Moving from a 3 bed semi to a 2 bed bungalow was never going to be easy; it took weeks of packing boxes and decluttering. On the day the house was swiftly emptied; the guys were very friendly, courteous and respectful to all belongings. They carefully calculated what was in the house and the best way to load the van and 30 years of stuff inside and outside was transported to my new home in 2 trips. Nothing was damaged and furniture was carefully placed in the desired room. They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do; gratefully MnM took the stress out of my move. Worst removal company ever. I have moved several times in the past few years and this has to be the worst. Van arrived late, removal men (one in particular) very rude when asked why they were late. Then went on to go on the phone outside and hurl abuse at some poor person on the other end. Thought this was bad enough, however it got worse when 3 items were damaged and 4 items dissappeared!! When asked about it the team leader (who was in the phone previously) then began to hurl abuse at me and demanded extra money as they had ran over time. I have reported them to trading standards and suggest anyone with similar issues do the same. Lost items never returned (Inc late wife's ring) damaged items never replaced.

MnM removals were recommended to me by a friend who was really happy with the service her family received. I was very pleased at how efficiently the company dealt with my move. I was directed to Phil the move co-ordinator whom was friendly and polite, he gave advise on how to prepare for their arrival, which was really helpful. On the day of my move the 3 removal men were really hard working and I was impressed by the care taken, very professional and obviously experienced. Would definitely recommend MnM to anyone.

We used MNM to move house in Leicester. Mass (the owner) was very accommodating and flexible after our initial move date fell through. They didn't require any up front payment or deposit which most of the other companies we looked at did, this meant we didn't incur any additional cost when our original date got cancelled. Mass and his team were very friendly and easy going but worked quickly and efficiently to get us into our new house. I'd happily use MNM Removals again.

After having my piano removal booked I'm for 5 weeks, Mass called me an hour before the removal time (10.30am) to say they weren't able to make it until 2pm because of an emergency.

As disappointed as I was I did as much as I could to arrange my plans to fit that time as I really didn't want to rearrange to a later date. However when I called back he clearly thought I was a different customer and said "We are on our way to you now just running late".. then having realised it was me, he corrected the time back to 2pm.

Clearly my job was not as important as another and on the day had been bumped down the list, emergency or otherwise. I was so upset by this my trust in them had gone and I have cancelled the job entirely.

I recently used mnm removals for a full house removal from my 2 bed house in Nottingham to a bigger 3 bed house in Derbyshire. The guys were on time and very helpful from start to finish, even helping us to dismantle a few things we hadn't managed to do before they arrived. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and the guys were really careful when placing things into our new house. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd like to thank the whole team for all of their help and support during our move.

I have used mnm removals on many occasions over the last 12 years, as I have to move around a lot for work. I most recently used them last month. I have always found them very accomodattin and have built up a good relationship with the owners and staff. I am so confident with the team that I no longer attend my moves, just let them in and leave them to it. They are always fairly priced and communicating with them is easy. From the start they communicated very well and I found the advisor very helpful. They provided us a home survey that was booked pretty quickly. The price for my move was not the cheapest but I chose MnM Removals as I found that this company showed care for my situation and needs compared to the others. On the day 1 I had a friendly team of 4 packers that were all paked and loaded by 2pm. If moving home id definitely recommended you to call MnM Removals.
