Never again!

What would be the worst thing that could happen on your moving day? The removal man/van don't turn out? BINGO. TaxiVan made what was already going to be a stressful experience much much worse. I booked my man with a medium sized van more than 3 weeks before my moving day but come the day, no-one turned up. I called the office line and no-one answered. I emailed the 'emergency email address' (what? no phone number?) and got a text from someone who didn't identify themselves saying my driver would be on his way shortly and I could contact him directly on his mobile. I phoned him and he asked me if he could do the afternoon instead - ummm no! I'd already moved all my boxes into my building lobby. I told him to call his boss and then ask his boss to call me. 30 minutes later still no call and when I called the driver back, he didn't answer. It was only when my friend called the driver from a different number that he answered and then said he'd only do the job if I paid him cash - what?! I'd already paid TaxiVan via paypal. The long and the short of it was that I ended up sitting in my lobby with all my boxes for 5 HOURS while I waited for another company (hard to find one on the day itself!) to come and do my removal. TaxiVan didn't even call me to apologise for their huge incompetance - I just got various (increasingly impolite) emails from their 'emergency email address'. The only good thing about the whole experience is that they did refund my money within 1 working day. Little consolation though after such a stressful experience. AVOID TAXIVAN AT ALL COSTS!

No show.

Were supposed to pick up a sofa for me but didn't bother to show up and cancelled job at the end of the day with a poor excuse blaming the traffic. Very poor service. Have used them in the past to move home But Were late and damaged some items as well.I would not recomend this company at all. mobile is never answered and when told they will call backwithin an hour they never do. Do not use!!

I would like to thank taxi van for helping me transport some items from to Brighton . The van driver rang me to advise me that he was delayed from a previous job but when he turned up 30 minutes later he was so apologetic anyway to cut a long story short my valuable furniture was transported to my new home. What was nice was I couldn't make my mind up where I wanted the heavy dresser and the driver and assistant took time to move my furniture around for me without too much fuss.

I would recommend them because the previous company let me down big time and although taxivan was slightly late the driver and assistant were very professional, helpful and understanding.

Quality customer service. Very organised company compared to others I have used . Friendly staff. Best prices. I will never use any other companies again. This company is the best and ticks all the boxes. They respect customers requests .

Absolutely terrible. Failed to turn up and when I called to see where the van was there was no answer despite leaving a voicemail on the contact manager's phone, on the office phone and sending an email. Complete disgrace - never use.

It was easy to book and pay online and then I got a message with the drivers phone number. Delivery went well but could not get through to office they only answered my emails not calls.

Used Jason at Taxivan for a full house move in August. He was fab - flexible and helpful when we ran out of room at the storage unit! Polite and efficient service - will use Jason again - 5 stars.

I was let down today a friend recommended taxivan. I used self load which saved me some money. Driver was not on time but did tell me me would be be be late. I'm s glad when he arrived.

Taxivan.net took my booking for a van, then texted me on the morning of the job to say they couldn't do it. Really unprofessional.

Awful awful awful.

3 attempts to collect 1 item and deliver it a short distance.

driver one - sorry wrong person
driver two - turned up in car?!
driver three - disappeared
driver four - called 2 days after another company did the job for me?!

they don't answer their phone always. Such a massive inconvenience.
