ASV Transport Services

Good workers.

Pick up was done efficiently and quickly as was delivery. Tray and Daniel were polite, helpful and made every effort to make sure my items were well packed, transported and to arrive safely.

My one and only gripe was the agreed price was increased with the excuse being that bigger van was needed, it was not. However we reached a satisfactory agreement even though the van when loaded was only a third full!

Very professional service.

We had been sent a quote form a comparison website for ASV Transport Solutions and they proceeded to match a more competitive quote. So we immediately felt they were the company that would take care in moving us.

Form initial contact Daisy, the office contact, was friendly, competent and replied to all our queries.

The company were also flexible on payment options.

On the day of the move the two guys that moved us were very polite, efficient and offered to wrap up a glass cabinet that we had forgotten we were transporting.

They were so careful and couldn't do enough for us. They were very mindful of leaving valuables out and took the up-most care with an antique dresser that has huge sentimental value.

As Daisy had agreed to a fixed price there were no hidden fees and overall we were hugely satisfied with them.

We have since recommended them to friends and family and will be using them again next time we move.

Good Moving.

I moved on 5th Dec. The overall experience was very good.

The van came to my apartment in advance. The driver and helper were very helpful by carrying all my staff at pickup and delivery.

Daisy, the employee who is responsible for my moving, is really nice, and frequently catching up with me about the delivery.

And Importantly, the cost is the lowest one in a few companies I looked into!

All in all, they have very good service and competitive offer, and I would strongly recommend it.

Great removals service!

I received a good quote from ASV Services and decided to go with them- the lady called Daisy is very lovely and polite on the phone- explained everything to me clearly and was very on the ball with regards to parking spaces for movers- which I initially did not really think about at first.

Moving house is always stressful but the guys at ASV Transport Services made it seem effortless and stressfree. The movers were efficient and friendly and managed the moving out, driving to the new house and moving in within the set time frame!

Would definitely use again and definitely recommend them!

Move from London to Manchester.

ASV Transport Services are friendly, professional and efficient. The price they quoted for my relocation from London to Manchester (two men and a Luton van) was £150 lower than all the other moving firms, but the service I received was first rate. All my furniture and possessions arrived on time in Manchester, in the same condition they left London in, and the men loading and unloading the furniture were very polite, hard-working and efficient. Prior to the move, I had many questions, which Daisy who works for ASV was very helpful in answering. I would recommend to ASV Transport Services to everyone who has to move.

Removal of books.

The two men arrived quite promptly. They were courteous and professional and we left the storage unit that was being vacated completely clear and tidy. The journey to the new address was completed quite quickly and without difficulty and once we were there, the boxes that were being moved were stacked in their new space neatly and effectively. The whole job was finished 20 minutes earlier than the estimated 3 hours.

Removals.

The removal company was great, I highly recommend them. The email correspondence with Daisy was extremely helpful and straightforward. The drivers arrived promptly and called me on my mobile to let me know they were here. They wrapped any delicate items carefully in bubblewrap and dismantled any furniture that was too big to fit through the door. Eveything was loaded onto the van promptly and delivered safely. They unloaded everything the other end and put furniture back together. A great service highly recommended!

Efficient service tailored to our needs.

We used ASV Solutions services to move from our packed one bedroom to a two bedroom within London. While we did not had any white goods of our own, we had some furnitures including a couple of antiques and quite a few paintings (including 2 large ones) that required care in transportation.

Daisy was lovely and managed to accomodate for our specific needs and tight schedule (we had the check in the new flat on the same day than the check out of the old one).

We decided to pack everything ourselves to take our time to go through everything we had (and recycle/donate).

Would definitely recommend.

Smooth Move.

We used ASV Solutions for our move - whilst the move to our new home was not far, the boys were fantastic.

They were considerate of our belongings and took care of loading and unloading our stuff from the van. We had a huge bookcase/shelving unit which needed to be dismantled so that it could be taken out of the flat. This was not a problem and upon arriving on the other side, the unit was re-assembled within 15-20mins, undamaged or marked. They were really good and it's this kind of service that made the move stress-free! Thank you!

Great service.

The service from ASV Transport was seamless. They picked up and dropped off our stuff without us (or my elderly parents at the other end in Coventry) having to lift a finger.

The removal men were nice and helpful, taking care not to damage anything. Everything reached Coventry in good order and the guys took everything to where they were asked to, which was a concern of mine.

The company was also good at communicating via email and phone, giving us a clear quote and options. The price itself was lower than other companies we got in touch with - nearly £100 lower in some cases.

Review for house move.

We found ASV on a comparison website. They were low cost and honest workers. The move was organised by a very pleasant, organised and involved coordinator Daisy, who regularly telephoned with updates. The men worked very hard, and were extremely helpful, patient and flexible with the house move.

There was no damage  - they helped with the packing. Everything arrived in a good state. We got out of our property by 1 pm with time to spare for cleaning. .

Removals.

The team were excellent. I had used them for a removal last year and did not hesitate to use them again.

Daisy is very friendly and helpful and explained all the details of the removal clearly to me and answered all my questions fully.

The removal men were on time and knew exactly where to go and were efficient in packing and unpacking my items and worked very quickly.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others

Thank you very much.

House move.

On time and quick, efficient service. Their porters worked effectively to ensure the entire process was done in the minimum time possible and there was no damage to any of the house or items I was moving. They also helped put together various furniture items without fuss. I would recommend this company in particular as they provide very competitive quotes compared to some of the other companies out there.

Very professional and reasonable.

Daisy was very communicative and nothing was a problem despite changing circumstances. The quote was fair and the terms and conditions were very clear. The guys were friendly and took good care of our belongings. We incurred an extra charge due to the fact the guys has to wait for us at the arrival end, but Daisy was clear in communicating the change and it was handled well. We did not clearly label everything but the guys were patient with us directing them. A job well done, I would recommend for any house move.

House move with ASV.

We used ASV, but were not intending to.. I'm extremely glad we did! The original company we booked with did'nt show on the day, leaving our belongings that were boxed and ready to go outside in the front garden and on the pavement. After waiting for close to 2 hours after when the panic broke in, we re-contacted ASV again, as they were one of the companies we had asked to quote and they had given us a good price. Not only did the lovely lady Daisy manage to get us a van within hours, she was also willing to do it for the price she had quoted us before!! When it than transpired we were becoming overweight, (my underestimation, not theirs!) we were than given the option of either 2 trips or an additional van. Of course this increased the price but with an extremely reasonable amount.

I am eternally grateful for Daisy and how she managed to steer what was a very stressful day for us to a successful ending! More than Excellent, not 6 but 7 stars!!

(the actual destination was Hastings, not Eastbourne but this review website doesn't allow to for that..).
