      Want Stress Free Moval?

They say moving home is one of the most stressful times in your life. It was, right up until I contacted MD Removals. From first call to Lydia who was lovely and reassured me and kept me updated by email and phone to smiley Mike and colleague who were very pleasant and made the move look simple as it was organised, professional and easy for me! They just did it all, no stress no hidden fees. Arrived on time. Extremely pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. It was old fashioned service and I would highly recommend!

      Great Team/Service.

The MD Removals team moved me circa 15 miles. They offered a full packing service on Day one, Day 2 was the move day where they finalized packing and delivered/unpacked/re-asembled items. They also offer a cleaning service for end of tenancy which took a lot of hassle out of moving. Good team, highly professional and just got on with the job. Team were courteous and highlighted any damage to items pre-loading to indemnify themselves, no further breakages en-route! I would certainly use again!

      Excellent and professional service.

Cannot fault this company, three men arrived on time on a very hot day and worked almost non-stop with a cheerful disposition throughout. As well as loading the van (expertly, never thought everything would fit in!), delivering it to Rugeley and making sure everything was in the right place, they then had to do a pick-up for me from two units in storage in Cannock and also deliver to Rugeley.

They did everything I asked of them and were still smiling at the end of the day, even though exhausted.

I would recommend this removal company without hesitation - it was a stress-free day for me, thanks to this company.

      MD Removals.

The service provided by MD Removals was superb and I would highly recommend for the professionalism, the care and attention paid throughout both the initial transaction and our actual removal of goods between our properties. Also, very pleasantly the attitude and courtesy of your colleagues (I know one of the chaps was Dimitri, apologies unsure of the second chaps name) – their manners and presence throughout were impeccable.

Having received several quotes after my initial on line enquiry, yours was the first and ultimately the price match meant the whole deal was extremely good value for money. Very happy to endorse the service and we will most certainly be calling in the future.

Move from Wolverhampton to Alton in Hampshire.

This is the third time in two years that MD Removals have moved my furniture for me. As usual they were utterly good natured and easy going. This time, things could have been really fraught because the lads set off with the loaded van after promising me that they would do the 150 mile journey slowly so that I could just have a last look round the house before locking it up for the last time then catching them up and overtaking them so that I was in Alton to greet them. They cruised along the M6 at noon without a problem, half an hour later I got stuck behind an accident, and there I sat for 2.5 hours. Fortunately, they were able to get into the house and by the time I arrived everything was where it ought to be and the house was left securely locked up for me. Thank you gentlemen, you did a grand job.

      MD Removals.

We chose MD removals based on value for money compared to other quotes we recieved. They quoted £1050 to move a jampacked 3bedroom semi, with lots of garden furniture. We were told we would need three vans to move us. On the day, the first van arrived and the guys were really friendly and professional. They were very organised and had the first van loaded in about an hour and set off to our new house. The second and third vans came to load the garden and rest of the furniture. They guys all worked really efficiently and took great care not to damage the furniture. They had plenty of rugs to protect carpets and delievered each item to the desired

location. They were keen to please us. We were initially

hesitant to go with MD removals due to some of the reviews,

but we were glad to have chosen them and were very happy

with the service. We would recommend using MD Removals.

      Quicker than I expected.

For personal reasons time was of the essence to move out of my old apartment. In fear of having my belongings moved to storage or even destroyed I got onto MD Removals and requested a move with the upmost urgency. They responded promptly and within less than 24hrs they had cleared out and relocated all my possession. I am very greateful for their help especially as the circumstances of the move required them to work outside of their normal business hours.

      Quick and Efficient Move!

I had called MD for a short notice move and they were happy to comply with a very competitive Quote - I called on the Monday to arrange for the Friday with everything quoted for immediately. They even delivered moving boxes for me fairly quickly. I had swap furniture between the 2 properties so in effect this was a double job and MD were more than happy to carry out.

The 2 lad's were slightly delayed from their last job but kept me in the loop and there was no rush or drop in quality to get the job done. As I mentioned this effectively a double job so a couple of extra lads actually came to assist when they had finished their round - they ended up working till around 7/8 on the Friday evening which most of us wouldn't do!

No issues in terms of damaged goods in transit and also they were very helpful in adding a few extra small items. They even tried their best to remove a sofa from the property which had very little hope after years of me trying and ultimately I had to destroy so I could get it to fit through the door frames but I appreciate the effort!

      Would use again!!

      Shocking removal company.

NEVER use MD removals. They quote cheep to get the business then they charge £15 per item if they feel they have more to move than estimated. They abandoned my partner at storage unit to move all items herself also told her that they did her a favour. They turned up 20 mins late and were very unprofessional and intimidated her being that she was on her own asking her so where is your partner etc. They demanded £20 extra for carrying a large mirror and took it in cash, no receipt.

If you want a quality service then pay a little extra and get it done properly. I have already contacted my solicitor to seek legal advise.

Efficient and Friendly.

I had decided to go with MD removals after seeing other good reviews. They were prompt from the prequote to final delivery. We had opted for the gold package and the team was very good and efficient and made the move as hassle free as they can. The dressing table was damaged, but the team brought it our attention before removing it from the van and advised us to take photographs and write back to the company. The issue is still not resolved, but I am hoping they will live up to my expectation in resolving it. Will recommend.
