      House move

      Our move went really well due to the marvellous team at Sunnyside! They looked after us really well and worked really hard. We hadn’t moved for 40 years but they reassured us all the way. They were very efficient and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them!!!

      The excellent team from Sunnyside worked tirelessly, with care and with a touch of humour for good measure! We used their full packing service and everything was well packed and transported safely with no breakages. The whole experience from initial quote to the last box being delivered was professional, seamless and (quite importantly) reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking for a removal company.

      House Move and Storage

      I was so pleased I used Sunnyside as they did an excellent job from start to finish. My house move involved the packing and storage of contents for a few months. The team were great and packed everything well consequently there were no breakages when items were unpacked. I have a number of antique clocks and these were packed with extreme care (including the Grandfather!) along with everything else. Highly recommended from start to finish. Team were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even positioning furniture and erecting beds in the new house. I do not

      anticipate another move but if this should happen I would definitely

      Large 4 bed house move - March 2024

      The removal guys did an EXCELLENT job at removing our belongings and relocating us (we had a LOT of stuff). We had only moved a year prior and used a cheap company and boy did we regret it! I was therefore looking for a professional company this time round. Honestly, the guys worked so damn hard and were so courteous to us, friendly and made the move go so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured every item went into the correct place, but also going above and beyond for us. They rebuilt our beds and furniture and they actually new what they were doing and didn't do a bodge job like the previous companies we have used. All in all, 5 star service from the guys. Two days to complete as we had so many belongings, they worked tirelessly. Thank you guys!

      Great Teamwork!

      I have used Sunnyside twice myself when moving house and chose them for my parents move recently. Amazing team from start to finish. Martin came and packed the house up and the following day, Sean and Seb arrived with him for the removal. The whole process went smoothly, nothing was broken or damaged and they all worked really hard. Would highly recommend and definitely use their services again!

      Excellent service

      After living in Farnborough for 22 Years, the amount of boxes and furniture we had accumulated was astounding! Even-so, Sunnyside Removals moved us from Farnborough to Ropley with relative ease and in good timing to collect our new house keys and move into our new property.

      Trucks arrived on time. Friendly efficient service throughout with slightly complicated move from one address to two different addresses.

      Would have been a 5* rating but some boxes got mixed and went to the wrong addresses even though labelled correctly.

      Second time of using Sunnyside and would not hesitate to use again.

      I thoroughly recommend Sunnyside for all aspects of the job

      My personal circumstances (health) were somewhat difficult, involving continuous use of a wheelchair and a stay in hospital. Sunnyside were flexible about having to interact with my daughter when originally I had requested the removal quote. They were also willing to go out of their way to fit the removal into my timetable, at some inconvenience to themselves. On the day of the move, Sunnyside were punctual, cheerful, hard working and efficient. They did the packing - a service I recommend - delivered and positioned the large items of furniture and organised the multitude of boxes into the correct rooms. (They had written on each box which room it had come from.) I was not expecting any breakages and there were none. The whole process was completed within the time frame they had quoted and there were no extra hidden charges. After three weeks, my family had emptied all the boxes, flat-packed them and disposed of the packing paper. I contacted Sunnyside and they collected all the boxes soon afterwards. I thoroughly recommend Sunnyside for all aspects of the job: office contacts, quoting, packing and removal.

      Highly recommended

      Having had a few quotes I was keen to go with Sunnyside, the price was reasonable & the service right from the quote was excellent. Unfortunately due to the last minute notification that we had to move on a particular day Sunnyside were unable to help. However they came back to me later in the week to explain their plans had changed and they could help if we still needed them. We couldn’t have been more grateful. The team were amazing: Polite, tidy, super helpful, and just generally great at their job! Every item was packed with care, with nothing being damaged in transit or delivery. They worked incredibly hard on both days to make sure they completed the job to a high standard.

      Every person we have dealt with at Sunnyside has been polite and excellent at their job. I have to say I don’t feel like ever moving again at the moment, but if we do we will come back to Sunnyside. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

      Perfect moving day

      Move to Cornwall.

      Our move comprised two parts.

      1) removing our household goods to Sunnyside storage and

      2) delivery to Cornwall several weeks later.

      Part 1 went really well. The Sunnyside staff were excellent and the removal was as good as we had hoped.

      The date planned for Part 2 unfortunately fell on the first day of the covid lockdown so had to be postponed to keep staff safe. Three weeks later Sunnyside were able to complete the delivery of our furniture. Again the staff worked with us (keeping our distance) to complete the installation safely.

      Overall we were extremely happy with Sunnyside and their staff. The pricing was competitive and despite the lockdown they managed to complete the move.

      Appalling experience with Fleet removals company.

      1. Turned up 24 hours late to pack our possessions; 2. Failed to complete the removal by the agreed time, running several hours past completion; 3. Failed to use sofa covers, mattress covers, furniture covers or wardrobe carriers as set out in their Quotation and as relied upon by us in our acceptance of it; 4. Failed to properly pack items to protect them from damage; 5. Removed clean, folded clothing from storage chests to use as packing materials and delivered the clothing crumpled and dirty; 6. Mislabelled boxes containing mixed items from various locations in individual boxes, so that the contents could not be identified without fully emptying them, delaying our ability to quickly assess losses and damages; 7. Failed to deliver a large number of items in the same condition as when they were packed: cabinets, sofas, mirrors, clothing, soft furnishings  8. Failed to protect carpets and paintwork from damage caused by their carelessness 9. Failed to deliver items; 10. Packed items which were specifically advised as not to be moved, causing us to incur additional costs; 11. Attempted to stop us making an insurance claim, refused to accept responsibility or to apologise.

      Removal to Devon.

      Whilst the pickup and storage was satisfactory was OK, the delivery and after sakes was apalling. They turned up late and said that they hadn't realised how long the journey would take. As a consequence they were rushing around trying to get everything in so that they could get back. I later discovered that they had just dumped boxes, ( particualrly the heavy ones), in downstairs rooms, despite the fact that they wer clearly marked for bedrooms. They had simply dumped my bed in the bedroom without any attempt to reassemble, despite the fact that they had dismantled it in the first place. This meant that I had to start trying to put a bed together at 9 pm, on my own. Boxes were just dumped anywhere, and I am amazed that there was no real damage, except to my pressure washer that no longer works, but I can't prove that it was their fault. I tried a couple of times to complain by phoning the office, but had absolutely no response. I regret using Sunnyside, and wish I had gone for another firm instead. .

A great team!

Sunnyside moved us in December - they were able to pull from a number of different staff in order to provide full packing and removals. Very cheerful, helpful people made a stressful time much less so by their cheery disposition.

Nothing was too much trouble !

We were moving from London to Sandhurst. Due to COVID and other circumstances we could not be present for the move out of London but they packed up any moved us out without any issues. We then had a delay with the move but Sunnyside simply kept the contents in store. When we finally set a date Sunnyside arrived and just got on with the job. From start to finish we felt totally confident with the quality of the service, we were always kept informed and everything we wanted Sunnyside to do they did - even when we changed were we wanted the furniture. We have no complaints at all!

Great service, friendly and helpful team

We found Sunnyside Removals to be fantastic, would definitely recommend them. They were very friendly and efficient, not complaining at all despite a very long wait for the keys. They dismantled and rebuilt our beds (including our children's cabin beds). We packed ourselves and they didn't complain about our pile of odd bits at the end, the weird shaped and difficult to box items, and before we knew it they had packed it all.

Smooth 3 day move

From managing removal dates with first stamp duty deadline, collecting boxes to the logistics on the days, Sunnyside were top notch.

Debbie, Matt, Ryan and Team were great. On the 3 days, Ryan and team worked together in a calm and efficient manner. Nothing too much trouble, and everything was moved safely in one piece.

I had another great experience using sunnyside. Emails always answered promptly, organised and approachable. Boxes for packing delivered and collected when requested. Guys that moved us all worked really well as a team friendly polite and really went out of their way to be helpful. Always showed me any furniture that they saw to have a scratch before loading. Really helpful and friendly team

My moving day was stress free thanks to Sunnyside team. I found them to be so helpful and efficent. When I had an issue with dismantling one of my beds they resolved it without any complaints and helped me to rebuild our big and heavy dinning room table. From start to finish 5*

From the quote at the start to delivering us to our new home 200 miles away they were excellent. It was a four day removal and even when we didn't get the keys until after 4.30 and the guys still had to unload, drive the 200 miles home then come back for 08:30 the next morning they were in good humour. Thank you Sunnyside for making what is a very stressful time, almost a pleasure!!

We used Sunnyside in 1999, when moving within Fleet. Once again, we were impressed with their service.

The office staff were helpful and accommodating and all staff were friendly and hardworking.

The move took place over 4 days with a young man packing, on his own, all day on the first day. He was methodical and efficient.

Everything was moved carefully, including the piano, and the empty boxes were collected within two weeks.

We highly recommend Sunnyside.

A hassle free move and a very professional crew

We were very pleased with our Sunnyside move which was spread over two days. The Sunnyside crew just got in and got on with it. Items were packed carefully and 17 years of clutter was moved without a breakage. We used them before in 2004 for our original move. We recommend the packing service to take out the hassle and stress of it all.

Friendly and very efficient

I had Sunnyside move only our furniture as we had moved the contents ourselves separately. It was very easy to get a quote from Sunnyside via email and then discuss the details over phone. On the the day, Leigh and team came early, got started early and were very efficient in loading all the furniture. They arrived promptly at our new address, unloaded and placed in the rooms very efficiently. All in all, a move that was much less stressful than I had imagined. Friendly and cheerful team! Thanks!

Moving made simple and enjoyable

Our whole experience with the team at Sunnyside was positive from begining to end. There were some issues with our move date being changed at the last minute (due to vendor of house we were buying) and Sunnyside were able to accomodate this change.

The team who actually moved us were very personable, professional and efficient. Packed us up and moved over 2 days and made the whole process very easy for us. I would totally recommend Sunnside based on our experience.

Moving home

We thought moving home might be a fraught and tiresome experience but the good nature, efficiency and professionalism of the chaps from Sunnyside made the whole thing stress free.

The pre-move quote and communication was straightforward. They also did the packing very efficiently and without any breakages - probably one of the best expenditures we've made!

Move in Farnborough

The Sunnyside team who moved us on 19th Nov were fab. Very much only interested in making sure the customers needs were met. We had some difficulty with some of the bigger items but the guys were superb in coming up with options that allowed us to move in quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be looking to use Sunnyside again when we move again next summer.

This was a three day move from Aldershot to North Yorkshire.

The whole company were throughly professional throughout the process from start to finish.

However, we would like to commend the packer for his sterling and meticulous work.

The drivers were extremely good humoured and polite, and were very hard working.

Sunnyside moved me from a house in Fleet to a retirement home in one day (including packing). The team were very hard working and efficient. Egress to the retirement home was particularly difficult involving the use of an outside fire escape and negotiating a small corridor. This was a daunting task but the operatives approached this with good humour and professionalism. On top of that they applied 1st aid when I sustained a minor injury during the move. A job very well done, thank you.

We were moving from Hampshire to Merseyside so important to get it right first time. It was a very fair price for the work involved and they fitted in with our timetable perfectly. Moved with a 4 bed house full of furniture along with plants in pots taking up 1/2 of the second van ! Not one bit of damage to anything and all done with a smile and a bit of fun. Moving Home for the 1st time in 8 years !

Right from the moment we called Matt at Sunnyside our problems disappeared , he quoted us and was knowledgeable and not pushy ! The team came to our house and could not have been a better bunch of gentleman ! They were all so helpful , worked hard and took the best care of everything we owned . Our completion was delayed until very late and the manager was just unbelievable , he called in everyone to unload our stuff so we avoided extra fees and an over night delay ! These guys are unbelievably good at what they do and did everything for a very fair price ! 100% recommend them if you are wavering. Just pick up the phone and call them ... they are worth every penny !
