Great company highly recommend!

I would like to thank Best rate removals for the incredible service I received before, during and even after my move.
Straight from the initial response to even communicating with me with hold ups on route.
Great can do attitude and really put a smile on our face. The guys packed everything very well and thought about where everything should go.

I would personally like To mention Jack he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great value for money, couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be using again.

Excellent Company.

Best Rates did an excellent job helping us relocate offices. The guys they sent were so helpful and no job was too small or too big for them. They helped us when we had last minute bookings and they took extra care with all the very high end furniture that we have within our offices. They guys were always on time and extremely efficient.

Family move.

My names Max I'm 32 from London. This was the first time I've used Best Rate Removals as they were suggested to me by a friend. Me and my wife Jess were living in Chalk Farm and had found our family home in Earlsfield for£325. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as we had a lot of things and brand new furniture to welcome our baby who's due in November, but the service with BRR is fantastic they handled everything with care and were very respective of ornaments and fragile things. Not only were the guys at BRR friendly they worked extremely hard to get the job done on time, even at the other end they placed and unpacked our belongings carefully and everything was put in the right part of the house which saved a lot of hassle. Im sure in future I'll be using BRR again and in future I would happily recommend them to our friends.

I was really happy with best rate removals, they were extremely fast at sending me a quote and when it came to the job I was really pleased about the timing and the service best rates provided. The guys spoke good English and the guys at the office were just as helpful. I suppose the clue is in the name! Quick, efficient removal.

I booked the removal on a Sunday for 9am on the Monday, the only company I could find who were able to respond outside standard Monday-Friday hours.

The two guys turned up exactly on time. They were very quick and efficient, everything was in the van quicker than expected and same again on the unload. 100% satisfaction on my part, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Second time using, and will always use them for moving house.

I had my move with all my valuables to a new house in London. I had their help moving from an old flat to storage earlier this year. I swear it's like they play Tetris for a living, I don't know how they managed to store everything so effectively, but after removing everything for my next move, everything was in perfect condition. I didn't hesitate to use them for my move to my new house, they are just too good at what they do. They are extremely polite and professional on the phone. I've dealt with multiple moving companies in London, but this one felt leaps and bounds beyond all the others. I'll definitely use them for any future moves.

Second time of using Best Rate removals as we were so impressed first time. They go the extra mile to make sure your items are packed carefully and we had absolutely no damages to any of our possessions. This second time we found we had to store all our things much longer than expected and they just dealt with this without a fuss which made it less stressful. We feel we can 100% recommend them.

The Best Rate Removals Ltd have a great team, they are very speedy and extremely efficient. I would definitely use them again. We also moved on the hottest day of the year, which can't have been easy. The movers took apart beds and reconstructed them on the other side as well as carrying heavy furniture up many stairs. Was all in all a pretty painless process! Happy to recommend.

Moving is never easy but Best Rate Removals made our office move as easy as it could have been. The removal men were quick, efficient and professional. Not only was the moving smooth, the communication between us and the company was swift and all of the queries we had were answered promptly.

Moving and packing.

Used Best Rate Removals recently. Very professional and efficient. The guys came well before the scheduled time allowing to sort out parking and ready to start moving our stuff on time. They never stopped for a drink till all our belonging was safely moved to our new flat. Recommended.

The estimate was very accurate, and the price was competitive. Everything was carried on in time. We had a lot of fragile parcels and nothing was broken after the move, the old flat was located on the second floor without any lift and some of the packs were very heavy. The staff was very helpful and moved the items in the room they were supposed to go. They helped us get rid of the rubbish as well. Recommended.

Very professional, courteous and transparent with costs involved. Arrived few minutes early, got on with the job without a fuss and were very careful with any fragile items. We moved form a house to a small flat on the second floor - that was no problem for these guys. Fantastic service from quote to delivery. Jack in the office was friendly and understanding. The quote was very reasonable. The best bit was when the removal staff turned up, and instantly the stress of moving was lifted. They were careful with our belongings, accomodating and flexible, nothing was too big or too heavy. Worth paying for.

The removal guys were on time, and friendly - though sometimes language was a bit of a barrier. They worked exceptionally fast, though with care and professionalism. Nothing was broken or lost or damaged. The labels on the boxes helped when it came to taking everything out at the other end. A huge stress relief. Have since used them twice, and would recommend them. Thanks guys.

Best Rate Removals - Excellent service.

Best Rate Removals were just that ! The overall service was excellent, top to bottom. They came to our property and did a very thorough walk through to give us a fixed price quote. I got four other quotes and immediately threw out the bottom two (they were £1,000 cheaper but had done a poor estimating job). The top three quotes were within £200 of each other and BestRate gave me a small discount when I asked, so they got the job. The crew were great - they worked hard over four days - packing us up Friday, moving our house Saturday and then packing and removing our (very large) storage unit on Sunday and Monday. Everything was done exactly as and when they said it would be, no issues, no breakages or damages, very efficient. As such I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to anyone else looking to use them.

When I decided to use this company's services I been told on the phone that all I have to do is just simply relax and let them take care of entire moving. This is exactly what happened.
All job from beginning till the end been done stress free. They moved my free bedroom apartment entirely in less then 4.5 hours. I thought it's going to take at least 6 hours, because so much staff I accumulated in last 10 years. Me and my family are very happy with the quality and efficiency that Best Rate Removals demonstrated.
By the way, I am very happy about the price they gave to me. It is easily affordable for my middle class family.

I was provided with fantastic and swift service - the move was easy to organise and I was able to book the required date pretty last minute. There was great communication along the way, both by phone and email which was very reassuring. Flat to house move, Borough of Ealing.

We recently used Best Rate to move from a second floor flat to a house in the London Borough of Ealing. I found the communication and flexibility offered during the booking process extremely helpful, as our move date was not confirmed until the day prior. I was offered the flexibility to postpone the service, at no additional cost, if I our move was delayed by a week or so.

Ivan and his team spent a morning packing our belongings the day before we moved; they were extremely punctual and extraordinarily hardworking - I was astonished by the speed at which our things were packed up, but also pleased with the care they took packing breakables, and in ensuring things ended up in the correct place. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly on moving day, and it did.

Again, the team were very punctual; the ease and humility with which they emptied our flat (which was on the second floor and had no lift!) and garage was commendable. Best Rate had taken care of parking at the onward address and so everything went smoothly; all of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and a Best Rate employee returned a number of times to collect the packing boxes.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and feel the price I paid for the quality of service was very competitive in the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Rate, or to use them again in future.

Moving 2 bedrooms flat form Kingston to South Quay.

We move out two Saturday ago. It has been a long day started at 9am and finished at 9pm. They pack all the kitchen stuff and all the furniture of the flat. Everything arrived safe and sound without a scratch. They dissembled and reassembled perfectly all the furniture . They are professionals and efficient and helpful. I'll contact again for the next removal: it has been less stressed than I expected!

I chose Best Rate Removal company among different moving companies because the service they promised was perfect and also because the cost was very good compared to other companies.
