      Absolutely amazing. Tammy very professional, organised and communicated at all times. The delivery guys were professional, quick and very polite. I had a number of very difficult to transport items, due to size and fragility. All arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

      Moving personal effects from Surrey UK to Washington state USA

      Right from the beginning when I was gathering initial quotes were the team at ReloUK helpful. Although we gathered quotes in October 2024, we were not ready to sign up until January 2025. Chantal was very quick to answer questions, help me complete the paperwork and coordinating shipping.

      We were kept up to date with weekly/biweekly updates regarding our shipment. It did take a little longer than I thought, however based on cost I think we received value for money.

      Moving Overseas

      From start to finish everyone was so helpful. Guys that packed our furniture were all great and all went smoothly.

      No complaints, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move abroad.

      My overseas relocation

      Moving overseas can be stressful and overwhelming. What I received was great customer service, plenty of assistance filling in forms and the removal guys were professional and courteous taking good care with my belongings. Would highly recommend.

      Relocating from NZ to the UK

      ReloUK were a fantastic team bringing my belongings to the UK. Always prompt with my enquiries, friendly and informative, Tammy and the team ensured my belongings were delivered in perfect condition before Christmas! They assisted with the unpacking at no extra cost and disposed of the packaging. Very tidy! Five star service at a very economic price. I can't recommend them more highly!

      Move from UK to Australia

      I used Relo UK for my move from UK to Australia.

      Excellent customer service, professional from start to finish. Helped me go through the all customs paperwork needed. Packing crew was on time and took care of my items.

      Not using this company again

      From the lack of care in packing to discovering a ridiculous amount of breakage. The UK end managed to not load our table top, set legs, and our 4 Xmas trees to donate to a charity here were 'lost', as folks like to try to blame the other end. The SA end were not at fault, UK take no accountability... admin communication is slow to respond, top notes, lack of support or direction and just disappointed - it will teach me to not go on a nice sales man and the middle price. When they missed 4 boxes, we had to take them to them - even with me offering to pay for them to come get them, they showed me they were the wrong choice, but too late as our stuff was loaded. Expensive mistakes learnt, with me now telling you - sign nothing on arrival till all unpacked and checked, as insurance won't honour a thing.

      Awful Insurance claim

      I used this company over a year ago and am still waiting for my claim to process. The setup is that the marine transit insurance is based in Hong Kong and they do belong to any organisation that you can work through in the UK that supports the client. So I have now had to resort to using a firm of lawyers in Hong Kong as the Claim processor just ignores anyone from another country as they have no power to enforce the rip off practice they use. They offered 4kGBP on a claim of approx. 28kGBP..because they think we have no option but to accept. What a rip off setup this company uses. Plus they promise EXPORT packing and deliver rubbish packing. They also do not supply you with the appropriate terms and conditions. I was warned by other freight companies and should have listened. But I will never give fighting them and will make it my mission to continue to alert people for as long as this company exists.

      Solid Service

      Do not use ReloUK if you value your belongings, time, energy, or money

      Last summer we were moving from the UK to US. These are the notes I took through the process.

      Estimated timeline - given to us on 24th May as:

      "We are loading more frequently to the US now, and I would advise approximately 8-10 weeks for groupages."

      Items collected 1 June - sat waiting to be loaded for 4 weeks

      Email on 29th June:

      "Please be advised that your consignment is due for loading tomorrow, and we have to inform you that the freight and shipping has increased since we quoted you and an increase of £591.00 has to be implemented, we need your agreement before we can load your consignment, we will issue a new invoice shortly"

      The alternative to paying this ransom was arranging for our items to be picked up from storage and transported another way - considering we had already left the country this was not an option.

      30th June - Another email update saying it wouldn't depart until 3rd July

      Didn't receive update with name of ship or docking estimate until 22nd July.

      When asking for info after that, ReloUK just told us to wait for US agent to give us updates.

      It took 15 weeks + 5 days for stuff to be delivered. Got phone call the day before to schedule it, and no…

      DO NOT USE - Awful experience and really poor customer service!

      The packing team who come to your property to pack your goods were amazing which is about the only redeeming factor of this company. After informing them of the date of our move, we were told that the date for pickup was the best chance possible to have our goods arrive in time despite me offering to move it earlier to give extra time.

      Two weeks before it is due to arrive at our destination in the US, I am told that it will be over a month and a half delayed and it has still not even left the UK despite being repeatedly told it would on the 1st September.

      After speaking to Export Sales and Marketing manager who promised me various call backs which never came in the timescale that he promised. I got an email saying that their poor customer service was essentially information provided to them by their internal shipping team and that wasn't their fault and that they wouldn't be doing anything else. Do not recommend at all and use another company where possible....

Moved from Oxford to Canada.

Fantastic service from start to finish, really great company and totally stress free. Packing was to an extremely high standard and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make that big move!

Utterly terrible!

I hired them to move one piece from UK to US. They completely damaged the item, then denied it. Said they would get back to me after they put it back together. Never heard about my furniture again. Keep delaying response. Over a month. They can't even take responsibility. Unethical. Unprofessional.
