Summit Moving Services

Super frustrating experience.

The crew did not seem to have a clear plan once they arrived. They repeatedly stopped to decide what to do instead of keeping the work moving. There was no sense of urgency, and the hours quickly added up. For the amount we paid, I expected much better organization and efficiency.

Moving Made Easy

If I could do zero star I would.

I was disappointed with the way some of my furniture was handled during the move. A few pieces had noticeable marks after they were delivered, and I felt that more protective material should have been used. The crew completed the job, but I expected greater care with my belongings. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for.

I would absolutely use them again!

This company is really incredible and provides an unpacking service that I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't like the clutter after moving. Once the truck was unloaded, the crew stayed to unpack all our kitchen boxes, organize our pantry and put our clothes away in our closets. We even took away all the empty boxes and packing paper, and our new home was fully functional and not cluttered on our first day!

The perfect moving experience!

Perfect five stars all the way. I had about forty boxes and twelve pieces of furniture, including a grandfather clock that I was really concerned about. The team wrapped that clock like it was made of gold, and they placed it in the truck in a spot where nothing could bump into it. When they brought it into my new house, they made sure it was level before they left. I could not be happier with how that turned out.

Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time.

I can't say enough about the service from the time I called the company to book the move until all the boxes had been unloaded. The crew was very understanding, kept in constant contact, responded to all my questions, and put me at ease throughout the process. They were very efficient and paid attention to the details, making everything very stress-free.

Smooth service and no pressure.

The team that handled our office relocation was incredibly organized. They took time to tag each workstation before loading anything. When we got to the new building, they had everything arranged almost exactly as it was before. We were back at work faster than I thought we'd be. It made a huge difference having a crew that knew what they were doing.

To say the least, impressed by the smoothness of the move.

The crew took a lot of time to mark the boxes by room and priority. All the necessities of daily living were sorted from long-term storage items, making it easier to unpack later. Kitchen goods to go were packed in cell-divided cartons, books were loaded into smaller boxes that did not need to carry excess weight, and electronics were wrapped in anti-static film.

I would absolutely use them again!

Asked a friend for a recommendation and she suggested me Summit Moving Services. I can see why she did because the whole experience was smooth from the first call to the last box being placed. Definitely passing this recommendation along to others.
