Brian & the team carried out a 2 stage move for me from Surrey to temporary storage in Luton and then to North London. The team were efficient, professional, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great care was taken with delicate and large pieces of furniture. They even took away excess rubbish from my house. They are very nice people and it was a very good experience. The company were recommended by a friend whose daughter had also used them.

Brian and his team at Winkle Transport and Removals have undertaken 2 separate 2-day moves for me and my mother over the last 3 months, both from South to North London. This involved disposing of and recycling a huge amount of furniture and possessions, packing up two substantial homes, short term storage and then pick-up two months later and setting up homes in two flats. I was extremely impressed: they were calm, polite, communicative and professional at all times. Extremely quick and efficient, they also took time to listen to my requests. Brian went beyond the call of duty patiently amending original booking dates, returning to help me move heavy furniture and retrieving items which had accidentally been allocated for disposal. I cannot recommend Winkle Removals highly enough. .

We were so impressed with the service we received from Brian and his team at Winkle. He came to do a site survey in order to give us an accurate quote and dropped off (loads) of packing materials a couple of days before, which really helped. On the day, he and his team were friendly, polite and efficient. Our belongings were treated with respect and the move was completed in record time. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced company who provide a truly professional service.

Brian and the guys were an absolute joy to work with. They moved us from Islington to Berkhamsted with our 6 month old daughter and they made the whole experience as low stress as these things can be - even though our road was closed off on the day of the pack!! But Brian and the team still managed to meet their commitments of time and service. Every little request was listened to and met - no matter how stupid and always with a smile.

Brian's after service has been excellent too - and highly accommodating, dropping stuff off were were unable find room for at a later date and picking up used boxes and packing materials on two separate occasions.

Can't recommend them enough - use them.

These guys are the best you can get! Winkle does not see problems, only solutions. Super efficient and very fast. Great guys, loads of humor and very hard working.
Packing material was delivered in advance. Pick up divided in two stages to save time. Delivery took place overnight which gave me time to prepare. As to be expected, the neighbours complained but the guys from Winkle charmed them back into their house. Our new neighbour still mentioned the charming movers from London once in a while!
I will defenitely give 'Winkle a tinkle' again for my next international move!

Brian and his team are excellent.Nothing is too much for them.We used Winkle twice so far and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Brain dropped off the boxes, tape,markers, wrapping paper 2 weeks before the move so we were ready on moving day. They moved all our things into storage and then moved us out 8 weeks later into our place.All our furniture was handled gently and professionally.
If you are looking for a professional, caring moving company without an outrageous price tag, look no further.
