Excellent moving company

Friendly and easy to communicate staff. Always with a smile and super polite and clean. Did a big move for us from 4th floor (no lift) with no issues at all. Also very good at packing.

One bedroom apartment move . Highly recommended

Very friendly, efficient and punctual. Ended up with a few more items than my estimate and was ready to pay a premium for them, but the movers waved it away and took the few excess items for free.

Great removal company

I could not recommend MoveStore more highly!! They removed my furniture at short notice, stored it for several months and delivered it to me 90 minutes away at pretty short notice. Lovely guys, high quality service, so helpful and just overall a brilliant company.

Exceptional service and highly recommend

Amazing

Totally stress free move! The guys did everything and nothing was any trouble. It was my first proper move for years but I actually felt guilty standing by just watching at a time everyone told me was supposed to be hard. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Best money we've ever spent! James and Cameron were excellent: efficient, careful with our possessions, and friendly. They communicated well in the lead up to the move and worked quickly on our move day. Could not recommend them higher.

Cannot recommend enough

I was so pleased and impressed with the team and their work. They packed up my entire flat in a day and put everything exactly where I wanted it in my new home. Neat, efficient and lovely, lovely people. Moving is massively stressful but they took away so much of that.

Great price, extremely helpful, friendly and amenable -and super quick and careful..

Everything arrived with no damage including a large number of both indoor and outdoor plants.

Only one niggle for me -cables were wrapped separately so took a bit of detective work to figure out what went with what.

My experience with MoveStore was amazing, really quick, affordable and with great care. In my case, James was lovely, took care of my stuff and everything was delivered to my new residence in less than an hour (my moving did not require any furniture).

Excellent service, I highly reccomend it and will definitely use it again if I have to move.

Overall, the removal team turned up on time, and handled my belongings carefully, very polite, and the job got without any fuss. They did not see any problem with been handed the keys to let themselves in so they can off load. I had to catch up, as I was travelling by public transport.
