  We returned to the United States from Turin, Italy last spring – 2025. We searched the web for movers and were recommended a mover in Milan, who was more expensive than we could afford. I just randomly clicked on Translo Service and the reviews were so glowing I decided to contact them via email I believe and within an hour I got an email from Stefano Usai. I was a bit guarded by this rapid reply. I decided to follow up with Stefano and I am so glad I did. He was extremely responsive and obviously experienced at moving people complicated distances. We communicated regularly and much of the estimate was done through videos of our apartment. Moving is very disruptive for families. We have moved several times using movers in the US with much frustration. I assumed moving abroad would be a nightmare, but nothing could be farther from the truth working with Translo Service and Stefano Usai. It was seamless. Any questions were immediately responded to by Stefano or a colleague. We arranged to have packers through Translo Serviced and they too were great to work with and everything came home in good shape. Packing up our apartment just took a couple of hours.   My wife and I chose Traslo Service for our removal from London to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. Simone answered all of our questions from the start, helping us find a custom solution that would fit our price and speed needs. Letizia helped us navigate the duty free custom process and gave us punctual and accurate information about the status of the removal. The bigger furniture items were packed on our request in a very precise and professional manner. Everything got picked up, shipped and delivered in 48 hours, not even a with a private jet we could’ve been quicker. I really can’t recommend them enough.

  The team was very helpful and always there for help. The driver was friendly and helped as well with organizing the truck. I am very happy and I recommend 100%. The price was a bit higher than others, but it was worth the cost because you have the whole truck for yourself and you can decide the exact times of collecting and arrival.

  Moving from Italy to the Netherlands
  
  Last week we moved from the South of Italy to the Netherlands and Traslo organised the transport of our household goods. As from the first contact with Simone and later with Letizia the communication was fast and efficient and very friendly and pleasant. We got a bit nervous when the moving date was nearing, as we had payed up the full sum in advance. But nothing to worry about! The truck arrived exacly on the appointed time at both ends. The driver was very friendly and helped us, which was not his task, but he joined in the moving team. I can recommend Traslo from the bottom of my heart. Also because the price was very reasonable indeed.

  Having had a very difficult and time pressing move from Sicily to Germany, I was super impressed by the Traslo Service.
  
  Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
  
  I didn't think it possible, but they made the move happen within only a few days after first contact, and for an absolute reasonable price as well.
  
  They also handled my possessions with total care and nothing got damaged during the move.

Perfect service, the staff was super helpful, from when we first approached the company, through the process of putting together all the documents needed (which with Brexit can be complicated) to the very end. All quotes and costs were transparent and our stuff arrived safe and sound. I'd recommend this company over all the others we approached that didn't even take the time to explain what their quote included. A special thanks to Simone and Letizia who went above and beyond for us.

  Removal from Ibiza to Worcester, UK
  
  Two vans were unloaded in Worcester exactly on schedule. Very definitely a job well done, from initial planning to scheduling, to loading, to transporting and unloading. The two drivers arrived to load on time and also to unload exactly on time. Despite Traslo saying the drivers only drive, these two guys got stuck in with the loading and unloading but undoubtedly the lead driver was the key chap particularly in ensuring that the loading was carefully done for safe transporting. We had paid for another local removal company in Ibiza, to wrap everything professionally here in the house in Ibiza so we had a good start, but the careful loading was as important. On arrival at the Stock N Lock storage facility in Worcester the staff of theWorcester removal company whom we had paid to unload everything into the store, and the storage company staff also, said they had never seen such a well organised removal.
  
  We could have done without the paperwork but the Traslo instructions and assistance made it easy – and saved us VAT cost with their knowledge of the HMRC arrangements for returning residents.
  
  One slight moment of concern was discovering the van number plates were Romanian – but…

  An international moving isn't easy but with Traslo it is not so bad at all. The guys were really helpful, precise and friendly. They helped during each step of the moving and despite one day of delay in the delivery, my furniture arrived in perfect condition with not a single scratch. Highly recommended!!

  I have arranged with Mr. Francesco Boi (sales manager) a pick up around end of june, storage for 1month minimum and a delivery address to be confirmed between 1st and mid semptember; I was also offered 1month complimentary storage and I was told by Francesco I would only pay for the weeks I used in the end; for my surprise I was contacted several times between 4th of july and 25th of august, by Mr. Luca Serra (assistant travel coordinator), asking me to settle the payment and provide a delivery address while I was on the complimentary period (I still did not have a delivery address); in the end I was told it was for insurance purposes which did not make sense but I paid; I contacted Luca on september 1st to provide a delivery address and he said that I had missed a truck and therefore I would have to wait for the next one; after emailing Luca several times on Sept 11th he replied he would let me know once the truck departed and that an 18 metre truck would not have access to the address provided therefore I would have to arrange a shuttle service or alternatively Traslo could do it for £350 + VAT. It is impossible that an 18meter long truck fits in the majority of the streets…
- Only down side was a delay on the day of pickup.

  First off, this was actually removal to Italy rather than Spain, but no option for Italy! All in all, I am very pleased. Everything arrive intact. It was a tricky move being to the center of the city on the 3rd floor. But it was well handled and safe. Only down side was a delay on the day of pickup. But other than this everything was perfect and extremely quick. I had a Friday pickup in the UK and a Monday 8am delivery in Italy. Recommend 100%.

Traslo did a really good job in Italy. Our things packed very well and at this time, the Italian crew were very respectful of Covid precautions. I would have made this a 5 star review but Traslo subcontracted the unpacking to a third party. This is not a problem as such as they did a good job but they took no Covid precautions whatsoever. I have told Traslo about this and I am confident they will do something about it for the future. I wouldhavenoproblem using Traslo again.

Brilliant service, excellent drivers and very good overall cost, including the discount on having the second van in case our stuff would not have fitted into one Luton (it would not have).

Highly recommended

We recently used Traslo to go from the UK to Spain and can't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the process we were in contact with Paul and his team. We were clear about what the process was. We never waited too long for a response to our questions and we were constantly appraisedof how things were moving along. Paul was super helpful in helping us decide the correct size and what paper work to provide etc.

Ont he day, the driver (Toncho) was brilliant. Although, his English was very limited he was super helpful, patient and calm. He managed to fight his way through the French farmer blockades with the truck holding our contents and by driving the early hours he was able to get through and delivered to us on time.

Moving from NRW to the Basque Country

My Family moved in summer 2024 from NRW in Germany to the Basque Country. Luckily we found traslo service.

The service we asked them for was the transport itself and unloading at the site of our new residence. Loading the truck in Germany was organised by ourself. As a parking permit was required at the unloading site, Traslo service offered us to take care of the permit as an additional service which we gladly accepted.

Our contact persons were Stefano and Letizia. It was a great experience with them and they did a great job communicating and coordinating everything. They were very transparent with us and replied always very quickly. It was also nice that Traslo service allows you to customise the service, as we for example decided that we needed help unloading but for loading we could take care of it ourself, helping us to save a bit of money.

In the end we got all our stuff into the new flat and there were no surprises along the way, just the way it should be.

If you find yourself in need of a moving service across borders, I can highly recommend traslo service.
