Office move.

We used best rates removals for moving our office from W1 to High Street Kensington. The guys came on time, they were very hard workers, packed everything nicely and movies it all safely to our new office. I want to express my gratitude to Ivan in the office and Todd and his team. Thank you for making our move quick and less stressful. The only thing that bothers me is the 380 characters here!

Great service.

Will use again and recommend! Very diligent with making sure nothing would get damaged. Friendly and relatively fast. Only took the minimum amount of breaks required and did not try to charge for them.  Arrived on time and finished promptly, helped disasemble furniture quickly and even disposed on rubbish from inside the apartment.

Highly recommended.

I have used best rate and removals and storage for the first time. They were more than excellent. Very decent people & very professional. Everything was done perfectly. They moved all the furniture and everything in the house. Disassembling and assembling everything as it was. Fantastic.

I can't recommend these guys at Best Rate Removals highly enough. They worked incredibly hard and really fast and carefully to get my stuff moved. There were no breakages, or bumps on any of the walls in the tight staircases they had to carry everything up. In four hours they only took one five min break! Very impressed and amazed by how inexpensive they were compared to other quotes I received.

Packing and removal.

Our move took place within London from a one bedroom flat to a two bedroom flat, and all went very smoothly thanks to Best Rate Removals. A gentleman came to the flat to assess our belongings and gave us a fair flat-rate quote for packing, materials and the removal. They were extremely efficient in scheduling the move and agreed to pack on a Saturday and move on a Sunday. They arrived on time both days and packed efficiently and carefully. The teams for both packing and removal were polite and pleasant. The packing and removal were completed within the estimated time frame and everything arrived smoothly and in good condition. Again, the team was hardworking and efficient. We were completely satisfied with Best Rate Removals and would use them again for our next move.

Piano transport.

I was very happy with this service, especially because everything happened on a very short notice and on top of this, it was a Sunday. Very friendly and professional guys, the transport was on time, safe and to a 100% recommendable. The office was in contact with me constantly, so I knew what was happening during the transport and they made sure everything went fine. Very good price/service ration too. Again, brilliant service, I'd use it again!  .

Best Rate Removals.

I have used Best Rate Removals 4 times.  Each time I have found them to be very efficient from my first contact with the office staff to the completion of the move. It has been extremely pleasant to work with removal staff who actually listen to what I ask and respond appropriately, working with me in what I request with regards to where to place the various items.  All items are handled in such a manner that I have not experienced any damage to any of my items which they have moved. They work quickly and efficiently, never wasting time to increase the time spent on the move, but never making me feel rushed. I will definitely continue to use Best Rate Removals in any future moves which I undertake.

Mo and Nicky.

We have had a stressful house sale and even on the day of the move, there was a delay in completion, however, best rate removal took all the stress away. Mo and Nicky were superb, helpful, calm and nothing was too much trouble. The price we paid was on the very cheap side of fair and we could not find a single fault with the service. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who is moving and will certainly be back next time we move.

Excellent Service.

I submitted a request online for home move company and was contacted by Best Rate Removal. I most commend their satisfactory and exceptional service, most especially the subsidised rate they offered was lower and more attractive compared to other home moving companies that contacted me before and after them.  On the d-day, the two guys arrived well on time and were very professional about their job .. no unnecessary delaying on their part during the whole job. Excellent Service.

I can't highly recommend Best Rate Removals enough. They were friendly, efficient, professional, fast, reassuring and did over and above their job. They called me 2hrs before my booked arrival time to see if it suited me to start the job 2hrs earlier. Which it did so I was able to finish earlier and get a lot more done. It makes a real difference when you're a single girl moving for the nth time that the service is professional, overly helpful and really friendly. They take the edge of moving which is always a bit stressful.

Highly recommend.

We hired Best Rate Removals Ltd to help us move our medium size office in London. Everything went very smoothly, excellent service both from the removal men and the office. The guys were very polite and helpful, arrived on time and finished the job in 5.5 hours as was agreed in advance. First Class Service Provider.

Big Yellow Storage recommended this company - and what a recommendation it was!  Clearly the best service providers will only ever recommend best service providers. I moved on Sunday 7 June 2015 and had to be packed up/moved out and unloaded at Big Yellow within a 2hr slot.  This was achieved - effortlessly.  Sulli, my driver and removal man, turned up 15mins early - allowing for the paperwork to be attended to and moving instructions to be given.  Sulli moved my goods from my house into the van with care and attention.  Thought was put into the order in which the items would be loaded up (i.e. large items / fragile items / small items) to facilitate an organised unloading at the other end - leaving me very impressed. Sulli was professional, friendly and conscientious.  I have no hesitation in recommending Best Rate Removals - I will certainly be using them again and again and again.

Excellent.

I booked the move literally 2 hours before I needed the items moved. I had tried to contact other companies but none would guarantee the job. This was all done without any delays.  I got a quote immediately and pickup happened within the time frame indicated.  The goods were delivered in perfect condition and staff were very professional.   I have used these movers before and have never had a problem. Excellent service from a professional outfit.  Would highly recommend. 
Arrived a few minutes early and even though they was a distance to their van everything was dealt with swiftly.  Extra packaging was advised as necessary to avoid damage and our whole office was moved from one location to another within 4 hours by two very capable and friendly men.

Due to rental agency's fault the previous owner's things were not removed as they should. bestRateRemovals were right there and not only did they do an excellent job bring my stuff in the property, they also managed to remove the old tenant's things out at the same time!

Best Rate Remolvals.

Recently I had to move furniture from my mother's apartment and a few friends recommended Best Rate Removals. I decided that I would take up their word and gave them a call. The process of making the deal and the movement itself was quicker than I thought that it would be. The movers came in and inspected the furniture as to know how much time it would take and the cost. Everything went smooth as my belongings arrived in pristine condition and on time. I certainly got my money's worth. If you have troubles with moving, don't hesitate to approach them. Wish I knew of them sooner. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I've used BestRate twice now, been consistantly happy.

I've used BestRate on two separate moves and in both cases the team arrived on time, were very methodical about the loading and unloading of my possessions, gave me a ride in the van from the pickup to the drop off and were pleasant throughout.

They even gave me a discount on my second move as a returning customer, which was nice and unexpected.

I don't see any reason why I wouldn't use them again.

Great service.

Very impressive service. From the initial estimation, through the very clear and detailed quotes to the actual move we were pleased with the efficiency and enthusiastic attitude of all the staff. We were moving into temporary accommodation so some of our furniture and contents needed to go into the temporary house and the rest into storage - all of which made the process just that bit more challenging logistics wise. The team were professional and polite and the packing was excellent (nothing damaged or broken). We had some tricky bits of furniture to move into a small space but they dealt with it all for a smooth and pain free experience for us! We will be using them again for the return move.

They took great care and were very conscientious in the way they loaded everything, covering things with blankets and straps, and at the storage facility arranging everything in the unit meticulously.
