We hired Move and Clean international (MCI) for both our move from canton Zug to Zurich and also the final cleaning of our old apartment. MCI brought the moving cartons few weeks before the move and that was enough cartons for the move. When they arrived in the morning of the moving day, they started taking apart furniture and prepare the bigger items for the move.  So that we would not be in their way, we left for few hours and let them do their work.  When we came back, they had moved most of the stuff in the moving cars and were just finalizing everything.  I was surprised when I saw that they did not cover the floors with anything but I thought that they knew what they were doing.  Which later came clear was not the case. When they showed up to our new apartment, it was the same procedure.  Much to our displeasure, we saw that they had put our racing bikes on top of the moving stuff that caused damages to the gearing on one of bike.   Again there was no protection on the floors when they moved the stuff from the cars to the apartment.  When they had finished moving everything, we noticed one of the cupboards was damaged.  Since the damages does not show (it is on the back side), we did not make much of problem with that. Unprofessional.

I hired MCI last September for a move within Zurich. Out of 5 offers, I chose Move Clean International not for price reasons but because of their professional appearance.. I though. Moreover I received a confirmation from MCI that they are well-insured at a well-known Swiss insurer.
The employees arrived on time but they took more or less one hour to arrange the elevator.
During the move a valuable old mirror get broken although the mirror was well-packed. I immediatly declared the loss accurately (fotos and first estimation) asking for a confirmation of receipt. I never received a feedback.
Meanwhile the mirror has been repared by a specialist and I sent the full dossier to MCI. Despite 4 reminders since Januar 2016, I never received any feedback from the company. Hopeless I sent the complete file to the insurer, but until today I did not received any feedback either. I am not sure that MCI was ever insured..
To me, not the right way to care with customers. I do not recommend MCI at all.

The company had to interrupt in the meantime, as some workers were arrested by the police on our premises on suspicion of undeclared work and as a result summons to the police blocked the company. For these days and the resulting delays, we were also charged additional costs despite the flat-rate contract.
