Best London Removals responded with a phone call shortly after I made my initial enquiry. They came round and provided expert advice without being pushy and I felt immediately confident in their services. Even though the move was brought forward at short notice they were able to accommodate the change and arrived at the planned time.

Their staff were really quick and efficient. I had chosen to pack most of my items, except the larger and more fragile things. They took excellent care of everything. Carefully wrapping furniture and breakables, dismantling an ottoman bed, transporting everything in a timely fashion, and unpacking everything at the other end, including re-assembling the bed!

They were totally respectful, professional and efficient. I will use them again as and when the occasion may arise and have no hesitation in recommending them.

You worked so hard, from 7am to 4:30pm, without any break, having to schlep up and town two to three flights of stairs at both properties. I got way too stressed, but you were all really relaxed and professional and capable and polite. Your rates were really reasonable, and your materials were much better and stronger and cheaper than other places we'd got them from previously. Ivelin came around to the property twice in order to see the place beforehand in order to check what exactly needed to be done, once with two colleagues of him, including Philip, who was in charge on the day, and who did a great job of managing a team of four men. Everything was done very quickly but very carefully, and all instructions about where to put things in our new home were followed to a T. Very many thanks to you all, and very happy holidays! Best London Removals (Evelyn and Philip) provided a very good, efficient and a professional service and helped us to move to our new home without any issues or problems. They were very professional right from the beginning. They have a very good website wherein you can confirm the order and pay the money online. When we contacted them, Philip one of their team members came to review and assess the items and subsequently gave a quote which was quite reasonable. This was a fixed price so we didn’t have to worry about how long it takes to do the removals. Philip also advised on what items to be packed in which boxes – small, medium and large. Evelyn is the main partner and handles the business.

Their packing materials (boxes and tapes) are very strong and robust. Unfortunately I had already ordered the boxes earlier but still used a few of their boxes. I would strongly recommend using their packing materials and the prices are very reasonable and comparable to other suppliers.

On the day of the move they arrived very promptly and their staff are very courteous and polite. They packed the main furniture (glass table, sofa sets, TV and other fragile items in blankets and then with flexi bubble wrap (which is quite thick) and finally with black sticky tape all round. The furniture and boxes were loaded very quickly. We had some waiting time as the completion took time but as the price was fixed we didn’t have to pay any extra for the waiting time. Once we arrived at the new home, unloading didn’t take time and they placed the furniture and the boxes in the rooms specified by us.

Overall I must say they were extremely good and did provide an excellent service and I would certainly recommend their services and also their packing materials. Evelyn and Philip thanks for doing a good job.

So, we made the brave decision to leave london and travel 178miles up the M6. Iverlin and his team made this move stressfree and smooth running. From the outset, very professional, reliable and took time to listen to what we needed to facilitate the move. Pay a little extra for the dismantle and reassemble - so worth it and takes the pressure off putting up a bed at the end of moving day. The packing boxes and materials were good quality and fairly priced - don't bother getting them elsewhere. The clue is in the name! Have already recommended to friends and family. Best London Removals - very aptly named! Very reasonably priced, very efficient and professional service and very well organised, 5 star removal job! As it was a fairly long distance removal (in terms of travelling time) Ivelin's team came the day before to pack up the first removal lorry then came very early the next morning to pack up the other one. They carefully dismantled any furniture that needed it, beds and wardrobes, and carefully wrapped up our sofas in protective coverings so that they weren't damaged in transit. They provided all of the packing materials we needed at a very reasonable price and they all worked very hard and cheerfully until the whole job was done and all of the furniture was correctly reassembled! They even safely moved our fish tank with the fish still in it and all of the fish are still alive and well! I would definitely recommend Best London Removals to anyone looking for a good removal company to or from or around London.

We decided to go with this company after excellent reviews online. We were unfortunately disappointed. The men arrived on time but seemed to get tired and fed up as the day progressed. One man in particular was not good. They lost a rail to one of the wardrobes we had ordered and I walked in at just the right time to stop him putting tailored expensive suits wrapped without suit bags in a box.
When we unpacked we did find shoes mixed in with clothes without anything in between them all mixed in a box with the clothes crumpled and dirty.
He missed a whole two cupboards of items in the kitchen even though I kept reminding them to empty it, as well as all the wine bottles (again I reminded him three times). The next day we found items randomly and chaotically placed in boxes, for example the kettle base and kettle in different boxes, etc.

we went with this company even though they were more expensive because of the reviews and wish we hadn't now. We weren't offered a discount because of the service (although to be fair I didn't ask). We even tipped them very generously before we went to unpack the next day and noticed the mess.

I would not recommend this company again.

Ivelin was great to deal with and made sure that everything was sorted out in advance. His team did a really great job - they were quick, efficient, and cheerful. Everything was handled with care, and they reassembled all the furniture they took down. And there were no complaints at a massive 2.4m dining table, or four flights of stairs, or carpet-fitters getting under their feet at the destination. And all for a couple of hundred pounds less than most of the other. Really well done.
