I was impressed that they were the only company who we'd contacted for a quote who came to visit our property and assess the amount of furniture and possessions we had to move. They gave us a competitive quote and as Krystian could not have been more helpful we felt we could trust him with the job.

On the day of the move they were prompt, efficient with the load, and very careful with the furniture, wrapping the larger items to avoid any damage. They dismantled wardrobes and put them up at the other end. Nothing was damaged in the move (unlike the removal company I used 4 months ago!)

It was the second time we used Thames Removal and still very happy with the service. They are super friendly, polite guys that work hard and get the job done with a smile on their face - even despite a tricky move to a flat on the 4th floor with no lift. They were cheerful right until the end of the day and did not leave us until they were certain we were 100% happy. We paid the agreed price with no issues. Very professional, smooth service that I would strongly recommend!

Krystian and his team were all excellent throughout the process of moving. They turned up on time and efficiently packed the entire contents of our flat up the day before we moved, and were similarly efficient when it came to loading up the vans on removal day.

We were, unfortunately, scuppered in our attempt to move in on time due to a delay in the Seller moving out by a couple of hours but the guysremained patient throughout. They managed to unload two vans worth of items in about three hours and all of our items were well looked after including fragile contents.

I would thoroughly recommend the guys to anyone looking to move.

Having just been let down by Taha Removals I was frantically searching for a company which could help me at very short notice. Luckily, I came across Thames Removals on the Which magazine trusted trader website. Krystian and Peter could not have been better (or nicer). They slaved away until the job was done, worked very fast and efficiently whilst being very careful with my belongings. I had some fragile items such as glass shower screens etc and it all arrived at the new place without the tiniest damage. They said that they enjoyed their job and that actually came across. I really could not have asked for better. Whilst their hourly rate might be slightly higher than others (I know Taha are cheaper) they work twice as fast and thus are cheaper in the end. I know it shouldn’t really matter but the fact that they are such nice men did also help a lot and put me at ease at a potentially stressful time. I’d have them back any day.

All aspects of the service were excellent - from pre-service consultation to the move, as well as follow-up after our move. The team were prompt, friendly, organised and very clean. Every box/item was carefully packed and securely stowed for the journey. Everything was punctual - we were able to leave our sold flat and move to the purchased house at the exact times we had requested. Not a single brush, scratch or breakage - these guys know what they are doing. To top it all, Krystian and Charles are very professional and likeable, which made the moving experience fun rather than stressful!

Thames removals moved us from a 2 bed house to a 1 bed in Colliers Wood. They did everything they promised and were really good at it. We only needed a 2 man team and they worked like Trojans only taking a 30 minute break for lunch in a 7 hour move. We packed the boxes ourselves and unfortunately made some too heavy but they never complained and completed the back breaking job efficiently with no breakages or scuffs and bumps, up and down flights of stairs in both properties. They also expertly disassembled our wardrobes and took them to storage. Well done and thank you Thames Removals. We will definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.

We have used their services in the past and have continued to be impressed with their professionalism throughout the move. Despite the short notice, they were able to arrange a convenient day and time to work on this move.

They made our move stress free and as smooth as possible. They were friendly, well prepared and super-efficient throughout the move. They also helped us with dissembling and reassembling most of the heavy furniture without leaving a single mark. Great work as always and will definitely use them again.

We used Thames Removals at the beginning of November and were very impressed by their service and professionalism. Krystian was very responsive and able to fit us in despite a change in our dates. On the day they packed everything very well and in an efficient manner. They were polite, friendly and accommodating. They carried out the move with expert professionalism and did all they could to make the move smooth. We were slightly delayed in collecting our keys but they remained patient and smiling right to the very end late that evening. I have recommended them to my family and friends and would definitely use their services again in any future move.

Kind, courteous, decent people, and hard workers - I highly recommend this company especially Kamil and Krystian who moved both me and my stuff to Brighton from East London. On quite a stressful day for myself they made it much less so by their relaxed yet constructive approach to any problems (like with restricted parking). Rather than complain or get impatient they just tried to help me. They made me feel very comfortable and I trusted and liked them a lot. Will definitely tell family and friends to use them.

Have just used Thames Removals to move the contents of a 4 bedroom house in London into store for 4 months and then onwards to our new home in Thrumster (20 miles south of John O'Groats!!). Krystian was a model of politeness and professionalism with a tremendous 'Can do' attitude. Always punctual and handled our possessions with care and respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thames Removals. They made the whole removals process very smooth and for a reasonable price. A great company!

I could not wish better. Krystian and his colleague arrived at my apartment on time. I had quite a messy removal with packing to handle, but nothing seemed too much of a problem for the guys. From the first minute they were smiling, attentive and helpful. I had quite a lot of staff to be packed and moved but they worked efficiently and orderly and everything arrived at the new flat, untacked. I was a little worried about the whole moving, but Krystian and his friend made the entire process easy and unstressful. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend for any removal needs.

We booked Thames Removals only few days prior to our moving day due to some changes in a house move. It was a very short notice. They told me they had 2 men with Luton van available. They offered hourly charge with which I agreed. On the moving day guys arrived on time. They looked very professional and clean. Van was very clean too. They had all the tools to dismantle and reassemble the furniture, which they did very well. Everything was moved in six hours which I was very impressed with, since I paid per hour. They were very hard-working and courteous. Nothing was damaged or dirty. Very impressed!

Thames removals were excellent on moving day, and take all the stress out of what can be a nightmare task. The van is kept clean and everything loaded without hassle.

On the other end all the stuff was unloaded to the correct rooms over a 3 stories house with no problems or damage to any items or walls.

Overall very happy with the friendly and helpful service Thames Removals provide, this is the second time I have used them for a move and been very happy both times, have also recommended them to a number of other people planning moves.

The movers were very careful with my stuff and packed everything safely such that nothing was damaged. They were able to handle even my house plants without damaging them.

They disassembled and reassembled some of my furniture with no issues. They were efficient and nice to work with.

Before contacting them I was thinking of doing the packing myself, but after seeing how much better these guys do it, I'll never bother doing it myself again.

Thames Removals did a great job. The team of 3 movers arrived on time. they had all the equipment needed to dismantle and reassemble all the furniture. Team members are very friendly, skilled and efficient. We felt very comfortable with the guys from the moment they arrived at our house. We had some concerns about Thames Removals before the work was completed because when I asked them if they were part of BAR they said no. I guess it didn't matter that much as I cannot fault them at all. Excellent service and very good competetive price. I would recommend Thames Removals without hesitation. Thank you.
