Been scammed, given quote of £144, then called by company after the driver had collected goods and told to pay more due to item being larger than expected. I had given clear descriptions of goods including make, this was a pre planned rip off.

I had 2 industrial ironing tables picked up from Wigan. To washington. Top class. They were on time kept me informed all the way. Price was brilliant. no problems at all.

Moving house.

We moved from Blackford to Dollar on a cold snowy day, Alexandru Marian and his team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, they managed to move us in three trips taking good care with our belongings, (nothing broken) we would certainly use them again for any other moving job, very punctual and efficient, would recommend them.

Quick small move.

Uneven were really easy to book. They keep in contact and their driver was first-class. Punctual polite and efficient. Highly recommended. The cost was about 50 pounds - not cheap for a small move but definitely worth it (this stupid website won't let me enter anything less than 100).

They did exactly what we asked in in a courteous and professional manner. Communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend.

No Insurance for your goods, aggressive driver.

Despite what it says on their website your items are NOT insured, there is no cover provided by AnyVan (just read the T&C or try claiming!)

My driver damaged a rare wardrobe, at first denied it, then became threatening . AnyVan have a recording of this but still use this driver. I was not compensated for the damage.

Poor service, rude driver, not worth price for stress caused.

Rude driver who left behind items and refused to discuss. Was assured by customer service team that there is extra space in the van to allow 10% more than inventoried items (items were in small confined storage container so difficult to inventory) but the driver refused to take a single item that wasn't on list and left.

Hidden charge.

The service itself is fine. But they ask for a unloading charge of £45 halfway through the moving, which makes it impossible to refuse. I consider it as rips off since it simply violates the original contract.

Piano collection and delivery.

My piano was picked up on Monday and delivered to my daughter’s house the same day, really great service, easy to book and the guys were really friendly, efficient and helpful.

Although not everything went to plan (not AnyVans fault), they worked hard to get the job done and really went the extra mile - Thanks to their determination the job still got completed to deadline - Well done.

Piano removal.

Piano removal- Great communication, competitively priced and the team who came were friendly and professional. Called when they were on the way etc. They even took a bookshelf along with them for no added charge. Highly recommended.
