We used Best London Removals this week. They were efficient from the word go - visited to estimate how much stuff we had, kept in touch throughout the process, turned up promptly on the day and worked extremely hard to get us out and to our new home as quickly as possible. It was not a particularly easy move as we lived on the 2nd floor and moved to a flat on the 1st floor, so lots of stairs involved. The team that came on the day were great and very hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivelin and his team.

I read all the great reviews for Best London Removals and hoped they weren't fake.. I'm glad to say they were perfect for me. I had a lot of stuff to move into a studio flat, and they couldn't have been better.

The two men who came to take care of my stuff were friendly, calm, and very professional. The whole experience was easy, painless.

I prepared everything in advance, so all they had to do was move my things. Obviously you're very precious about your own belongings, and I'm glad to say they were extremely careful with everything.

Like I say, this is another happy customer. A well deserved 5 stars! Thank you!

Best London Removals recently moved me and all my furniture across London, including some delicate items I was worried would break. They took care of everything with minimum fuss, kept all my stuff safe and gave me great confidence they knew exactly what to do. They also dismantled and reassembled my bed and bookshelves quickly and efficiently, and fixed a problem with the way the bed had been originally put together. The rates were reasonable and I feel like I got great value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service! I would highly recommend them.
We forgot to confirm our removal via email. The day of the removal I woke up at 5am with a doubt that the removal was indeed not confirmed. I called the manager who managed to save the day by organising a last minute team.
The guys did a fantastic job, dismantling/reassembling an expensive ottoman bed and taking it up to the second floor through an incredibly tight staircase without a scratch. They wrapped and protected everything, also items which really didn't need any protection. Everything has been moved without a scratch to the furniture and the premises.
And the price was not even comparable to other agencies (all those XXX with a van). I have been charged lucrative quotes from other companies, given that we did all the boxes, we had very few furniture (one king bed, a sofa, table and chairs) and the old and new places were just 3 roads away. I could not believe how different the quotes were and I could not understand how to justify such a huge difference. We eventually decided to take the "risk" to go with Best London Removals who quoted us a fraction of the others. I am so pleased we decided to go with them, I cannot imagine what more they could have done!

These guys were excellent! With my wife 9 months pregnant we really needed our move to be as stress-free as possible and that was exactly what they did. All of the guys we had contact with were professional, polite and worked really hard. They were considerate and careful with our belongings and once we arrived at the new property when it wasn't obvious where to place boxes they asked where we wanted them. All our belongings were wrapped and packed extremely well and everything arrived without damage or loss. Where items had been dismantled they were put back together again at our new hous and checked that we were happy before they said goodbye. Would definitely recommend them.
