Thames Removals

We booked Thames Removals only few days prior to our moving day due to some changes in a house move. It was a very short notice. They told me they had 2 men with Luton van available. They offered hourly charge with which I agreed. On the moving day guys arrived on time. They looked very professional and clean. Van was very clean too. They had all the tools to dismantle and reassemble the furniture, which they did very well. Everything was moved in six hours which I was very impressed with, since I paid per hour. They were very hard-working and courteous. Nothing was damaged or dirty. Very impressed!

Thames removals were excellent on moving day, and take all the stress out of what can be a nightmare task. The van is kept clean and everything loaded without hassle.

On the other end all the stuff was unloaded to the correct rooms over a 3 stories house with no problems or damage to any items or walls.

Overall very happy with the friendly and helpful service Thames Removals provide, this is the second time I have used them for a move and been very happy both times, have also recommended them to a number of other people planning moves.

The movers were very careful with my stuff and packed everything safely such that nothing was damaged. They were able to handle even my house plants without damaging them.

They disassembled and reassembled some of my furniture with no issues. They were efficient and nice to work with.

Before contacting them I was thinking of doing the packing myself, but after seeing how much better these guys do it, I'll never bother doing it myself again.

Thames Removals did a great job. The team of 3 movers arrived on time. they had all the equipment needed to dismantle and reassemble all the furniture. Team members are very friendly, skilled and efficient. We felt very comfortable with the guys from the moment they arrived at our house. We had some concerns about Thames Removals before the work was completed because when I asked them if they were part of BAR they said no. I guess it didn't matter that much as I cannot fault them at all. Excellent service and very good competetive price. I would recommend Thames Removals without hesitation. Thank you.

Krystian and his team did a really professional job. We've used them three times now for moving house and would happily recommend them to anyone. They're very careful, helpful and reliable. They worked a really long day lifting heavy furniture upstairs, all of them still cheerful and smiling at 9pm, it made the move less stressful for us. They also packed for us this time, provided all the boxes and packaged our things very carefully. Highly rated, a very professional service at a competitive price.

I contacted Thames Removals to help relocate the entire contents of our three bedroom house to Edinburgh. They were an exceptional, flexible and highly professional team and made the move for us stress free. They handled every item with care and packed everything securely. Krystian and his colleagues managed our move in what to me seemed very difficult circumstances. They moved us out of a third storey flat during the August Bank Holiday heat wave, arranged storage for two and a half months and then moved us in during a November downpour. At all times, Kystian was efficient, calm and polite; nothing was too much trouble. Some of our pieces of furniture were delicate and of sentimental value; Krystian clearly appreciated our concerns and the entire move was completed without any damage. Prices were the most competitive of the quotes we received by a large margin, even though part of the move was on a bank holiday.
If I were ever to move again, I would certainly use this company and strongly recommend them.
