I contacted Best London Removals after seeing good reviews online. I spoke to Ivenin who had a cancellation that got us booked a day sooner than we expected, which was fantastic for us.

They were significantly less expensive than Aussie blokes on hourly basis and didn't charge for incidentals (like mattress bags) that I didn't want to keep, so really much less expensive than competition.

The actual move was super smooth. Two guys with Philip running the job. He was a consummate professional: careful, helpful, polite, diligent and a genuinely nice guy. His colleague was polite and hard working too.

They were tops on both ends of the move and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Ours was a very complicated move as we were moving our possessions to two different homes and also putting some things in storage. The move was performed on separate days to each location and we asked them to pack only the fragile items. They did everything we asked promptly and efficiently and always with a smile on their face. At the storage unit, they managed to fit in everything, despite the limited space.

There were some extra items which we hadn't managed to pack, but they didn't complain and just did what needed to be done.

I needed to pack some of the fragile items myself a few months before the move and Ivelin came round and showed me how everything should be packed. He also gave me a lot of good advice about what items to store and which things to take with, which saved me a lot of money.

I look forward to using them again when the items need to be retrieved from storage and they will re-position and unwrap the furniture where it needs to go.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are polite, punctual, trustworthy and reliable.

I have worked with Best London Removals for moving to a new house within almost the same neighborhood. The team was really helpful, always with good attitude wanting to do what ever is needed.  They arrived at the time they said and were very professional and fast to do the packing without compromising the quality of it. They took a lot of care of the furniture and pictures. The material they used, boxes, paper, etc, was new and in very good condition. After the move, they came to my new house to collect the boxes . They were very honest about the service they gave and about the price.  I absolutely recommend this company for moving.They are very reliable.

We used Best London Removals for a short move, but what an excellent company. They did the majority of the packing and transporting on the Thursday before our move on the Saturday, which worked really well for us giving us the Friday to sort out a bit before the remainder was delivered on the Saturday. The crew were very professional, and carefully packed everything for us. There was one breakage, which was replaced the day I notified them. What more could you ask for. I would highly recommend this company and use them again should the need arise.
