I had the best experience with the company provided to me by Best Moves. I found them on the internet. When I called for an estimate the sales rep was so knowledgeable on the logistics and cost of the move. I was so impressed that I didn't even look for a comparison quote. I found it very beneficial to use their packing services the day before. Since the packing team prepped the furniture it helped make moving day so easy. The packing team used all my packing supplies which saved me money! Moving day was very efficient and actually very fun! The team that showed up was happy and lively the entire day. I was also supported by the customer support team calling to check in on the team throughout the day. I am very appreciative to Best Moves for taking a day that is typically very stressful and making it a special fun day!

Wonderful move from Best moves website.They moved my sister from one apartment to another. I can't tell you how professional and helpful they were. They were so nice to us and even helped when I couldn't figure out if something would fit in a certain space, or how it looked, etc. My sister was moving into a much smaller space. The 2 men that moved us were all excellent and could not have been happier. My brother even came to me and said, I think we need to increase the tip to what we originally thought. Initially we were just basing it on the time it took and the cost, but after their work we thought they deserved more. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I must admit that I was anxious about entrusting my families furniture to be handled by people I had never seen before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how intent your company was at putting my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Best Moves time and time again. They had come out of their way to our house to provide an estimate onsite -- Drago so friendly and helpful with ideas that made our move go smoothly. Mike and Alex was on our moving crew and we were so happy with the service! They were courteous, polite, communicative - they checked in with us every step of the way. They kept the houses at both ends clean and without damages. If we needed boxes or furniture moved inside the house, they would do it too. Nothing was broken, and they knew how to pack the truck to get everything loaded and with care. Outstanding guys who are proud of their work and their reputation. And they worked tirelessly the whole day - thank you so much guys!!

I had been stressed up for a few weeks. The idea of relocation was so daunting. I did not have an idea of where to start and that is why I resorted to seeking assistance from Best Moves. I consulted with them on the choice of Relocation Company. They came back with some ideal choices. What had actually attracted me were the favourable quotes. I did not have an idea of their perfection. We only came to realise how perfect they were on the agreed dates of relocation. A commendable job had been done.

Usually don't write reviews because of lack of time. But thanks to the service and professionalism of Best moves I felt that I needed to share my experience. First they were very helpful and organized from the first phone call while I was comparing my options. They went over their process, timeline and fees. Day before the moving we touch based to make sure that we had everything covered. The day of the moving they arrived early and did all the loading. I especially like how careful they were when packing and handling my belongings. Once they arrived they unpacked everything and placed it as I instructed them.
