Long distance move front Salford, Greater Manchester to Peak district

Very friendly company and helpful from start to finish. Meeting Mark at day of quote. Mark and his sons worked like troopers. It was lousy weather, ice in Salford to heavy snow in the peak district.

Mark didn't let the weather defeat him.

All items were handled carefully and with respect loaded on and then off at the end destination.

Thank you to you all, you made a stressful day enjoyable. You are all amazing, and thank you Janine, who explained everything and kept us updated.

I would recommend Buckleys to anyone.

Storage between house moves

I sold my house easily but hadn’t found a new one, so needed to store stuff while not knowing how long it would be. Buckley’s were perfect, helpful and a clean and accessible place while still being secure. Simple to pay month by month, 7 in all. Would recommend them for sure.

Manchester to Glasgow was a breeze!

Great company, everything went super smoothly on the day, all furniture and boxes loaded and unloaded with great care. Before they came, I was worried our things wouldn't fit but the truck was absolutely massive - no problems whatsoever. We definitely couldn't do it ourselves, so thank you!

Sorted.

Couldn't recommended these guys highly enough. Mark said we had won the award for the most stuff to shiift this month. No moaning, no pulling faces even when they had to wait around for hours because of the usual touch and go completion nonsense. Proper and geniune hard working Salfordian's. Reliable and take away the stress. Marks sons are a credit to him. Glad we picked Buckleys.

Truly professional service.

From the moment I contacted Janine in the office I knew I was on to the right people for me. mark his brother in Law Steven and his sons were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. they worked efficiently and with total professionalism
I would never have survived without their support. Dealing with an emotional middle aged woman can not have been easy for them but they managed with a smile and such good grace. if moving in Manchester look no further.

Buckleys Removals.

I couldn't recommend Buckleys enough. They turned up on time, nothing was too much trouble, they were calm, friendly and relaxed and took the stress out of moving house.

All of my furniture was well protected, they had storage boxes for my clothes from the wardrobe, they dismantled furniture and rebuilt it the other end etc.

They provide a fantastic service and are very competitively priced. You'd be mad not to use them!

Housemove with Buckleys.

We were really impressed with Buckley’s. It was our first housemove in years and they were terrific to work with.
We had an initial visit from Mark to give us a quote which we found reasonable. We were also impressed with how competent and approachable Buckley’s were. On the day of the move nothing was a problem for Mark and his team. They moved everything, made sure we were happy with where things were, and were calm and friendly throughout. They also reassembled furniture which was a great help.
Would definetly recommend and we would use them again.

Buckley's house removal and storage.

Excellent service throughout! I used both storage and removals services when moving from Manchester city centre to Leicester. The movers were punctual, efficient and friendly when collecting my things. Communication via email was excellent and costing was fair and very clear. The guys gave updates regarding times when delivering my things which was very helpful. Couldn't recommend enough!

House Move.

We cannot recommend Buckley’s Removals enough. Mark, Steve and the whole team are fantastic. Despite having to change dates right up to the last minute (including some impromptu storage) nothing was too much trouble and they really took the stress out of the whole process. What was wonderful was they really understand how stressful it is to move and made everything easy.
We also had the packing service which was amazing - the best thing we did!
If you want a stress free move with a professional and friendly team and also great value then do not go anywhere else - Buckley’s Removals are amazing.

Dear Mark, all the removal team and office staff. I would just like to thank you all for your invaluable help last week, with a very large and at points a quite stressful move . At all times, every member of the team was polite, helpful and accommodating ( Something that seems to be lost in this day and age !! ) Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, and our son Johnny certainly loved hanging out with all of the removal guys. House move.

Moving house was quite a thing, I was in need of a good removal company. I called Buckley's, got a quote, a very reasonable one. Day of moving a team arrived on time, packed up and we were moved to our new house within a few hours. What a great company to move you. The team were excellent, very impressed with their professionalism and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good removal company.

Moving into first home.

Mark and his boys provided a fabulous service. They were speedy, polite, and got the job done. We were moving not far away into our first home in south Manchester and it was the first time we had moved house. Mark telephoned on the day to confirm his arrival time. Their service also included taking our large wardrobe to pieces and reassembling it in our new house which they did with ease and skill. We couldn't believe how quickly they got everything in (and assembled), we were all done by 1.30 pm! They were hard working, value for money, and we highly recommend them.

Mark Buckley and his son were highly professional from start to finish. They worked extremely hard and were always friendly, helpful and courteous. The whole experience was as pain free as a moving day can possibly be and went without a hitch. House move.

Very helpful friendly and courteous firm,nothing was too much trouble. A family run business with father and sons. Would certainly recommend them. Good communication, emailed them and had a reply the next day , with a quote. Arrived on time and just got on with the job.
House was clear in prestwich and all set up in Stockport in 3hours, couldn't believe it was so quick as my last experience of a house move was not so great.

Removal.

I have not moved house for well over 10 years and I was considering opting for a "man with a van" but decided to contact Buckleys Removals in the first instance to provide a quote.
They were extremely polite and profressional and Mark, the Director, turned up on time to provide the quote.
i was happy with the quote and then formally employed Buckleys to carry out my removal. i had to cancel the removal day several times but this was not a problem for Buckleys and they dealt with me postponing the removal day in a friendly and efficient manner.
Finally the removal day arrived and Buckleys turned up early which was a great start to the day. The team were extremely friendly, professional and efficient and my belongings were effectively moved the 50 miles by 1pm (with a 9am start). By 3pm I was fully moved in and it was helpful that the team were able to put up with me moving my stuff from room to room as a changed my mind!
The team were friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any future removals. You need look no further than Buckleys!

Fantastic service!

Buckley's Removals and Storage were a fantastic company to work with - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Packaging, pickup and removal of my items to storage was efficient and professional, especially given the fairly difficult access to the flat. My items were in storage for a couple of years, and delivery of items from Manchester to London was quick and easy to organise. My items were clearly kept in pristine condition, and delivery was efficient and once again highly professional. All staff at the company are friendly, understanding and honest, and the removal team were brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to use Buckley's again or to recommend them on. Many thanks to Mark, Janine, Liam and Jamie for taking such good care of my belongings, and for making a big move down to London so easy and stress-free!

Highly recommend this company!

The whole experience with Mark and the team (his 2 sons) was excellent. They were friendly and professional on the day of our move. They arrived on time, with protective coverings for the furniture as well as coverings for our other smaller items like the TV and dining chairs.
At the new house everything was delivered in the same condition, there were no breakages and nothing was damaged.
Would highly recommend this family business!

Outstanding Service.

I chose Buckleys as it was a local company in Salford and I prefer to 'shop locally'. Mark gave me a prompt and fair quote and along with his wife Janine , kept in touch with me prior to the removal date to make sure we were on track and ok.
On the day Mark, Jamie and Alistair arrived on time and the whole process was seamless. They disassembled wardrobes quickly and efficiently and were polite, fun, genial and above all really really hardworking.
On arriving at my new house, the guys were already waiting and were amazing at getting everything in place.
My sofa was too big, but Jamie and Alistair got it in finally and there were no damages to any furniture.
The only mishap was a broken lamp (unavoidable), which Mark immediately told me to buy a new stand and send him the bill without hesitation.
Excellent service from start to finish and I would not hesitate in recommending Buckleys to anyone. Brilliant!

Excellent service.

Buckleys helped us to move on 6th October. They were very professional, efficient and don't think we could have done it without them. The service included an additional collection of property some distance away. They were friendly and made the whole process seem stress free and freed my time up to do last minute jobs. Would highly recommend and would most definetly use them in future. We were able to start getting settled into the new house straight away as they were meticulous about putting boxes in the right rooms. Good quality service with no damage or breakages.
