I used nice move for removals from Manchester to Cumbria. I got 3 quotes and nice move were the most competitive. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient in packing and were all very polite and helpful on a stressful day. I felt completely reassured that everything would be ok. I had to trust the keys to my new property to the men and follow up a couple of hours later. By the time I arrived the vans were unpacked with every box in the correct room. They made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Every communication from booking to settling the invoice was spot on. As a single woman moving a long distance on her own they made a potentially stressful situation stress free. Highly recommended. Not one breakage!

Dan and Ross arrived on time, worked very hard (which saved me money), and performed the job competently and with skill. They knew what they were doing but were also happy to follow my instruction, such as when unloading. Moving home is very stressful but these guys made the whole process a lot less stressful than previous moves have been. However, I told Nicemove that I had property in both a strorage unit and a building but Dan and Ross had not been told this, so there appears to have been a hiccup in communication, although this caused hardly any problems or delays.

I manage an office space, and recently needed to switch two of the offices around - moving everything from one into the other, throwing away a lot of things and constructing everything again once it was moved. Nice moves were on time, patient with the delivery company, efficient, polite and went above and beyond what was required with a bit of IT advice thrown in for good measure. I have used them before and will use them again. No job seems too big or too small for them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I, could not praise Patrick and his team at Nice Move highly enough. We had a complicated move, and without going into all the details, we were really impressed by the team's adaptablity to challenge, their flexibility, problem solving skills and overall general willingness to do everything possible to help. They went above and beyond, and appear to have a genuine ethos of caring about their client(s). They were all really nice guys, approachable, friendly, honest, trustworthy and good fun to be around, which definitely helped reduce the stress that you can feel when moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

We used Nicemove Transportation recently for our removals during our house move in the South Manchester area. All staff we dealt with were professional, efficient and very friendly which took away the stress of moving house. My overall feelings about NiceMove is that I could not of got a better removal firm if I had tired. They came the night before to get preparations underway and get ahead for the day after. They turned up exactly to the second of when they said they would. From the start of the day to the end, they made it an enjoyable experience. There was a lot of communication, no rushing, extra help to move stuff out of the new house that should not of been there (which they really didn't have to do but was more than willing to help with). Good spirits and lots of jokes all day, totally professionalism with the due care and attention to details about where the items need to go in the new house. Even though the move took around 10 hours, not once was there any clock watching or need of urgency. We was not even rushed over payment as they went out of their way to just come back another day when we was more settled to sort that out too. I really can not rate them high enough for the service they supplied. They should of charged more. I told them this but they would not have it. Real 100% genuine good people who really do like what they do and take pride in how they do it.

After Patrick came round to give us a quote we knew straight away this was someone we could trust to get the job done. Also he was a very friendly chap and was very relaxed about what could and couldn't be moved/packed etc Some other companies had lots of "no we can't take things from there" or "that's not covered". There is none of this with Nicemove. They packed everything up regardless of where in the house it resided.  Dave and his colleagures were great with the packing and very professional. Everything was packed up within the times they had predicted and the house was left very tidy overnight One the day of the move the lads were great, everything was done quickly and carefully and they were great fun to have around during the move. There were no breakages or marked walls and everything was checked before they left the old and new houses. I would recommend Nicemove to anyone as they were really good at their jobs but also made it an enjoyable experience.

I have used Nicemove twice recently. I would recommend them to anyone, they are very reliable and keep you informed throughout the process. The are very professional and have lovely helpful, friendly removal men, who worked very hard and cheerfully, giving excellent service from start to finish. There were no breakages and as I am a particularly fussy person they managed to move some very heavy articles over difficult ground to place them exactly where I wanted them. I re iterate, that I would recommend them to anyone.

What a Team! I urge you to use this company to move you if you are moving home. We moved from Manchester to Mid Wales and had to find a removal firm at very short notice.

Thank goodness Nice Move were available. Right from the start Patrick had a calming influence on a very tense situation (thanks to solicitors) and handled every problem we could throw at him with calm assurance. They pre-loaded a lot of stuff the day before then finished off and moved us on the day.

His team were great too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. You couldn't do better than hire these guys.

USE NICEMOVE!! Fantastic, efficient, friendly, helpful, competitively-priced service. Guys arrived in Scotland bang on time, were polite, productive and nothing was an issue. Arranging my removals while living in Australia was nerve-racking enough but they didn't let me down. Everything packed carefully and delivered to my storage unit who sent a glowing report saying what great guys they were and how they'd never seen a unit packed so well and neatly. Nice move were recommended to me and I can see why. They were professional , gave great attention to detail and did over and above what was asked of them. The guys were lovely as we had the added pressure of a social distancing move we all achieved this with great humour. All my furniture was positioned where I’d requested and they checked this frequently as we went along. Everything was dismantled and rebuilt without damage and they gave me a competitive price. Definitely a company to recommend with a helpful and considerate workforce . Well done and thanks .

Our removal team turned up the day before our move to pack most of our stuff so the move day went really smoothly.

No problems what so ever and the guys (Jordan, Nathan B, Nate and Tonee) are just the nicest, friendliest, most polite guys ever. It felt like we had extended family helping us with the move.

Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond what they had to do for us. Jordan even carried a United ball! ?

We had the absolute dream team help us move into our first home. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care with all our items and expertly installed our TV to the wall. Tony and Dylan went above and beyond on the day when our sofa delivery was a shambles. We are so grateful to them for all their efforts - they made a difficult day a whole lot easier! We have recommended to friends and family and would not hesitate to use these guys again- excellent service, total professionals!
