We’ve used Sunnyside on a number of occasions over the last 25 years and they were our first port of call for our recent move on Valentine’s Day. Their quote was the most competitive and as before their service was outstanding. Boxes, packing material and tape were delivered 3 weeks before our moving date and topped up in between as I’d run out of the smaller boxes. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom and the team pre-loaded one van the day before and made the whole process seamless. They were so well organised and worked tirelessly to get 80% of our belongings (I did my own packing) packed up in 4 hours. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful or diligent. They came back the next morning to put the remaining items on the 2nd van, which took no more than an hour and by midday we were moving into our new home! Tom and his team made us laugh and thanks to their attention to detail the whole move couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I cannot recommend Sunnyside highly enough. They are experts at taking the stress out of moving house!!

Used sunnyside at the beginning of the month to move a 4 bed house about 6 miles up the road. From the initial quote to finishing the move was all seamless, stress free and actually enjoyable. The quote was a good competitive price and the 4 guys who moved us were very considerate of both properties and took great care with all our possessions. They were friendly and fun and cracked on with the job in super quick time. I will definitely use again for the next move without hesitation thank u sunnyside ?

From Matt coming to view the office move and provide a prompt and satisfactory quote, to the guys finishing and leaving things how we wanted, the whole process was stress free (except for the bit we were responsible for - packing and unpacking!) From arrival they offered guidance, support, reassurance and jokes. Very professional, very experienced and a sense of humour (very patient) when the kettle was packed far too early! No request was too much and everything went smoothly....BT installation on the other hand......! I can't recommend or thank Sunnyside Removals enough.

We had a long move from Hampshire to Norfolk. The whole team were professionally and friendly, making the move less stressful. On day one the packed everything carefully into boxes (something that would have taken us weeks). Day two they loaded the lorry, and on completion day the loaded the items we need overnight. They drove to Norfolk and unloaded everything making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much for them, as I said "superb service"

Rarely accede to review requests but recently used Sunnyside for complete house move, including a weeks storage, and couldnt recommend them highly enough.

From the initial quoting and managing of the booking/logistics process through to the superb on-site team who did the "heavy lifting", they were superb. Took all the hassle out of the physical aspects of the house move and managed any last minute, challenging aspects without "breaking stride". Excellent !

Many thanks to Sunnyside for an excellent all round service. The estimator who called was efficient and professional providing a very fair quote which we accepted immediately. Thereafter the back up from the admin staff was also very good with packing materials delivered promptly. On the day the 3 guys who turned up could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They carefully emptied our property including some disassembly work and loaded the vans quickly. At the other end again they made every effort to ensure all items and boxes were placed to the right rooms and places.

We couldn't fault the service and would highly recommend Sunnyside.

From our initial request for a quotation when Sunnyside were happy to come out for a proper conversation, we were really pleased with every stage of quite a complicated move. We moved out of our house and put some of our furniture in storage, both with them and elsewhere. They also helped us move some furniture into temporary accommodation before the final move to our new house. Everyone involved was polite, professional and went the extra mile. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

From the initial home visit to assess (the only 1 of 3 companies I shortlisted who did actually come out) to being available for queries, up to the day of the move Sunnyside were excellent, professional, empathetic, personable and flexible. I felt this was the right company for my needs, and I went with my gut feeling. They arrived slightly earlier than expected (quashing my building anxiety) and set to work. Unloading at the new home was prompt and they rebuilt furniture as requested. Right the way through there was no feeling of being rushed along, like I was another task to be finished. They are even collecting empty flatpack boxes soon. A fantastic team, Matthew, Tom, Graham and Freddie, thank you so much.

A move of 70 miles is daunting, especially as we had not moved for almost 40 years, but from the outset Sunnyside were so professional and clear that our minds were put at rest. We decided to pack our boxes ourselves and we needed a big lorry which was packed the day before the move, then a 'Luton' on the day. The removal guys were polite and really helpful in every way, despite the temperature hitting the high twenties. Unpacking went equally smoothly and not a single breakage. I would definitely recommend Sunnyside to anyone.

My personal circumstances (health) were somewhat difficult, involving continuous use of a wheelchair and a stay in hospital. Sunnyside were flexible about having to interact with my daughter when originally I had requested the removal quote. They were also willing to go out of their way to fit the removal into my timetable, at some inconvenience to themselves. On the day of the move, Sunnyside were punctual, cheerful, hard working and efficient. They did the packing - a service I recommend - delivered and positioned the large items of furniture and organised the multitude of boxes into the correct rooms. (They had written on each box which room it had come from.) I was not expecting any breakages and there were none. The whole process was completed within the time frame they had quoted and there were no extra hidden charges. After three weeks, my family had emptied all the boxes, flat-packed them and disposed of the packing paper. I contacted Sunnyside and they collected all the boxes soon afterwards. I thoroughly recommend Sunnyside for all aspects of the job: office contacts, quoting, packing and removal.

Having had a few quotes I was keen to go with Sunnyside, the price was reasonable & the service right from the quote was excellent. Unfortunately due to the last minute notification that we had to move on a particular day Sunnyside were unable to help. However they came back to me later in the week to explain their plans had changed and they could help if we still needed them. We couldn’t have been more grateful. The team were amazing: Polite, tidy, super helpful, and just generally great at their job! Every item was packed with care, with nothing being damaged in transit or delivery. They worked incredibly hard on both days to make sure they completed the job to a high standard.

Every person we have dealt with at Sunnyside has been polite and excellent at their job. I have to say I don’t feel like ever moving again at the moment, but if we do we will come back to Sunnyside. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

The removal guys did an EXCELLENT job at removing our belongings and relocating us (we had a LOT of stuff). We had only moved a year prior and used a cheap company and boy did we regret it! I was therefore looking for a professional company this time round. Honestly, the guys worked so damn hard and were so courteous to us, friendly and made the move go so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured every item went into the correct place, but also going above and beyond for us. They rebuilt our beds and furniture and they actually new what they were doing and didn't do a bodge job like the previous companies we have used. All in all, 5 star service from the guys. Two days to complete as we had so many belongings, they worked tirelessly. Thank you guys!

House Move and Storage

I was so pleased I used Sunnyside as they did an excellent job from start to finish. My house move involved the packing and storage of contents for a few months. The team were great and packed everything well consequently there were no breakages when items were unpacked. I have a number of antique clocks and these were packed with extreme care (including the Grandfather!) along with everything else. Highly recommended from start to finish. Team were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even positioning furniture and erecting beds in the new house. I do not

anticipate another move but if this should happen I would definitely

use Sunnyside.
