Best London Removals Ltd

We used Best London removals yesterday when we downsized to a 2 bed bungalow.
The team arrived at 7.45 in the morning as promised. Phil the team leader introduced Mark and Ilian his 2 colleagues. They were polite, respectful of our home and possessions, taking care not to damage walls as they removed bulky items.
We haven't moved for 20 years and I was instantly put at ease as they got to work and emptied our house in about 3 and a half hours! I am quite fussy and had a few requests and all these were met without a problem.
On arrival at our new property the team gave us time inside the house as we requested to lift up very old dirty carpets and helped us remove some white goods that had been left in the property! They got to work unloading garden items.
I really cannot fault this team. They were amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their price was very reasonable. One of my concerns had been lack of English but this was not the case. Phil had excellent understanding and spoken English, Ilian was very capable of understanding what we said, Mark (who is English) kept us relaxed through out the day with his friendly, helpful personality!
Thanks guys for everything! I don’t intend to move again but if I did I would use you and I certainly don’t hesitate recommending you all. 5 stars **.

Ivan, Ilian and Mitch moved us and from the word go they were happy and a pleasure to work with. They approached everything with a positive can do attitude (no sucking of teeth!) and nothing was a problem. Polite, courteous but they also radiator happiness in their work. They were like this the whole time we were with them, for both loading up (which involved several flights of stairs) and unloading.

The advice my husband was giving when making the booking was good and we felt well supported and not ripped off. My husband also called to ask questions between the booking and moving date and he was always supported and given sound advice for things like the number of people who should move us, the time (which was spot on).

Everything arrived in very good condition, we've unpacked most things (all glasswear and similar) and nothing is broken.

They made moving a pleasure - something I didn't think was possible.

We will absolutely use Best Removals London (Ruislip) again and I'd certainly request Ivan, Ilian and Mitch. I didn't know moving day could be so easy and happy. Thank you all :).

Mr Donchev and his team at Best London Removals have helped me move several times over the past few years. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. They have always treated my items with the utmost care, and are an excellent group of people.

They arrive on time (actually, they arrive early!) and are diligent the entire duration of the move. No sitting around, just careful, solid, well thought-out work.

Their van packing is also the best I've ever seen!

Ivelin’s team handled our move in July from Central London to Hertfordshire. Although we packed ourselves, they packed and wrapped all of the furniture. They took great care with everything, wer punctual, polite, friendly and very professional. At both ends, they were a pleasure to have in our homes and we would not hesitate to use them for any future moves. In fact we have just asked them to move our son from Chelsea to Southwark.
It is not often that companies actually live up to their name but Best Removals truly do.

I used Best London Removals in my recent relocation from London to Cornwall and I couldn’t be happier with the service they gave. They were easy to deal with, professional, efficient and good natured throughout - even when we had issues with our sellers failing to get out of the property on time. This is the first move I’ve done when nothing was broken or damaged, and that’s a massive achievement. I couldn’t fault how hard the crew worked and they definitely deserved every penny of their tip. After 4 major moves in 6 years Best London Removals proved by far the most efficient, friendly, hard-working and professional that I have ever used. Arriving on time they started to pack and where necessary disassemble some furniture with obvious experience.
Most of 85 boxes had been previously packed and were loaded separately in a smaller van extra to the furniture carrier.
On arrival in Bristol in good time the unloading and placing of the items was carried out without problems or complaint about the new building lengthy corridors. They worked long and hard and I am very grateful to this excellent team. I heartily recommend them and give them 5 stars plus. Harry.

Such fantastic service from start to finish. I am based in Cornwall but had to arrange the re-location of my near 90 year old mother from west London to Preston. It all started with a phone call. I explained the situation, that my elderly mother needed to move and for them to help pack her up. The gentleman was so helpful and arrange for Eva to go along and quote for this job. My mother was so impressed with her, she said she was so polite and even had the courtesy to take her shoes off. We received the quote which was very competitive.
Move day arrived so did 2 lovely young men (so my mother said) so so helpful and polite. No hitches at all and a job so professionally carried out that I would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you all at Best London Removal you took a big worry off of our hands and looked after my mother and her property so well. You definitely are 5 Star.

We have moved several times over the years and have had experience of crews who have done everything from damaging furniture, taking chunks out of walls and ceilings, throwing boxes into any room they come to even though they are clearly marked and have even had stuff stolen.
It was such a relief then to deal with Best London Removals. The crew were polite, efficient and professional. They took care wrapping and moving everything and every single box ended up in the right place. The whole move was completed very quickly and from our point of view was stress free.
Highly recommended.
