Good and friendly service.

We picked Best Rate after reading good reviews on the internet. 
They arrived slightly late but this was only due to the heavy traffic in north London. Upon arrival Ivan was very polite helpful and accommodating to all our needs. 
One of our wardrobes needed to be disassembled, and the team did it as quickly and efficiently as possible in the conditions.

The service I received was outstanding.  They did a full packing service and delivery serviceThey arrived early the day before to pack.  The removal day they arrived at 7 in the morning and worked extremely hard to ensure the move was as simple and easy as possible .  They were very proffisonal in their servcie and very helful  I can highly recommend this company.

The salesman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to understand exactly what we needed.We were given a great rate for their services which included a promotional offer that was to our satisfaction. The pick up van was on time and great care was taken when they handled our goods for removal. Our goods were dropped off to the right location and help was given to unload and carry them into the building.

Great service. Efficient. Methodical. Called to say they were 10minslate due to traffic - showing courtesy on anormaly stressful day!  Treated furniture and possessions like their own.  Covered mattress in special protective packaging and used cardboard wardrobes for our clothes.  Efficient, methodical, well prepared and made the whole thing very relaxed for us!  Would recommend to anyone. We had tony and his team. .

Short notice removal.

I needed collection and delivery at short notice and found this company excellent. Some of the goods were v heavy and there were no complaints at all. Very helpful and friendly - and reliable. I will definitely use again and will recommend to others. I was interested to read that they will undertake both smaller removals and large scale house moves. I only wish I had used them for my last house move and it all might have been less stressful!

Great Job!

I moved one bedroom apartment from Ealing to Chelsea and could not been happier with Best Rate Removals and Storage.
The booking was easy and smooth, the removal guys were on time. All furniture was wrapped in protective covers.They worked non stop with a positive attitude. They are not the cheapest out there,bit I am very happy that I chose them. Will recommend them to others.

I was really impressed with best rate removals. Moving house is mega stressful to say the least as I realised I had acquired so many things over 12 years. The guys that arrived to help pack our items were friendly decisive and up beat. They had logical ideas - were professional, fast and above all communicated very well.  I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either.  Competitively priced amongst others too.

The quote was reasonable, they made an effort to compete with lower rates and yet provided an excellent service. The packing team was very careful and technically impressive. The moving team, just as careful, very efficient and thoughtful. They had to work long hours and remained friendly and willing until the end. I had to change dates due to my builder and they were accommodating no fuss at all.
During the move we had to do extra round so they did it without and any fuss.
