I decided to use Best Moves to move from my 1bdr in Prince Albert to Kitchener, My decision was based on all the 5 star reviews they were given online. I can honestly say they are completely deserving of those reviews. From getting in touch promptly and setting up the date and the logistics, to showing up early on the day of the pick-up. They wrapped my furniture and loaded their truck rapidly, efficiently and carefully. They worked so quickly. I was very impressed. They all showed up wearing masks and took the pre cautions you would want during Covid. Before meeting the guys and seeing them work, I never would have imagined they could do the load in 3 hours but they did and that was with taking apart my King size bed. Delivery was an exact reflection. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Absolutely professional and a great group of guys! Thanks to you, Best Moves!!

Having moved several times in my life, I learned that there are no guarantees in moving industry, except stress. I declare now that Best Moves will change your vision, eliminate the stress and exceed your exceptations. At least, this was my moving experience in dealing with them. I did my due research and decided to go, this time, for reputable professionals. My friends' recommendations were all pointing at Best Moves. With Best Moves I found what I was looking for a long time - Perfect Movers. It was very easy to use the source, I just filled the quote form one time and received about five moving quotes from different professionals. I booked the mover which best fitted my moving needs and budget. The moving team were punctual, with lots of moving supplies. It was such a relief when the move was done and nothing was broken. Thank you a thousand times!

We found Best Moves online. After sending a moving estimate request I have received about 6-7 moving quotes from different moving companies in my area. I have reviewed each email and choose the one! Thanks to best moves it was easier to get different moving quotes in one-shot and select the one who offers the best deal. Thank you Best Moves. I do recommend to use Best Moves for getting professional quotes. The movers arrive on time, it was nice guys, very friendly and hardworking people. The packed everything carefully with additional blankets. There were no damages, no loses. I'm very happy with my movers! Thank you again. .

We could not be happier with our moving experience with Best Moves. There were a lot of Movers to choose from and I am so glad I choose them. They arrived to our Toronto apartment in the downtown district on a Friday (busy Day) exactly on time. They were efficient and competent. And we had to be in our luxury condo at a certain time to move in. They arrived at the destination exactly at the time we had to be there. There were two professional movers. They were polite, efficient, and focused. They made us feel so secure. Everything arrived perfectly. I feel I can go on and on with the perfect job. From the efficient office workers setting up right to the end it was perfect. We are so happy. An asset to the moving community.You have to choose them. You will not be sorry. Thank you!!

I researched at least 10 companies before choosing Best Moves. I was very concerned about the many warnings that I read about the moving industry in general. It took me weeks to make a decision as it was a large move to another province. If you are in the process of choosing I will save you time. This is an excellent company!!

Best Moves came today and moved all of our stuff into the trucks. THIS GUYS WERE FANTASTIC!! They worked incredibly hard, were extremely organized, very polite and intelligent, and worked very well as a team. I was incredibly impressed at their skill level and professionalism. I am now feeling very relaxed that my belongings will arrive safely and in great shape. They actually exceeded my expectations!! If I ever have to move again I would hire them in a second.

Great service the agent took my moving details and submitted to the partners they work with saying I should get quotes within 24hr. The first price quote I received within 10 min after my call so I checked the reviews of that mover and they were excellent so I booked with them even though I got two other quotes and the reviews of those movers were great as well. Now that my move is done I gotta say this was great experience and thanks to Best Moves for providing great movers!

I can’t thank enough BestMoves for their very friendly, personable and professional team. I never moved and it was my first time when I hired a moving company. All I had to do is to visit BestMoves.ca, put in my moving information and just in a couple of minutes I got several price quote from movers. We hired an extremely professional and friendly movers for our cross-country move. Movers went above and beyond my expectations and did a great job. The only difficulty I had was to select a mover as all the companies sending me quotes had awesome reviews. Bestmoves will definitely be my only choice for any future relocations. Strongly recommend!

I had the best experience with the company provided to me by Best Moves. I found them on the internet. When I called for an estimate the sales rep was so knowledgeable on the logistics and cost of the move. I was so impressed that I didn't even look for a comparison quote. I found it very beneficial to use their packing services the day before. Since the packing team prepped the furniture it helped make moving day so easy. The packing team used all my packing supplies which saved me money! Moving day was very efficient and actually very fun! The team that showed up was happy and lively the entire day. I was also supported by the customer support team calling to check in on the team throughout the day. I am very appreciative to Best Moves for taking a day that is typically very stressful and making it a special fun day!

Wonderful move from Best moves website.They moved my sister from one apartment to another. I can't tell you how professional and helpful they were. They were so nice to us and even helped when I couldn't figure out if something would fit in a certain space, or how it looked, etc. My sister was moving into a much smaller space. The 2 men that moved us were all excellent and could not have been happier. My brother even came to me and said, I think we need to increase the tip to what we originally thought. Initially we were just basing it on the time it took and the cost, but after their work we thought they deserved more. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I would definitely recommend Best Moves time and time again. They had come out of their way to our house to provide an estimate onsite -- Drago so friendly and helpful with ideas that made our move go smoothly. Mike and Alex was on our moving crew and we were so happy with the service! They were courteous, polite, communicative - they checked in with us every step of the way. They kept the houses at both ends clean and without damages. If we needed boxes or furniture moved inside the house, they would do it too. Nothing was broken, and they knew how to pack the truck to get everything loaded and with care. Outstanding guys who are proud of their work and their reputation. And they worked tirelessly the whole day - thank you so much guys!!

I had been stressed up for a few weeks. The idea of relocation was so daunting. I did not have an idea of where to start and that is why I resorted to seeking assistance from Best Moves. I consulted with them on the choice of Relocation Company. They came back with some ideal choices. What had actually attracted me were the favourable quotes. I did not have an idea of their perfection. We only came to realise how perfect they were on the agreed dates of relocation. A commendable job had been done.

Usually don't write reviews because of lack of time. But thanks to the service and professionalism of Best moves I felt that I needed to share my experience. First they were very helpful and organized from the first phone call while I was comparing my options. They went over their process, timeline and fees. Day before the moving we touch based to make sure that we had everything covered. The day of the moving they arrived early and did all the loading. I especially like how careful they were when packing and handling my belongings. Once they arrived they unpacked everything and placed it as I instructed them. I have always been impressed at how the moving teams balance being friendly, moving quickly, and being gentle with the furniture and boxes. They have mastered that difficult balance well. I also appreciate the friendliness that the moving teams have. There is never any kind of complaint on their part; they are clearly very happy to be doing their job--and it shows. I called around a few places and the woman from the company provided to me by Best Moves that I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable, so I went with them. My house was for sale, and she saw the furniture I had that I was going to be moving. And we went through the house, item by item, on what I was going to be taking and what I was not going to be taking, and she came up with an estimate. It was pretty close to what I paid in the end and I actually paid less. The move turned out to be a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. The moving crew was very good. Everything worked out fine. They just all seemed very efficient. They knew what they were doing.

Reliable and Customer Service, these are the 2 things that stuck out to me most about this company. From having to reschedule my move twice with them due to personal reasons to making sure that the move went off as easy as possible, they really hit these two major points. I felt bad having to reschedule with them, but they were understanding and patient with me. What they did which was great, was take my contact information down and called me back when a person cancelled and freed up the date that I really wanted. That was a blessing and worked out for my schedule so perfectly. For them to do that for me was so nice because they definitely didn't have to go out of their way to do that. And customer service, that goes hand in hand. Overall, this company did an incredible job and I am very happy with everything.

I will highly recommend these movers if you are planning to move. Experience is great while working with them. First of all they are very responsive when you call them unlike other providers. Dispatcher is quick to respond and makes sure your requirements are understood properly. Even at short notice they were able to give dates which suited our schedule. Guys showed on time and were very professional. All of the guys were good in english and communication was never an issue (Reason I am mentioning it specifically is because I had problems with respect to communication with other providers in the past when guys will not communicate in English). Guys take great care of moving things and are very efficient. I will definitely use them again in future.
