packed, in the van and then unloaded at our new house. They were clean and tidy (lots of rugs/mats put down in our new place to protect the carpets). They were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I thoroughly recommend Bolt Removals and will look nowhere else for my removal needs in future. Excellent work team Bolt!

We recently moved from Sussex to Wales and did extensive research on the various removal companies out there. It was easy to find glowing reviews of all these companies but many people had reviewed little else. All companies had their fair share of bad reviews except for one, Bolt Removals. The owner Julian was always available when I had any questions that needed answers and they didn't insist on a hefty deposit. The move went very smoothly and despite a 4 hour drive from Cardiff, the team arrived on time to pack our furniture. The team of removal men were polite and very capable and the whole thing went very, very smoothly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Was recommended Bolt by a friend who had use them for a house move as someone who could help move our business to a new office. Julian was very responsive on emails and had a warm and genuine personality when he came to quote. Though they weren't the cheapest we spoke to, I was confident that our move was in safe hands with Bolt - and I was right. On the day, they sent enough people, turned up on time (early in fact!), treated our stuff gently and worked hard with a smile. Super efficient and nothing too much trouble. Some of our items went to their storage space which is looked after by the very professional Alex and is a much better set up than some other storage facilities we looked at. Overall, to date, I have not been able to find a single fault with Bolt Removals and will recommend them to anyone.
