  Moving Day!

Can't recommend White Horse Removals enough. They were professional from start to finish. This was the first time having a packing service. It took a lot of stress out of the moving day and also the run up to the move. I didn't have to live with too many boxes in a small space. I moved from a ground floor flat to a flat o the second floor (no lift), so both removal men had to work really hard on a hot day, but they both were relaxed and smiled throughout the whole day. Thank you.
- Removal guys were excellent, and very efficient, everything was packed well and arrived in perfect condition.

  Excellent Service.

White Horse moved me 2 weeks ago, and they were excellent. Three guys did all the packing, quickly and efficiently, and were very friendly and helpful. They moved everything in the same day, and placed all the items where I needed them in my new flat, with no damage and everything clearly marked.

Their quote was the best I got, and the whole job done for no extra costs. I would strongly recommend them and will certainly be using them next time. Many thanks.

  Removal from London to Cirencester.

It took 2 days. 1st day 2 guys come over and pack most of the things. 2nd day they pack the rest and start moving it to a van.

They didn't do room by room but rather organized it around how things fit into a van. All went fine and I think that everything was unloaded and re-assembled together by 5pm. Only a few things that were not 100% was that they packed literally everything. Like a remote doorbell, keys from windows, moth traps (used). But I guess that was up to us tell them what we don't want to pack with us.
- all boxes in the correct rooms & furniture re-assembled in the required rooms

  House move.

We recently employed White Horse Removals on our move from a two bedroom flat to a three bedroom house. After responding to our initial inquiry through a price comparison site, the company sent a representative to carry out a free survey at our property - this was crucial in that it enabled them to provide an accurate estimate of the vehicle and manpower required. The company responded promptly to our queries prior to the move day. On the day, the team was very polite and efficient. Everything was delivered safely to our new home.

Overall we were very impressed with the service we received and would certainly recommend them to others.
- The price seemed fair in comparison to other companies

- They have agreed to settle for £25 (half of the price) because of "the age of the vacuum cleaner" and the lack of receipt.

  Worst customer service.

Charged twice for the same job. Damaged items and because we packed a couple of independent boxes they told us that the insurance does not cover it because they should have pack it. They refused to tell us what minor damage is. The customer service representative Daniel called us liars.

Excellent move, quick, easy and friendly.

They arrived promptly in the morning. Packed up all items in wrap and boxes. We were all moved and unpacked by lunchtime. We ended up with a lot more boxes than we thought but they were happy to continue packing and get us moved. Definitely recommend.
