Local move.

London Best removals are an excellent company they helped us with our recent move and were good communicators , efficient and careful with our possessions . We would definitely use them again !

Great job.

Very reliable and efficient service, friendly staff and would certainly recommend to others. We got four removals men and two vans for the cost most firms were quoting for two men and one van.

House move.

We recently moved to Newcastle from London. The service was excellent with a really reassuring team who worked hard and were able to get the whole move done in time as promised. They were good value for money. The service could be improved by being a bit more thoughtful about labeling boxes with the contents rather than just the room.

Poor Quality.

WORSE company we could hire.They are totally unprofessional . Moving 2 bed flat in south west London. they brought wardrobe boxes which were used and smelly , we asked for new and more and they said they had no other boxes. They started packing but they actually just throwing staff into boxes. in the same box we found an Easter egg, cotton pads and the toilet brush. We had to ask them to wrap the our mattress. the mattress from my son's cot was unwrapped.They told us that they did not have to disassemble the sofa and they were doing us a favour but we had to assemble it ourselves in the new property. the team leader told us he is not professional he was just doing a favour cause the owner is his friend.
Many items were damaged,glasses and cups were broke, a painting was scratched, a chest of drawers , the cot was damaged, there was a hole in the wall of the new property and two damaged doors in the old property and the a kid's bed was broken . when we complained about the broken bed the team leader said ''i do not give a .. about your staff''. He told us that he was too tired and that our house was difficult to move,and that although he broke it it was our fault( for some reason..).They assembled the baby's cot upside down and they said that should have told them the correct way!!. we complained to the company. They never apologised and when we asked for insurance they said that WE had to pay £250 for each item. I asked for clarification and they explained that we have to pay £250 in advance and Once we pay the excess amount the insurance company will send one of his professional to investigate the claim item!! No words can describe how bad the experience was.I would only recommend to AVOID this company.

Quality Job.

Rana and Usama got us from London to Manchester in 8 hours. An hour and a half at each end to pack and unpack, and loads of care taken over our stuff. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely use again.

Amazing help from two really friendly guys. Highly reccomended. They helped us move from a 1 bed to a 2 bed. They arrived early helped to pack up and unpack.
